According to reports in the NY Post over the last few days, the Biden White House pushed everything about the so-called "classifeid documents" probe since early 2022 at the latest
Internal memos show close coordination between the White House, the DOJ, and the acting head of the U.S. Archives to obtain and analyze all the presidential records that President Trump had brought to Mar-a-Lago in January 2021

Mark Zuckerberg just gave an interview and he said the FBI approached him before the 2020 election and demanded that facebook publish nothing about Hunter Bidens laptop because it could be Russian propaganda.
"According to reports in the NY Post"
lol
RESPONSE: THE "NY POST" EDITION
TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 7:04 PM"
THE NY POST IS THE OLDEST PAPER IN AMERICA THAT IS NOW PART OF THE RUPERT MURDOCH MEDIA EMPIRE --- IT WAS FOUNDED BY "HAMILTON" LONG BEFORE HE WAS THE SUBJECT OF A VERY CONTROVERSIAL BROADWAY MUSICAL
WE DON'T KNOW WHY YOU MIGHT HAVE THOUGHT OR EMOTED YOUR "LOL" COMMENT ON THIS THREAD IN YOUR QUITE VAGUE INTERNET SHORTHAND --- NONE OF THIS IS LAUGHABLE IN THE LEAST
The NY Post is one of the better and more reliable newspapers functioning in the United States in these times. They have done a great job on this "Joe Biden Mar-a-Lago Raid Scandal" so far.
--- And we here at this independent GOP blog for Brooklyn and Staten Island expect that outlets like the NY Post, Fox News, and other reliable media outlets will stay on this particular Biden scandal until he is frogstepped out of the White House and taken off to jail shouting, "I am not a crook; I am not the 'Big Guy"; I didn't steal anything; and they didn't notify me when the Mar-a-Lago raid thing would happen....."
UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "BIDEN TALKS ABOUT THE MAR-A-LAGO CASE" EDITION
BIDEN MADE A "NO COMMENT" COMMENT TODAY ABOUT THE FBI SEARCH OF MAR-A-LAGO FOR SENSITIVE GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS --- TO NOBODY'S SURPRISE, ALL THAT BIDEN ACCOMPLISHED WAS MUDDY THE WATERS.....
BIDEN DID SAY THAT SOMETIMES IT CAN BE APPROPRIATE FOR A PRESIDENT TO TAKE CLASSIFIED AND SECRET DOCUMENTS HOME WITH HIM
Here is the official White House transcript of the relevent remarks by President Biden:
"... Q President Trump says that he declassified all these documents. Could he have just declassified them all?... THE PRESIDENT: “Well, I just want to know, I’ve declassified everything in the world. I’m President. I can do it –” Come on. Declassified everything?... I’m not going to comment. I mean, because I don’t know the detail. I don’t even want to know. I’ll let the Justice Department take care of that....
... Q Mr. President, in simple terms, is it ever appropriate for a President to take home with them classified and top secret documents?... THE PRESIDENT: Depending on the circumstance. For example, I have, in my home, a cabined-off space that is completely secure. I’m taking home with me today today’s PDB. It’s locked. I have a person with me — military with me. I read it, I lock it back up, and give it to the military....
... Q Without a specialized area in which you can declassify documents, is it ever appropriate for a president to bring classified and top secret documents home with them?... THE PRESIDENT: It depends on the document, and it depends on how secure the room is. Thank you...."
If he wasn't in it already, the official transcript of President Biden's remarks puts him in the middle of the whole documents and Mar-a-Lago raid mess. Of nothing else, his statement would make him a useful witness for the Trump team for the right and practice of a president having classified and secret documents at his home.
From the official transcript above, one can see that President Biden specifically mentioned taking the "PDB" to his home. The "PDB" is sometimes referred to as the "President's Daily Briefing" or the "President's Daily Bulletin," and it is a summary of very high-level, all-source information and analysis on national security issues produced for the president and some key cabinet members and presidential advisers. The PDB is coordinated and delivered by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, with contributions from the CIA as well as other intelligence agencies. Given the very sensitive nature of the information and the possible impacts upon national security of inappropriated disclosure, most PDBs, even those from many years past, have been kept highly classified.
If the raid was justified why is everyone at the top claiming they had nothing to do with it?
Biden & Garland are acting guilty.
The affidavit indicates that there was a criminal investigation ongoing as far back as April 2022; and one of the reasons for the redactions were F.I.S.A. matters.
Again with the FISA
10:51 -- "I have, in my home, a cabined-off space that is completely secure. I’m taking home with me today today’s PDB. It’s locked. I have a person with me — military with me. I read it, I lock it back up, and give it to the military."
Doesn't sound at all like the haphazard box dump in Trump's figurative basement.
133, that you might really think that a demented old man should even be let near classified material, even with Praetorian oversight, and that it isn't a natioanl security problem shows why we need to abolish any notions of a democracy in America.
UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "DOJ ADMITS THAT FBI RAID GATHERED A "SET" OF PRIVILEGED MATERIALS DURING THE AUGUST 8TH MAR-A-LAGO RAID" EDITION
DOJ'S COURT SUBMISSION DID NOT FULLY ADDRESS WHAT FEDERAL JUDGE CANNON HAD ASKED THE DOJ FOR ON SATURDAY
On Monday, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida Juan Antonio Gonzalez, and the FBI's Counterintelligence Chief Jay Bratt made a signed submission to Federal Judge Cannon, stating the DOJ’s “Privilege Review Team” had already “identified a limited set of materials that potentially contain attorney-client privileged information...." They also asserted that the DOJ "... had completed its review of those materials, and is in the process of following the procedures [ in order to] address potential privilege disputes.”
The DOJ's submission to the court did not mention anything related to President Trump's claims of "executive privilege" and it did not clarify whether the FBI or other DOJ investigators had yet had already accessed those materials, despite the pending claims of various types of privilege by President Trump. Neither did the DOJ submission appear to have provided the court with a more detailed schedule of the items seized by the FBI on August 8th.
