At around 9:00 PM on May 17th, this notice appeared from Brian Fox on his campaign's Meta-FB page:
"Brian Fox for City Council... Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 9:16 PM... I regret to inform everyone that the May 25th Verrazzano Republicans meeting has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Once we have a set/confirmed location for the June meeting, We'll kick out an invitation for all to come join us. I apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to see everyone soon!"

The real bomb in all of this is the bill for all the extra policing around both Shore Road and all around the neighborhood, because of all the kids let out of class at Fort Hamilton with no buses to take them home..... On Tuesday it was a real cluster-fuck at 86th Street and 4th Avenue at sometime before noon --- we were there and we saw it --- and there were at least a dozen cops and half a dozen patrol cars at that location alone.
I saw Brian Fox walking down 5th Avenue today with an EDP in a red beret. Does Brian think this is a good look?

Rumor has it Kid Pilot Karim Elsammak had a jet fueled up and waiting on the tarmac ready to evacuate the Fort Hamilton bomber in order to escape to Lebanon, which has no extradition treaty with Bay Ridge but Brian Fox and the Guardian Angels thwarted the caper.
