NO !!! In spite of the placard --- Nicole is not speaking before the House of Representatives of the United States --- and that large bundle of papers that she is holding in her hands has 100% nothing to do with her job as a representative in the Congress.....
AND NO !!!!! That is not Nicole's making any kind of statement >>> coming clean about all that she knows concerning the sudden and garish deaths involving her Brooklyn GOP supporters Brian Fox and Vlad Deshkovic --- and about her knowledge concerning the innacurate reporting about those cases in the NYC city-wide tabloid press and other media outlets that was pursuant to a PR scheme to coverup her associations with those notorious Brooklyn GOP side men, and not-ready- for-primetime GOP candidates for public office
Instead, Nicole's diversionary gathering near a longstanding Staten Island homeless facility featured Nicole's going on and on >>> about some local NYC contract with a longtime NYC housing provider on Staten Island being some kind of a "smoking gun" --- when it is obvious that all she had to say and/or show was just a pile of papers that anybody could have held up and given a better and mor relevant speech about.....
When Nicole is getting slammed by the likes of John Seravalli for her trying to duck and cover WRT her associations with Vlad Deshkovic --- the Bay Ridge Republican charged with killing his mother last week --- then you know that it's time for Jerry Kassar's favorite Member of Congress to face the music and fess-up what she knows about all of the Deshkovic mess.....
And while she is at it, Nicole needs to do the same vis a vis Brian Fox --- and the who, what, where, and when about his suddenm unexplained and suspicious passing less than a month ago happened.

Gail, 'yackety-yak' is all that Malliotakis has, she has zero history of notable accomplishment during her thirteen years as an elected official, 8 years in the NYS legislature, and 5 years in the US Congress.
Malliotakis talks about lots of things, but she isn't very good at getting much done, because nobody in government or politics likes or can get along with her. That includes in her own party where less than two years ago, over 20 % of Republicans voted against her in a primary, even though Trump did eventually endorse her after holding back for some time. Her opponent was an unknown neophyte candidate at the time named John Matland.

Right now, the Kings County Republican Party under the new "leadership" of "Lurch" Barsamian looks weaker than anytime since Sal Albanese defeated Angelo Arculeo for City Council, Joe Montalto defeated Chris Mega for State Senate, the 50th AD Bay Ridge Republican Assembly seat was wiped-out forever, and Freddie "Pants" was the Kings County GOP Chairman.

Nicole is a 'way underachieving lump.
Maybe, that's a reason why Vish Burra will be putting somebody into the 2024 GOP mix to oppose Nicole right after the smoke clears from the February 2024 Special Election to replace George Santos, who Nicole voted to expel from the Congress along with almost all the Democrats, and against the will of a mojority of her Republican colleagues.
Who knows, after February, Vish might be one of Nicole's fellow Republicans in the Congress.
More important than that was what George Santos had to say about Nicole's not being a proud gay man.
If you support Nicole, read it and weep! Santos is now a man on a mission to get Nicole, along with his top guy Vish.

Cata & Malliotakis vs Eaton & Matland next year. I know who I am betting on
1046, who or what is "cata"; and why would an incumbent member of congress be trying to take the measure of a couple of guys like Eaton and Matland?
Why does somebody like Malliotakis worry so much about such things, or even think that John Matland is running against her again in a GOP primary in 2024? Maybe that's just the way she is.
Why does she think that Eaton will support Matland if he does run again in 2024, or that they even have made any contact at all about Eaton openly giving Matland his support for a race against Malliotakis in 2024?
Unlees, of course, Eaton had mentioned something to "Cata" about it over a private dinner where everything was on the table, in addition to some very good food and wine; and then "Cata" passed it along as a message to Malliotakis from Eaton.
