Among other things, they discussed various issues likely to arise during the upcoming debates --- And, the impending deadline for matching fund donations

The campaign is in high gear as we enter the final two-week stretch of the Mayoral Election. We need your help now more than ever. Joe’s campaign needs to raise an additional $50,000 to keep this ad running.

Glenn Nocera took advantage of social media to try to advance the fortunes of GOP Mayoral Candidate Joseph Lhota with this message to his GOP Primary opponent John Catsimatidis (Note: both candidates had appeared as guest speakers at Nocera's Brooklyn Young Republican Club earlier in 2013):
“So John when are you going to endorse Joe Lhota for Mayor. I thought you said you would. I have heard nothing that you did. Please let me know if I missed it thanks. Glenn Nocera President. Brooklyn Young Republican Club.”
When will Glenn Nocera endorse Craig Eaton and Arnaldo Ferraro as Brooklyn GOP Chair and Vice Chair respectively?
Why should he now there's a court case still going on let's see what the judge has to say first.

The two or three comment makers above are obviously talking right past each other.... they aren't even attempting to debate on the same points; so they are in agreement that their various disagreements must continue without resolution.
