Maybe it's just a technical step in maintaining his lawsuit against former DA Charles Hynes, or maybe it's something bigger than that --- BUT --- in a "MAN BIGHTS DOG" scenario, John O'Hara formerly prosecuted by Hynes --- and, according to his federal lawsuit, persecuted by Hynes and others --- has now petitioned the Surrogate's Court in Kings County to be named the "Administrator" of Hynes' estate
Now there's a story you don't just see everyday.....

Correction: The O'Hara filing is not in the Kings County Surrogate Court. It's filed with the Queens Surrogate Court. Hynes death certificate finally admitted what we all knew. Hynes really lived in Breezy Point Queens. The Brooklyn address was just a mail drop.
Every time you looked under the hood on something Hynes was doing it always turned out to be a scam. His scandal ridden tenure as district attorney, the Howard Beach case were all a scam. Then hynes goes to Florida and no body come back. Why would anyone believe hes dead?
Hynes had a son Kevin Hynes who worked as a prosecutor for Jeannine Pirro when she was the westchester district attorney. There was a story in the press when Kevin Hynes had a DWI involving a car accident in one of Pirros cars. A woman in the car was injured but Hynes walked. Or staggered.
What happened to that Minister from Park Slope Reverend Jim Brennan? He was involved in all this.
Is the Reverend Brennan the same as the former assemblyman brennan? I don't remember ever seeing Brennans congregation.
Assemblyman Jim Brennan is the guy who caused Hynes fall.
Hynes gave Mike long patronage in exchange for conservative line. Mike was nowhere in sight when Hynes ran in what turned out to be his final run.

I read oharas lawsuit. What a cast of characters. Brennan is the investigator who gets oharas taxes from IRS. Nobody can get trumps taxes.,,.

Kassar is on cats show today. Another example of how when Eaton has no clout with Cats , just like when Cats endorsed Golden and had him on his show...Eaton says how close he is with Cats...all BS

The lesson is that John Cats always wins. A few years ago these people were laughing at John bragging that they had ended his political career. Now they are groveling and have to “brag” about the slightest indication that John and Craig aren’t close friends which anybody close to John or Craig knows is true.
Yeah Kassar always wins, except where it really counts, with family and health.
