On a more prosaic note, The Albany Times Union is reporting that in just over the first five months of the effective date of the New York State Child Victims Act, over 1300 lawsuits have been commenced with the great majority naming the various Catholic Dioceses and Bishops across the whole of New York State.
The New York State Legislature had passed that particular bill to provide more justice for victims of child sex abuse. When finally passed after the Democrats took control of the New York State Senate immediately in January 2019, it had almost no opposition in the Assembly; and the vote for passage in the NYS Senate was 63-0.
There will be followup attempts to broaden the scope and coverage of the look-back provisions of that law in 2020 sessions of the Assembly and State Senate.

John Q's public statements are a menace to individual liberty and a risk to public safety, he needs to be carted off to New Jersey where he might be jailed as a threat to public safety.

I received a flyer saying Liam McCabe works for Mayor de Blasio at the Taxi and Limousine Commission with a mocked up check made out to Liam signed by de Blasio...it also noted that he lives with his mother in law...I guess Q sees the momentum for Liam for state senate..I assume this may have just went to some District Leaders
How will 2020 State Senate Candidate Liam explain being arrested for beating his son in broad daylight on a Brooklyn street corner? It will be hard to blame that one on bail reform. The plot thickens...
People came out of the woodwork with dirt on John Q during the General Election especially St Anselm parish members. Brannan was playing "Mr. Nice Guy" and instructed his team not to go dirty but the next time Johnny Q decides to stick his head out and run for something real (and I'm not talking about just being handed a District Leader seat on a silver platter) Q Boy will be eviscerated. He will probably decide to pack up and move to Hohokus Township in New Jersey. They have a corrupt Diocese out there right?
Why can't the Party come to a reasonable compromise that lets everybody be happy, like Quaglione giving a stillborn for McCabe to use as a punching bag in exchange for McCabe giving free taxi rides to priests on the lam?
