WOW !!! One of the "Before" and "After" facts that "pilot" Karim doesn't want you to know.....

Here it is  ---  culled from his own postings  ---  obviously, Karim Elsammak was professionally demoted from "Captain" to "First Officer"  ---  and suddenly, Karim says that he is stepping down from being a professional pilot  >>>  to run for a state senate seat he can't win

Yes, it's another "Before" and  "After" tale about the Republican-Conservative Candidate running for the State Senate against Andrew Gounardes

Here's the beef:

Before

as a "Captain" posted by Karim on  karim4ny on March 29, 2022

--- AND ---

After

as a "First Officer" posted by Karim on karim4ny on April 7, 2022

Here's the potatoes:

Here's the Meta-FB text that accompanied the March 29th "Before" Photo:

"Karim4NY...  March 29 at 10:00 PM...  Throwback to the passenger airline days. Was a great honor getting to captain a ship bearing the American flag on the tail! [US flag imogi]...  I put my professional career on hold and stepped down from leading my businesses to lead my city forward. I made a sacrifice and I’m honored to have the opportunity to help us be better and excel us forward. With a proven leadership record, a clear and unbiased prospective, and a business background, I am confident I can effectively represent our district in Albany. #nyc #brooklyn #karim4ny....

Here's the Meta-FB text that accompanied the April 7th "After" Photo:

"Karim4NY...  [April 7, 2022, @ 2:45 AM]...  Mini throwback flying the Queen of the Skies back to [US flag imogi]...   from across the ocean. That shot was taken by an airplane spotter as I was landing in Dallas, TX. What a true privilege and humbling responsibility it is to fly the most iconic, American built giant in the sky. This behemoth stands proud at 6 stories high, 250 feet long and can weigh nearly a million pounds on takeoff. The types of missions I get to fly are truly remarkable and unforgettable. What’s even more remarkable are the professional men and women I get to work with, many of which are retired and active duty military with experience ranging from Vietnam, to the Gulf war, to prior Air Force One pilots. This is the type of leadership, life, and professional experience you can’t get in a classroom but rather by doing. As pilots, we’re trained to stay calm, cool, collected, and make the most informed decisions while keeping emotions out of the flight deck. This is the type of levelheaded leadership we need in office as we’ve seen with MANY previous elected officials. #b747 #karim4ny #coolasacucumber...."

Politico reported Andrew G may not have signatures needed.

"I fly a plane!" is a lousy campaign slogan, platform, strategy, and life history.
This candidacy is a joke.

Karim Elsammak must be using Brian Fox as his writing and communications coach.

Another word- and composition-challenged Brooklyn GOP candidated is plain old depressing, or in boy-captain Karim's case, plane old depressing.

5 councilmembers in brooklyn are having citizen participation in budget. guess who is not one of the 5?

11;41 if you mean Andrew Gournardes it makes no sense.

if you mean Andrew Guiliani it makes perfect sense.

1257, how can you assert something so strongly and be so completely wrong?

Are you Brian Fox?

UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "SINCE WE STARTED DOING OUR 'BEFORE' & 'AFTER' SERIES ON KARIM ELSAMMAK >>> 'CAPTAIN' KARIM HAS TAkEN DOWN SEVERAL ITEMS THAT HAD BEEN POSTED ON HIS META-FACEBOOK PAGES" EDITION

IT'S INTERESTING THAT WHEN QUERIES WERE MADE ABOUT A VARIETY OF INCONSISTENCIES IN WHAT KARIM WAS SAYING ABOUT HIMSELF, HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS, AND/OR THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC POSITIONS THAT HE HAS TAKEN >>> HE REMOVES INFORMATION ABOUT HIMSELF RATHER THAN CLARIFY OR EXPLAIN THE INCONSISTENCIES.....

