One party is clearly more interested in the World than in America  ---  however, it chooses to ignore much of what is going on in the rest of that World in peddling its world view and program for America in that World

The Democrats' program of  >>> Open and Unprotected Borders <<<  includes allowing the recolonization of parts of the United States by foreign powers like China and Mexico;  and all of the country by Islamic radicals

The battle for the survival of an American People within the borders of these United States is happening as you read these words.....

As of this moment, we are losing that battle  ---  and we aren't close to turning things around.....

The recent virtual shut-down of the American economy was the biggest geo-political and strategic blow to the United States since 1942....  And it was a willingly self-inflicted wound due to major distractions, very poor governmental and civic leadership at all levels, and a misplaced faith in third-rate science and second-rate technology.

Americans are just about ready to go at each others throats.....

Our polity is frayed and the last threads might be at a breaking point  ---  the the republic  ---  this great enterprise in self-government is broken and doesn't look like it can be mended

The war drums are sounding right now  ---  but that's all for show  ---  the real stuff is happening behind the scenes

The winners will be those that are radicalized and ready to up the ante with a quantum leap first  ---  for sure, let's make that the good Americans, who still know what made America great before the SWAMP IN WASHINGTON staged its silent step-by-step "coup" over the last twenty-five, or thirty, or maybe even fifty years

Too many people in this country are now an enemy within.....   Too many people in this country are now enemies of the real American people.....

As a part of that, the Democrats from Obama on down exposed the game when they tried to destroy the orderly transition of power away from them in January 2017  ---  so far they have failed.....

If the legal system doesn't immediately punish them all, bottom to top,  then the people will need to do it with the right kind of "People's Justice"  ---  THE RIGHT KIND !!!!!  ---  with a hangman's noose for all of them.  Historically,  "Lynch Law" was the LAW of a righteous and outraged citizenry the last time that a small minority unleashed the "Dogs of War" inside THESE UNITED STATES.....

Hopefully, soon a leader will arise that isn't as weak and unfocused as President Trump  ---  who is always open to make a deal  ---  with anybody, even his blood enemies.....

Instead, we need somebody who will do whatever it takes to crush all of our enemies within or without our borders  ---  even if it might include a hundred fifty million people, who some of us might think are "Americans";  when in reality they are "Un-Americans"  ---  and most of them born right here.....

If you know what I'm talking about, YOU CAN FILL IN THE DETAILS YOURSELF OF WHAT THE ORDER OF BATTLE WILL BE.....

So far "Make America Great Again" has only been a nifty political slogan  ---   the time has come to make it a reality.....

The template is in place  ---  patriots are gathering at state capitals  ---  they are armed and maybe they are ready to respond to that one shot on Lexington Green and that shot will be heard round the nation and then the world.....

Don't let the other side take advantage of this CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 CRISIS  ---  when WE can take advantage of it first  ---  the people are ready, all they need is the RIGHT leadership.....

New York daily paper comes out hot and heavy against former President Obama, Cabinet level officials, top government agencies and other key players in a plot to undermine the U.S. Constitution and stymie the will of the American people, as expressed in the 2016 election

Specifically named among the co-conspirators are: Vice President Joseph Biden; Intelligence [Heads] John Brennan and James Clapper; National Security Adviser Susan Rice; FBI Director James Comey; and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates

Look for the Seawright Election Case to go all the way to the NYS Court of Appeals

Republicans have promised to take a Manhattan Supreme Court Justice's ruling and order that restored Assemblywoman Rebecca Seawright's name to the ballot up the line to the Appellate Division for the First Department.....

Regardless of the outcome at that level,  the case will very likely go to the New York State Court of Appeals almost as a matter of course under the circumstances of this case

If the App. Div. reverses the court below it will result in the NYS Courts' removing a sitting Member of the Assembly from the ballot,  and  >>>  that is a very significant "political" intervention by the courts, which should be reviewed at least once <<<  

If the App. Div. sustains the ruling and order of Justice Carol Edmead, it would likely result in a  "split in the Departments" of the NYS Courts  ---  which would cry out for resolution by the Court of Appeals

Is Bishop Scharfenberger trying to pull a fast one in Buffalo ???

The Buffalo Diocese is the most-named defendant in claims filed under the NYS Child Victims Act ---  facing more than 250 legal actions for damages due to past sexual abuse by priests and others 

Advocates for survivors of sexual abuse denounced the Buffalo Diocese earlier this week after the diocese, temporarily headed by Albany's Bishop Edward B. Scharfenberger, who is formerly from the Brooklyn Diocese,  moved forward with two legal filings that victims advocates say aggravates the victims' experiences,  and also could allow the Buffalo Diocese to dodge consequences for decades of alleged abuse and cover-up

According to a recent report in the Albany Times Union, by Kayla Harris, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Buffalo is facing push back for seeking federal funding relief in sex abuse cases brought under the New York State  Child Victims Act, which was passed and implemented last year  (See "Buffalo Diocese facing backlash for seeking federal funds, relief in CVA cases) by Kayla Harris, 5/6/2020,  Albany Times Union/ News    [https://www.timesunion.com/news/article/Buffalo-Diocese-facing-backlash-for-seeking-15251143.php]).  

Kayla Harris' article went on to say that  ".....  The most recent filing on Tuesday was a lawsuit against the federal Small Business Administration for denying the diocese's application for relief under the CARES Act because of its ongoing bankruptcy proceedings. It followed a separate legal action on Saturday in bankruptcy court, in which the diocese argued that all cases filed against the institution under the state's Child Victims Act, including those that also name local parishes and schools, should be permanently suspended...."  

A spokesperson for the Buffalo Diocese said that,  in reference to the proceeding in bankruptcy court, suspending all pending cases would allow the diocese to negotiate settlements "without the distraction of piecemeal litigation" and would also make the payouts more equitable for all survivors, not just those who filed first.  "While the process continues, any lawsuits against the diocese are halted to allow the diocese and its creditors to come to agreement on settlement terms," he said. "The action that the diocese recently filed is intended to provide the same 'breathing spell' for parishes, schools and other Catholic entities in the hopes of achieving a global resolution." 

A lawyer for several if the victims said the filing was an "unnecessary legal tactic (that) is insensitive to survivors of child sexual abuse who have already been deeply harmed by the abuse they suffered, as well as by the actions and in-actions of top diocesan officials."

The time has come to "bell the cat" of Nicole Malliotakis and her campaign for congress that seems to be one of  "all lying -- all the time"  ---  this time it's about:  cutting taxes for seniors,  increasing funding for police, and providing more money for first responders

Here's what I said in my earlier response on that other thread:

Nicole Malliotakis never held a position in her entire career in politics wherein she had either the authority or even the leverage to accomplish any of those falsely claimed achievements.

Perhaps Nicole and her advisors in the Conservative Party believe that 'wishing it were so' or aspirational goals count as achievements --- THEY DO NOT --- especially when year after year after year Conservative-supported legislators like Nicole cooperated in bigger and bigger NYS budgets, gimmicked budget allocations, and employed revenue schemes that effectively moved things in the opposite direction on all the fronts mentioned by "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 6:55 AM".....

In fact, if Governor Andrew Cuomo were to make the claim that he '... cut taxes for seniors increased funding for police and increased money for first responders....' --- he would have a stronger moral basis to make the claim than Nicole.....

Morally lower than Andy Cuomo, that's pretty bad --- and that is exactly where Nicole Malliotakis is right now."
