There are multiple problems for the Barsamian and Kagan folks' posting this message at this moment, it is in possible contempt and violationof two orders signed by a Kings County Supreme Court Justice, who has jusridiction in these matters, one order signed on October 14, 2023, and the other signed on October 16, 2023.
Also, another real problem here is that Ari Kagan's Campaign Manager, and in-house (let's call her -- "amanuensis"), Jennifer Moore, is also on the Richard Barsamian "official" 2023 slate as the Kings County Republican Secretary.....
Since the NY Daily News expose of the Kagan and Moore scandal, that situation and/or relationship has been a very big problem for Barsamian and company to figure out and deal with.
Perhaps, that is the real reason why the Barsamian-Ghorra-Golden faction didn't properly file their version of Brooklyn GOP organizing papers with the BOE.....

Gale, you’re absolutely right. First TT and now Barsamian, just to clear things up here. These are PERSONAL endorsements, the BKGOP executive committee NEVER endorsed the Kommie. That should be made very clear, the sheeple will scream and yell and stomp their feet but the truth of the matter is the kommissar wasn’t wanted in the party to begin with. Whoever says he was welcomed with open arms has no idea what they’re talking about.

One of the most egregious lies from Kagan to date wa late yesterday when Kagan posted this on his Kagan Kampaign Twitter ("X") page:

But Kagan was not content with that level of little lying --- the from Kommie Kommissar in the Soviet Army, Kagan, had to try to add on more by simultaneously posting this:
