Our source indicates that Ted Ghorra does know about this, but Ted has been allowing Richard Barsamian to run things in the Brooklyn GOP a lot this year of 2023, and who could expect that he would do anything or say anything about it. Needless to say, both Ted Ghorra and Kings County Conservative Party Chair Fran Vella-Marrone are in positions to bring this sort of thing to a head, and possibly clean it up once and for all. However, few of the complainants and/or the few people standing with them in their respective parties expect that Ted and Fran will do anything more than they have done so far. |

Let's focus on Mr. Jerry Kassar for a minute --- when he started in politics, the Republican Party in New York State had a Republican Governor, two Republican U.S. Senators, a Republican Attorney General, control of both chambers in the New York State Legislature, and local control in Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, and parts of Sunset Park and Bensonhurst --- as Kassar rose in the Conservative Party, the Republicans that he supported lost and lost and lost some more --- and now that Kassar is in charge and "has political power," the Republican Party in New York State has no Republican Governor, no Republican U.S. Senator, no Republican Attorney General, no Republican Controller, no control of either chamber in the New York State Legislature, and no local contol in any part of Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Sunset Park or Bensonhurst.

It has been reported that there has been a barage of 311 call-in complaints about properties owned by NYC officials, including the mayor, the controller, and most of the New York City Councilmen. Ari Kagan even said a similar false complaint had been made against him.
However, more recently there has been a very significant uptick in the 311 complaints against Justin Brannan. I heard that the Ari Kagan campaign was behind it as retaliation; that Brian Fox, John Servalli, and Jennifer Moore made all of the arrangements to get it done; and the details of the Brannan 311 complaints are being investigated for an official followup as to the harassment aspect.

That "Ari '72%' Kagan will coast to victory as he always does...." remark is completely bogus --- Ari Kagan's only victory for City Council was in 2021 when he ran as a very woke Democrat who favored defunding the police..... He got far lower than 72% in a hard fought race against Bay Ridge Republican-Conservative Mark Szuszkiewicz when questionable mail-in votes sealed Kagan's win.

That 72% is from the very recent low-voting GOP Primary between Kagan and those powerhouses Avery Pereira and Anna Belfiore-Delfaus. In that 2023 Republican Primary for City Council, Ari Kagan got only 1,583 votes. That's only 1.5% of the GOP voters that live in Brooklyn. I the new 47th City Council District, Ari Kagan got far fewer than 10% of the GOP voters that live in the 47th City Council District. That's way less than either of the top two Republicans got in the very similar 43rd City Council Distict during the 2017 Republican Primary.
Possibly, the Kagan team might have highlighted something in the middle of all their other fake news. The very low vote % of all Republicans that voted for Ari Kagan in the 2023 Republican Primary certainly exposed a very hard fact for the Republicans that have mistakenly chosen to back Kagan like Joe Borelli, Ted Ghorra, and John Catsimatidis. It shows that there aren't going to be enough Republicans voting for Kagan for him to beat Justin Brannan in November election. And there might even be fewer, because of the Kathy Khatari write-in campaign.
As far as the part about "I am with Cats for Kagan." --- he dosen't live in Brooklyn and he has never backed a Republican incumbent in Bay Ridge who was able to win against a serious Democratic opponent, except for Nicole in 2022.

A little while ago, I was reading the tea leaves at the bottom of GM's cup; and that smudgy residue of mascerated vegitable matter, and prescipitated tea and tea-related effluents showed that somebody had been so hot and bothered on September 9, 2023 at 4:55 AM that they pretended to be the Boss of Bay Ridge making a ridiculous statement about Craig Eaton and Kathy Khatari.
