Is Brook-Krasny with a few smudges on his resume the perfect fit to clean up the filth in & on the Brooklyn GOP --- or is he just more of the same

Some people think that Alec Brook-Krasny is going to put that very swarthy look-alike for the liquid cleanser avatar "Mr. Clean"  >>> Brian Fox <<<  back into his bottle, and stick that bottle at the back of a cabinet under the kitchen sink  >>> where it belongs

Others think that the recent GOP convert from a bygone generation of so-called "conservative" Brooklyn Democrats is just somebody, who isn't very new, and is just more of the same filth and rot that has become a chronic infection in, around, and all through the Brooklyn GOP

We here on this independent GOP blog think that the likelihood is that any comparison between Mr. Brook-Krasny and Mr. Fox is like trying to clarify and distinguish muck from mire.....  No, maybe that's a little overly skeptical, and certainly a little harsh.....  Let's say that we here "suspect" that's the case, rather than we "think" that's the case.....

Whatever else Alec Brook-Krasny might be, he is certainly a better candidate to run against Democrat Mathylde Frontus in the newly-drawn 46th Assembly District than Brian Fox would be.  And Brook-Krasny's availability to run in the 46th AD should lead most astute GOP leaders to lean on Brian Fox to just stay out of that district; and they'll push Fox to run elsewhere, if they want him to run at all.....

Ghorra welcomed Brook-Krasny into the GOP fold with open arms. Brian Fox? Not so much.

Gale its clear that you should consider taking a night class in law 101. If you do a few points about Krasny.
He was indicted by the US Attorney on multiple felony counts and refused to plead guilty. After a year or two the Feds did something on the eve of trial nobody has ever seen. The US Attorney reduced the felonies to misdemeanors. If that detail escaped you the not guilty verdict shouldn't have.
What is this stuff you call "smudges"?
When the Feds spend a couple of years focused on you and they come up with nothing I think we can conclude Krasny is the cleanest person in politics.
Try thinking about that. Try thinking.

98% of the trials in Federal court result in the prosecution winning. In the Krasny case the Feds lost.

Overly skeptical no. Overly uninformed absolutely.

RESPONSE: THE "FAILURE OF A PROSECUTION DOESN'T MEAN THERE WAS AN 'INNOCENT' DEFENDANT.... BUT IT DOES MEAN THAT THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE THAT THERE WAS AN INDECENT ONE" EDITION

TO "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 9:01 AM" & "... AT 10:25 AM"

NOW, WE DON'T HAVE ANY TEAM OF LAWYERS LIKE JAMES MC GOVERN AND JONATHAN COPPOLA OF THE HOGAN LOVELLS LAW FIRM ON OUR STAFF HERE AT THIS INDEPENDENT GOP BLOG FOR BROOKLYN AND STATEN ISLAND, OR ONE OF THE WORLD'S BEST INVESTIGATIONS AND "WHITE COLLAR" PRACTICES WORKING FOR US --- NONETHELESS, WE DO SUSPECT THAT >>> IF SOMEBODY'S BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY ARE ALL DEEPLY IMMERSED IN THE OPIOID STUFF --- THERE HAS GOT TO BE SOME SEEPAGE <<< AND THAT IS AT LEAST SOME EVIDENCE >>> THAT ALEC BROOK-KRASNY VERY LIKELY DID SOMETHING WRONG <<<

AND FOR US ALL OF THAT QUALIFIES AS "... SMUDGES ON A RESUME..."

Back in April of 2017, Alec Brook-Krasny, who is not a doctor but a very braodly described "businessman" (you know, like Brian Fox and Vito Bruno), was accused of "using his employer's toxicology laboratory" to participate in a scheme with certain doctors at a pair of Brooklyn medical facilities, which enabled those doctors to write opioid prescriptions in contravention of medical standards. The "medical director" of the subject medical facilities pleaded guilty in March 2019 to Medicare and Medicaid fraud; and the evidence showed that the clinics he ran allegedly distributed more than 6.3 million pills.

Alec Brook-Krasny was charged with 'healthcare fraud, conspiracy, and bribery." However, Mr. Brook-Krasny's defense, arguing among other things "... that he neither had learned of the existence of any conspiracy to distribute opioids nor took any steps to join such a conspiracy....", but still seemed to get his beak wet with some real cash in that operation, might have been enough to get a "not guilty" verdict on some charges, and a "hung jury" on others >>> but it doesn't come close to wiping away all the smudges on AB-K's resume.

Alex "Medicare Fraud" Brooks-Krasny versus Brian "DUI and Domestic Violence Abuse" Fox?

Finally a Republican Party we can all be proud of !

9:01 & 10:25 sounds like Krasnys lawyer. A Johnny Cochran wanna be.

3:32 was probably a great hall monitor at OLA.

All this talk about a Fox DUI. Explain why all these peopple pay for air bags they never use.

1051, I think that 332 forgot to mention "pay off the cops" to keep his "after hours" joints operating illegally Vito Bruno, whose protege was sent up the river for murdering a top drug guy at one of the clubs where Vito did his kind of businessman's business with lots of drugs and bodies all over the place.

So, it looks like 332 wasn't such "a great hall monitor at OLA" after all.

This whole dirty birds with dirty hands look for the Brooklyn GOP is 100% Ted Ghorra's fault, even if other people might have made him do it (like that's not another very big problem that Ghorra has).

So far, it looks like Ted Ghorra is three-for-three in 2020, 2021, and 2022 by picking or going along with three bad guy types in a row: first, Vito Bruno; then, Brian Fox; and now, Alec Brook-Krasny. Each of those mamalukes has a life story with well-documented criminal associations in their circles and prior business activities. When Ghorra vetted each of them, obviously, he felt comfortable making the first two his favored GOP candidates to push phony "support for law and order" campaigns in 2020 and 2021; and for 2022 it looks as if Ghorra likes Brook-Krasny as this year's bad guy to basically make the same pitch.

So, for Ghorra it's now a pattern of approving dirty candidates; he's done it during three straight election cycles for three different elective offices in Brooklyn.

Ghorra welcomed Brook-Krasny into the GOP fold with open arms. Liam McCabe? Not so much.

So you keep telling us

Is that a good or a bad thing?

Brook the Crook will beat Frontus the Dementus.

Alex Brooks has Liam running in circles worried that he won't be able to rely on another year of Brian Fox campaign munificence to pay rent to his mother in law

There is a very possibility for the 46th Assembly District to have two Republican candidates this year who have either been indicted and avoided prison or done time.
