Latest campaign Facebook page antics definitely looks like there could be some "hiding in plain sight" attempted wire fraud; or perhaps in a more complicated way, some kind of attempted NYC CFB "Matching Funds" fraud
Here's what Fox folks are trying to pull right now --- this directlly from the Briam Fox for City Council FB page:

[Then the BFFCC Facebook posting contains a "share" from a gofundme.com solicitation by Fred Urban with a graphic of the Schnitzel Haus, and the text of Fred Urban's personal appeal]
Of course, this could all be a big mistake or misunderstanding [OH-AH-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA !!!] and maybe, it's not a clever scheme at all >>> but >>> if you follow Brian Fox's instructions in this post literally, you don't contribute to Fred Urban or the Schnitzel Haus, you make a donation to the Fox campaign.
Now, there's two ways that this scam can be intended to work --- the first defrauds Fred Urban and the Schnitzel Haus; the second is more subtle and defrauds the People of the City of New York by channeling the funds intended to go to Urban and the Schnitzel Haus through the Fox for City Council account and then "expense" it for some kind of campaign-related thing at the Schnitzel Haus.

The Fox campaign is starting to look dirtier and dirtier as it gets closer to election Day. Some zealous investigators and prosecutors need to investigate this very soon, there could be some real criminal kind of shit going down involving the whole fox & McCabe crew, along with their enablers at the tops of the Republican and Conservative parties in Brooklyn. The whole thing is becoming just one money scam after another.
Looking at the money filings from the Fox side, it looks like nothing more than a money laundering operation for McCabe and Bill O'Reilly's firm. I would agree that investigators are probably already poking around at this information and will likely audit

Brian Fox, Fran Vella-Marrone, Jerry Kassar and the Conservative Party have now completely politicized the 9/11 Memorial. The McKinley Park charade last night was absolutely pathetic; and as usual, all of the bad visuals were posted on the Brian Fox for City Council Facebook page.
The eleven (11) photo shots showed two current candidates running in 2021, and two Conservative Party leaders: Fox, Vella-Marrone, Kassar, and Bill Pepitone; one broken down old valise who used to be somebody: former State Senator Golden; the sponsors of the event: E&J, and whomever else they roped in; and the only participants with any cred at all, about two dozen police and fire union members almost all in uniform.

There were only a few moments to suggest the proper sentiment for the 20th Annniversary of 9/11, but they were more mawkish than expressive of any honest emotion. But, what would you expect from something that was planned solely for the purposes of pressing present-day political pantomime, and cheap and easy political exploitation ???
Why has this event even been held for the last few years when there has been a longstanding "Official" Bay Ridge 9/11 Memorial event on the 69th Street Pier every September 11th (that actually used to be celebrated by so many now in the McKinley crowd) ?????

1018, you'll have to ask Quaglione why he says what he says. The facts are there for everybody to see: Capano's vote was less than Quaglione's margin of defeat in the general. In 2017, Capano's vote in both the primary and general elections was both miniscule and insignificant WRT the result; it was so bad that Capano thought his best option was to leave the Republican Party.

He's obviously got more on the ball than either Bob or Liam. However, in this instance, John Q is full of BS.
As usual for that time, 2017, Quags' campaign was mostly being run by the Golden operation, with Kassar exercising his undue influence on everybody.
With Nicole's running for mayor, a Kassar pet project, and her spending lots of time in Bay Ridge, Quaglione's own campaigning was mostly being kept under wraps anyway. Also at the time, the Trump MAGA crowd was feeling their oats and angry at Nicole for being a 'Never Trumper', and no GOPer could win without them, so Quags couldn't move to the center to be more like her. In the middle of all that, nobody would have known or cared whether Capano was running right, center or middle on the Independence line.
2017 and Capano running on the Independence line has all been a big buggaboo in Quaglione's head since then; and that only makes Capano feel like he accomplished something. Interestly, it's also one of the few things that can't be blamed on Liam.
But just remember this, even with Capano inside Quags' head, Quags is still quite a thinker.
Nicole crushed de Blasio in Bay Ridge surrounding areas and in the Council district and on Brannan's home turf. Quaglione and Liam all hype. Bob not even in the mix. Legends in their own minds.
