Another post by Brian Fox on his "campaign" Meta-Facebook page >>> it's another indication that Fox doesn't care to be informed on any issue before taking a stand on it. The latest example is his support for an Assembly Bill by GOP Assemblymembers Michael Tannousis and Michael Reilly.
Here's what Fox had to say about it: "... I'm proud to support Assemblyman Michael Tannousis and Mike Reilly introducing legislation that would increase accountability and penalties for youth gun crimes...." In addition to his normally bad syntax --- Brian Fox fails to mention that such crimes already can be transferred out of Family Court, and the Y.O. can be prosecuted as an adult in the appropriate circumstances. He also doesn't mention that adults charged with the same kinds of crimes get rather lenient treatment for their gun charges in all the other courts anyway. The biggest joke about the proposal supported by Fox is that it is typical of the "feel good" phony "legislation" that Republicans in the NYS Assembly introduce in their chamber in Albany that never even gets voted upon.
SO --- BOTTOM LINE --- CONTRARY TO WHAT FOX IS TELLIN' & SELLIN' --- THERE WILL BE NO "INCREASE OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND PENALTIES FOR YOUTH GUN CRIMES" FROM ANY OF THIS
