Conservative Party candidate --- "Cape Cod Vito LaBella" --- the man with no plan for Brooklyn except to defeat Republican Ying Tan --- touts "First World" non-solutions in his attempt to steal an election from a Republican in a "Third World" City Council DIstrict

On social media, Vito shows how he is bent out of shape over a California proposal for California school children

On social media, Vito shows that he cares about rich people who own landmarked properties  ---  seems to advocate for tax subsidies for the rich, or carve-outs to allow for more development rights for the rich owners on sites like the Angel Guardian Home

What else would anybody expect from this wannabe elitist progressive Republican running on the so-called Conservative line ?

Never forget that Vito has said he "hates f--kin' Brooklyn"  ---  and that he doesn't even live in the 43rd Council District where he is running against the Republican candidate Ying Tan.....

Protest all of the Conservative Party tricks against Republicans this year in the 43rd and 47th Council Districts by not voting for LaBella in the 43rd DIstrict, but instead writing-in Vito LaBella's name for City Council in the 47th Council District in the general election come November  ---  after all that's where Vito LaBella says that he lives when he occasionally is in town showing his face in Brooklyn

UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "REAL CONSERVATIVE PARTY DIRTY TRICKS" EDITION

SEVERAL MEMBERS OF THE BROOKLYN GOP EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO ABOUT CONSERVATIVE STATE CHAIRMAN JERRY KASSAR'S APPARENT UNDERMINING LOCAL EFFORTS TO HOLD ONTO ALL THREE REPUBLICAN ASSEMBLY SEATS IN BROOKLYN IN 2024 INSTEAD OF TRYING TO GAIN ADDITIONAL BROOKLYN REPUBLICAN SEATS IN THE LEGISLATURE

AS A GROUP, ALL THREE GOP ASSEMBLY MEMBERS DON'T APPEAR TO BE WELL-LOVED BY THE REST OF THE GOP-CONSERVATIVE PARTY CAUCUS

Lester Chang, Alec Brook-Krasny, and Michael Novakhov are viewed as more of a problem by Assembly Minority Leader William Barclay and the GOP Assembly leadership than a boon from a strongly Democrat County. The mostly Upstate and Long Island delegation of Republicans don't want to expend any GOP campaign funds to defend the Brooklyn seats; and Kassar is right there with them.

The 2022 "Red Wave" that did occur in many parts of New York State, including parts of Brooklyn, at various levels of elected government officials could well be cresting in the GOP's favor again in 2024 if Trump is at the head of the GOP ticket. However, the GOP leaders at the statewide level don't see it that way. Instead of seeing Brooklyn as an opportunity zone for a couple of more seats in the legislature, the GOP leadership, including the NYS Chairman Ed Cox, see Brooklyn as a drain on the NY State Republican Party's resources. Jerry Kassar completely agrees and generally supports the GOP Assembly and Senate Campaign Committees' spending their campaign funds everywhere around the state but Brooklyn.

Just as important, are the under-the-table deals with Brooklyn Democrats and the Democrat Assembly Leadership to preserve two or three very competitive assembly seats as Democrat rather than go all-in or all-out to win them. Kassar is instrumental in that aspect of undermining the Brooklyn GOP as well.

You probably noticed that, thus far, we have not mentioned Brooklyn GOP Chairman Ghorra in any of this. That's because he isn't an active participant in any of this. Neither the NYS Republican leadership, nor the local Brooklyn GOP Exec Committee insurgents want or need Ghorra on their side, because he barely knows that any of this is happening in the first place, and he has no influence whatsoever to change any of it.

But there is a "Wild Card" >>> NYS matching funds. With a reasonable amount of real fund raising, the candidates themselves can fully fund real races in all the competitve districts in Brooklyn --- with or without party support, including opportunity to ballot primaries for the Con-con's line.
