A local TV newsman asked Joe Biden, "I know you said yesterday you aren’t going to answer the question until after the election, but this is the number one thing that I’ve been asked about from viewers in the past couple of days....”
Biden responded, “Well, you’ve been asked by the viewers who are probably Republicans who don’t want me continuing to talk about what they are doing to the court right now....”
Then, when asked whether the voters “deserve” to know his answer...
Biden said, “No, they don’t.... I’m not going to play his game. He’d love me to talk about — and I’ve already said something on packing the court, court packing... He’d love that to be the discussion instead of what he’s doing now. He’s about to make a pick in the middle of an election — first time it’s ever been done, first time in history it’s ever been done....”
Don't focus on Biden's misstatement about the history of presidential appointments to the Supreme Court during the pendency of a presidential election. Instead, look at what Presidential Candidate Biden had to say about the voting public's right to know about what he planned to do about packing the Supreme Court in the event that he were to win the election.
In short, Joe Biden said that voters don't have a right to know what he plans to do vis a vis packing the Supreme Court.

First, the tanned, bald-headed, obese, guy in glasses and a surgical mask at Foodtown depicted on Vito Bruno's campaign Facebook site was not me.....
Second, the truth will out, and it did this time out.....
For well over six or seven months now, I have said that Vito Bruno's well-documented background story of full immersion in a variety of unlawful activities for many decades, including almost continuous violent criminal activities at various venues and events, made him an unfit candidate for public office; and instead that he should be a pariah to any-and-all social conservatives.
The most recent and interesting background story about Vito Bruno is in the background of the photo of Whiney Ratso at the door of Foodtown giving out one piece of literature to a lone shopper (It's funny that doesn't look anything like a "rock star" to me.....). Clearly visible in the picture is part of the facade of Pipin's Pub in Bay Ridge, at 9023 Third Avenue. Everybody needs to know that before Pipin's was at that location, it was a well-know branch of Circles..... But even deeper in the background of that location --- back during Vito Bruno's heyday as an icon of afterhours sex, drugs & rock'n'roll --- 9023 Third Avenue was a notorious Bay Ridge underage blow-out joint doing exactly the same kind of over-the-line sex, drugs & rock'n'roll that Vito Bruno was doing all around the city at his own business venues and events.
