DAVID STOROBIN GIVEN BROOKLYN CONSERVATIVE PARTY AWARD --- ONLY A DAY AFTER HIS PART IN OUTING ARI KAGAN AS A SOVIET ERA KGB OPERATIVE WAS RE-REPORTED HERE ON THIS INDEPENDENT GOP BLOG FOR BROOKLYN AND STATEN ISLAND

Here is Kings County Conservative Party Chairperson Fran Vella-Marrone presenting former NY State Senator David Storobin with the Brooklyn Conservative Party's prestigeous 2023 "Ronald Reagan Patriotism Award":

And so many others were also there to share the spotlight  ---  and to honor David Storobin for all the good that has done through the years

This is the very same "former State Senator David Storobin"  ---  who was reported by several news outlets in 2013 to have been instrumental in  >>> "OUTING" ARI KAGAN AS A SOVIET ERA KGB OPERATIVE <<< by using robocalls in 2013 to accuse Mr. Kagan of having been an active "KGB" asset or operative back in the U.S.S.R.

When something like this happens, it can only be called "karma".....

Almost all of the Brooklyn GOP higher-ups were there, including Ted Ghorra; and they were there to honor David Storobin for all that he has done for the GOP and Conservative Party in Brooklyn, including being up in Ari Kagan's face in 2013 about whatever Kagan did in, with, and for the KGB while in the USSR before the Soviet Union became the FSU.

Did Starobin get that suit from Borat? Yesss very nice !!

Wow somebody got a plaque. If Ari gets any more press for Anna he can forget about Italian Republican voting for a Russian democrat.

UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "JERRY KASSAR 'BIG LIE' HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT IN THE BASEMENT AT THE BAY RIDGE MANOR" EDITION

AT THE VERY SAME FUNCTION PICTURED AND DESCRIBED IN THE MAIN TEXT ABOVE THE COMMENTS ON THIS THREAD --- JERRY KASSAR GOT AWAY WITH ONE OF HIS NOW-HABITUAL "BIG LIES" TO AGGRANDIZE HIS INCREASINGLY FALSELY-NAMED "CONSERVATIVE PARTY" AT THE EXPENSE OF NYS REPUBLICANS GENERALLY >>> AND THE BROOKLYN GOP IN PARTICULAR

HERE IS WHAT KASSAR POSTED ON HIS OWN FACEBOOK PAGE AT 6:33 PM ON MONDAY, APRIL 24th, 2023: " [Imogi] New York State Conservative Party Chairman - Gerard Kassar .... [imogi] Brooklyn/Kings County...Has the highest amount of Conservative Party elected officials since 1974....New immigrant communities electing Conservatives...Believing in America..."

Needless to say that's as big a "Big Lie" as has been uttered by anybody since Joseph Goebbels stopped doing his version of press briefings, interviews, and other availabilities and leaks about who started the Reichstag fire.....

For that to have been even in the same galaxy as some recognizable "truth" Kassar would have to have been counting: 1) Republicans elected in districts mostly located outside of Brooklyn; 2) Democrats who ran also on the Conservative Party line --- but whose margin of victory was so great that the Conservative Party line was completely unnesessary; 3) an illegally nominated and elected out-of-county Asian candidate in a Asian majority district who defeated the Democrat incumbent, who was not Asian; 4) several FSU "Russian-and-non-Russian-type" emigres, who recently switched their party affiliations from Democrat to Republican immediately prior to being elected as Republicans; and 5) one particular hateful human being, Ari Kagan, who was repeatedly elected as a Democrat, most recently to the City Council, and switched to "Republican" mid-stream; and who has also admitted to a long committment to Communism while in service to the Soviet Union; and who has long faced charges of having been a KGB agent and/or other kind of security/intelligence operative back in the USSR, and possibly even since.....

In fact, outside of those five specific categories, there are no such "... Conservative Party elected officials..." anywhere in Brooklyn whatsoever.

Only some of the numbskull Brooklyn GOP types in attendance at Monday's Conservative Party function, like Ghorra and his crew, would fall for such claptrap from Kassar.

I long for the days when the real Republicans were in charge. Eaton. Berardelli. Gallo. And even McCall.

Anonymous said...

Howdy-Doody Senator.....did he get that suit from the Salvation Army?

Anonymous said...

820, McCall was always outside the tent pissing in, and never in charge of anything. There was once even a shouting match between McCall and Eaton at the 95th Street subway station with Kassar and Golden standing nearby, and both laughing their asses off.

What matters is McCall served as the NYS Comptroller for eight years before running against Pataki in his last race for Governor.

Eaton was always the comic. After all how else do u explain him endorsing Avery. Avery will come in last in the primary & will be another example of Eatons lack of influence..

1030, I think it's "his endorsing Avery" not "him endorsing Avery"; however, did you ever think that it might be more about Avery's endorsing Eaton, and for what county or state post or position that endorsement might be?

BTW, Eaton and Capano were "in town" here recently doing photo ops together among the cherry trees.

Try thinking outside the box for a change.

Starobin is following the Reagan doctrine.

David Storobin?! He's still alive??

Where is Ragusa? Do you think he ever will return from going home to Manalapn for his favorite comfort food, the local Jersey-style pizza that he was raised on.

Will Ragusa make an endorsement in the contest ?

The “five” voters who accidentally voted for Capano in a Republican primary many years ago when he still lived in New York will obviously be the game changer in this race. how somebody who lost so many times in such embarrassing ways and don’t even life here no more thinks there still a player in local politics makes no sense.
