All of it is supposed to have been the result of a BOLO from Texas about a man experiencing "paranoid delusions"
On Wednesday, the U.S. Secret Service reported that a suspect named Paul Murray, 31, a former military drone operator, was detained by its uniformed officers on a street near the government complex that houses the U.S. Naval Observatory and the official residence of the Vice President of the United States.
Later, the Washington Metropolitan Police Department said that its officers arrested and charged Murray with carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying a rifle or shotgun outside of a business, possession of unregistered ammunition and possession of a large-capacity ammunition-feeding device. Also according to the D.C. police, a rifle and ammunition were recovered from Murray's vehicle.
Multiple reports indicated the arrest was sparked by an "intelligence bulletin that originated from Texas." A Texas law enforcement bulletin said Murray had been experiencing "paranoid delusions" that the military or government wanted to kill him, and that he had sent his mother a text message saying he was in Washington and was going to "take care of his problem." Local reports from Texas indicated that Paul Murray had many police involved incidents consistent with a person experiencing mental health problems.
There is no explanation as to how Murray allegedly recently obtained an AR-15 rifle with a high capacity magazine.

There are many more questionable and very problematic aspects of this real news story and how it's being reported.

A local TV station KBTX in Texas reported Paul Murray's most recent address was in Bryan, Texas, which is outside of College Station; and that Murray had attended Texas A&M University, where he was enrolled as a graduate student at Texas A&M. However, A&M University officials told the TV station that {au; Murray was not enrolled for the current semester.
Other reports indicated that the U.S. Army has confirmed that Paul Murray served in the U.S. Army from March 2010 to April 2014 as an unmanned drone pilot.
According to a San Antonio newspaper, on March 3rd, the College Station Police Department released an Intelligence Bulletin on Paul Murray after the Brazos County Sheriff's Department had conducted a "wellness check." At the time, Murray told officials he didn't want to hurt himself, but could hurt someone else "if it was justified," according to the widely spread bulletin.....

The security measures are expected to include some kind of permanent fence or wall around the Capitol, funding for additional officers to be added to the Capitol Police force, the purchase of improved emergency communications equipment, and additional and more varied weaponry. There will also be funding for enhanced protective equipment and procedures for the lawmakers jointly and severally.
Congressional leaders are in the process of crafting a $2 billion special funding bill to strengthen security at the U.S. Capitol in the wake of the January 6th insurrection.
The congressional security proposals haven't been finalized. The discussions and crafting of the legislation are incomplete, the total dollar amounts to be spent for each aspect of the program are still only approximations, and all of it is subject to change.

I saw Bob "last place" Capano talking to Vito "Coke is it" Bruno about supporting Curtis "the dropout" Sliwa. Word on the street is Curtis is forming a new party to secure a place on the ballot in November. The new party wont be called The Tea Party but may be the Brown Bag party.
If Curtis Sliwa is relying on Bon Capano and Vito Bruno for campaign advice he’s gonna have smooth sailing from here on out all the way to a last place finish in the primary. But if they start petitioning now for a new line they can play spoiler again like they did in 2017 and 2018. Curtis Bob and Vito maybe the party can be called the three stooges?
