He drove his car like he was Mr. Toad on his wild ride, but Salvador Ramos was a killing machine once he was inside the Robb Elementary School.
Later reports have thus far placed the death toll in the shooting at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, at 22 victims of the gunman --- with at least 19 children, one teacher, and a second school employee killed, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Prior to the mass killings at the school, Salvador Ramos had shot his grandmother, who survived, but was seriously wounded and remains hospitalized.
Ramos was killed at the scene after an exchange of gunfire with responding law enforcement officers from various jurisdictions.

Thus far, the "official" reported concensus initial timeline of the Uvalde shootings is as follows:
Supposedly, it all begins at 11:32 a.m. CST –
The school reportedly had locked down because of "gunshots in the area." [In reality, some time prior to that Salvador Ramos had shot his grandmother at his home in Uvalde, and he had taken his car on a wild ride to the area of the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, where witnesses reported shots were fired in the area of the vehicle >>> all before he went into the school and began the carnage inside]
Then at 12:17 p.m. CST – An active shooter was reported - School officials posted on social media --- "There is an active shooter at Robb Elementary. Law enforcement is on site. Your cooperation is needed at this time by not visiting the campus. As soon as more information is gathered it will be shared. The rest of the district is under a Secure Status...."
12:38 p.m. CST – Local authorities set up a "reunification" at the Willie DeLeon Civic Center in Uvalde, "... so parents can pick up their children."
1:06 p.m. CST – The Uvalde Police Department reported that the suspect was "in police custody."
2:47 p.m. CST - Uvalde Memorial Hospital gave Facebook "update" on the injured children
saying that the Uvalde Memorial Hospital had "... received 13 children via ambulance or buses for treatment"; and that two of the children had been transferred to San Antonio and another child was pending transfer. Also noted by UMH was that "... [t]wo individuals that arrived at UMH were deceased. No details are available. Please refrain from coming to the hospital at this time...."
3 p.m. CST – Gov. Greg Abbott gave a press conference --- he identified the suspected gunman as 18-year-old Salvador Ramos. He said that Ramos abandoned his vehicle and entered Robb Elementary School with a handgun and possibly a rifle. At that news conference, Abbott "confirmed"s that at least 14 students and one teacher had perished. He also reported two responding officers were hit by rounds, but that they were not seriously injured.
4:17 p.m. CST – The Uvalde Police Department held an afternoon press conference, and they confirmed the suspected shooter was dead and that he was believed to have acted alone.
NOTE: The alleged shooter, Salvidor Ramos, was killed at the school by a responding law enforcement official, and the total of deceased victims from the Robb Elementary School is at least 21 people, 19 children and two adults.
It also has been revealed by the US DHS that there was an overwhelming participation by the U.S. Border Patrol at the Robb Elementary School, including but not limited to the takedown of the alleged "active shooter".....
Thus far, no "timeline" information has been revealed from the police and other law enforcement radio logs.

Basically, O'Roarke pretty much proved that he and the Uvalde shooter, Salvador Ramos, are kindred spirits and cut from the same cloth. Both believe that their acting out, no matter the context or the cost wrt the disruption of and/or to the lives of others, is of paramount importance.
