Justin Brannan did not cast a vote to defund the police --- and in fact, he has increased the funding for the NYPD to levels much higher than any time that Marty Golden was either a NYC Councilman or a NYS State Senator.

Kassar, Ghorra and Vella-Marone have all signed off on seriously flawed candidates like Vito Bruno, Mark Szuszkiewicz, and Brian Fox over the last few years; and during that time, they have elevated Liam McCabe to a leadership role in their process of selecting candidates.
