Brooklyn Young Republican Club President Glenn Nocera leads BYRC charge into Manhattan to help in Chris Wight’s race against Carolyn Maloney.

Obviously not fired up about GOP and Conservative Party candidates in the all- or mostly-Brooklyn districts where the Brooklyn GOP is concentrating its efforts in 2012, the traditional Brooklyn Young Republicans are set to work on a Congressional campaign in a mostly Manhattan District (with only a small piece in Brooklyn)

Glenn Nocera, President of the Brooklyn Young Republican Club, sent the following letter to the club’s members and others on his list via email:

Volunteers Needed For Christopher Wight For Congress.

Dear Club Members I’m writing on behalf of the Christopher Wight for
Congress campaign asking for your help. Chris is running the strongest
Republican campaign against Carolyn Maloney in two decades. He has a strong policy platform as well as a proven record, of strong leadership and solving problems. The campaign has in place a winning strategy but needs volunteers right away to execute it. Specifically, the campaign needs:

1. Phone bankers at the Victory Center. 83rd and Lex on the Upper East Side.

2. Street canvassers in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.

3. Proactive volunteers ready for leadership positions.

Call: (212) 988-9880.
Or email: nick@cw2012.com

The Victory Center is open 9am-9pm M-F, 9am-6 pm Sat-Sun. Address: 122 East 83rd St. NY, NY.
Even an hour a week would be greatly beneficial to the campaign. Please help get Chris elected!

Glenn P. Nocera President
Brooklyn Young Republican Club.
Going Strong Since 1880.
