Let's see what the GG had to say about these two pachydermatic characters vying for the NY City Council seat for the 43rd Council District:

Wow, it seems like the article's author pretty much gave Brian Fox a free ride (probably because Fox convinced Samar Kurshid that he was some kind of Assyrian, Bessarabian, or other brand of Pan-Islamist wolf hiding in sheeps' clothing --- and convincing Mr. Samar Kurshid that "take back our neighboods" really meant declaring Bay Ridge, Brooklyn >>> Bay Ridge, Brookarabia).
Anybody that follows this blog knows that Brian Fox isn't just >>> "... a controversial candidate with a history of sharing conspiracy theories and misinformation espoused by the alt-right..." <<< >>> Fox is a controversial candidate with a history of sharing unfounded conspiracy theories made up by his campaign brain trust on an almost daily basis, and propagating absolute misinformation about himself, where he came from, what he has done in life, what he believes in, and why he believes it.

A LOT OF THE CHARGES LEVELLED AT FOX BY "RADIO FREE BAY RIDGE" WERE FAIRLY STATED IN THE GOTHAM GAZETTE PIECE --- AND MANY OF THE THINGS THAT FOX AND/OR HIS SPOKESPERSON SAID TO SAMAR KURSHID APPARENTLY WERE TAKEN WITH A GRAIN OF SALT BY THE AUTHOR
We here at "The Brooklyn & Staten Island Independent GOP Fountainhead" do take issue with the following: ".... Brian Fox... is a local entrepreneur and runs Phillip Martin Talent Advisors, a recruitment and contracting firm that he founded last year...." That is the only bit of biographical information or work history in Samar Kurshid's article. Unfortunately, it isn't very likely to be very true.
As with so many claims by Fox, the claim that he is a "local entrepreneur" is far more false than it is true. There is no evidence whatsoever that Brian Fox ever invested any of his own money in any local business or businesses. Nor is there any evidencce whatsoever that Brian Fox ever expected to make any profit(s) off of any local business or businesses. Phillip Martin Talent Advisors is not a "local business" >>> It is a foreign (out-of-state) business that might or might not be doing or conducting business anywhere in New York State. How or why it might be named after "Phillip Martin" is anybody's guess. --- Maybe, he's somebody that lives in Wyoming....
This is what the GOP deserves for passing up Bob Capano. Admit it Gale. Fox or Capano?

This doesn't make very much sense to us. "[D]evelopments and announcemsnts" is kind of vague. --- It could be almost anything.....
Given the Brian Fox for council campaign's track record so far, we wouldn't get too excited just yet --- but we do have two big questions:
1. If this is real, what are Brian Fox and Liam McCabe waiting for ?
and
2. If this is real, don't they know that the election is less than two weeks off ???

THAT WAS DEMONSTRATED QUITE CLEARLY BY FOX HIMSELF IN HIS COMMENTS TO SAMAR KURSHID FOR THE COMPARISON PIECE [MENTIONED IN OUR MAIN TEXT ABOVE] THAT APPEARED IN THE "GOTHAM GAZETTE" A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO
First there was this: "... 'I am not alt-right,' Fox said. 'My views and ideology are not at all alt-right or extreme right despite what they've tried to label me as. I’m what I'd like to call the sensibility candidate when it comes to very, very basic and fundamental things — crime, sensibility, quality of life.'..."
Second, unlike any real Republican conservative, Fox wants to spend more money on almost everything >>> here's what Mr. Kurshid said about Brian Fox in the "Gothem Gazette" article, repeatedly quoting Mr. Fox:
"If he wins, Fox has promised to improve policing and quality of life in the district. He wants to increase the police budget, push for more cops on the street, reinstitute a plainclothes police unit that was disbanded last year.... 'My entire business and revenue generation and everything that I do revolves around human interaction...I think that my strength lies within really understanding the people that I'm speaking with and understanding that each individual want and need is very, very different.'... Fox said he would work with the Department of Sanitation to step up efforts against graffiti, more efficiently get the trash picked up, and cut down on illegal dumping by increasing fines.... On issues like increasing housing affordability, improving mass transit, and promoting climate resiliency, Fox offered few specifics.