In this regard, Karim Elsammak is following closely the examples set by prior Republican-Conservative candidates like Ratso Vito Bruno (whose prior criminal & anti-social activities were well documented), and Brian Fox (the man from everywhere, who did everything --- but none of it to be discussed openly, especially once documented).

If Karim Elsammak doesn't know it yet, he will learn it very soon. --- When it comes to questions by and from this independent GOP blog for Brooklyn & Staten Island, candidates can run, but they can't hide >>> especially, who they really are, and what they are all about.

Judges extended stay which means things continue until they don't.

Gail, when are you going to get into the 'birth certificate' issue?

Karim Monsour Elsammak says that he is a naturalized American Citizen, because at the time he was born, both of his parents were naturalized American citizens. Has anybody in the Brooklyn Republican or Consertive parties verified Karim's citizenship status and that of his parents?

There are some very troubling facts in Karim Monsour Elsammak's background. Just like Brian Fox, candidate Elsammak mentions part of his geographical history, but not all of it. Karim admits that he now travels a lot, but he stays mum about that all starting when he was a kid with his parents. So far, he's mentioned personal contacts with Egypt, Morroco, France, and the USA. As an 'airline pilot,' he says he's been all over Latin America.

Capano 2023

Capano weighs 2,023 ?

Elsammak's citizenship is just a fraction of the bigger issue, which is that, like Fox, he popped up from noplace and has no verifiable much of anything or experience that might sorta relate to the job he wants. I wouldn't hire a catsitter who had such gaping gaps.

1245, are you serious? A bigger issue than Karim's citizenship?

What if I told you that civilian airline "Captain" Karim Elsammak said that he tried to get into the U.S. military for patriotic reasons, but ran into some serious problems along the way and never got in?

1:07, any "serious problems" (if they existe/ed) ARE bigger -- even if someone's a citizen.

156, I think that Gail needs to get the AFLACK DUCK on this blog to give your last comment the response it deserves.

RESPONSE: THE "WE DON'T HAVE A DUCK IN THIS FIGHT..." EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 1:07 AM"; "... AT 1:56 AM" & "... AT 3:36 AM"

... BUT WE DO HAVE KARIM ELSAMMAK IN HIS OWN WORDS --- WHATEVER THEY MIGHT BE WORTH --- UNLESS & UNTIL HE FULLY EXPLAINS HIMSELF --- WHAT HE'S REALLY BEEN UP TO --- AND WHAT HE'S ALL ABOUT WITH HIS RUN FOR NY STATE SENATOR AS A REPUBLICAN-CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATE

Here is the kid and so-called passenger airline "captain" --- Karim Alsammak and what he had to say in published and preserved material available on the internet from 2015:
".... I was originally born a U.S naturalized citizen in Alexandria, Egypt, because both my parents are U.S. citizens. Even so, I still have that very 'grateful' foreign mentality [ The editors of Karim Elsammak's piece noted that "... His family has roots in Morocco and France, and he is now a long-time resident of New York."].... I looked into the United States Air Force, hoping to become a military air traffic controller—due to my patriotic nature, and the very nice military pension at the end of this “action-packed ride”.... I ran into several snags, however, so finally decided the civilian route would be best. Fortunately, I had made many connections in the FAA, and had several mentors that were guiding me. Then, the FAA started messing with their recruiting; worse [sic ???], they released their new “NextGen” program.... [ it also should be noted that others were referring to Karim Elsammak as "Cap’n Karim" as far back as 2015 when he wrote these words ]

Make of all that about "Captain" Karim whatever you will....

"born a U.S naturalized citizen"?

That makes no sense.
You're either a born citizen or a naturalized one.

What does this guy mean when he says something like this, 'Our people want one of their own to represent them' when he also says that he 'was originally born a U.S naturalized citizen in Alexandria, Egypt, because both my parents are U.S. citizens. Even so, I still have that very 'grateful' foreign mentality.'

Do we even know if Karim is really a citizen????? Who knows, with non-citizens being able to vote now, why can’t they run?????
