The defense team for several Proud Boys now on trial for their part in the January 6th demonstrations in Washington, including at the Capitol has demanded that the court make the DOJ prosecutors >>> “reveal all informants, undercover operatives and other confidential human sources relating to the events of January 6....” --- because identifying such DHS-HIS informants and revealing all of their conduct and participation in the events of January 6th would “almost certainly” exonerate the defendants
Lawyers for the defendants say that they would have been “much more aggressive” in the pre-trial phase and during earlier parts of the trial itself >>> if they knew “the scope and scale” of the J6 undercover governmental operations and operators
Documents now filed in Federal Court in Washington, D.C., clearly state that ---
"At least two law enforcement agencies each outnumbered the FBI in terms of running undercover agents, informants, and CHSs on Jan. 6. First, the DC Metro Police had at least 13 undercover plain-clothes agents among the Proud Boys and other patriots on Jan. 6. Next, there appear to have been some 19 CHSs on Jan. 6 belonging to an agency called HIS (Homeland Security Investigations). When added to the 8 FBI CHSs now acknowledged by the prosecutors, this means that there were at least forty (40) undercover informants or agents doing surveillance among defendants on January 6...."

Now that there are official court documents saying that at least two law enforcement agencies, other than the already-admitted FBI operatives, were running their own undercover agents, informants, and other CHS assets on Jan. 6th, meaning that there were no fewerthan forty (40) undercover governmental informants or agents doing surveillance and other things among the demonstrators on January 6th >>> maybe somebody also needs to look into whether any clandestine special ops government agent or, more likely, "contractors" were also involved. A place to start looking is into why the Jan 5th-6th Capitol Hill "pipe bombs" investigation and/or prosecution is still the biggest secret of the whole government investigation-prosecution-hearings, and media press coverage of that dog-and-pony production involving J6.
