Nicole's recently introduced bill in congress would block a New York City innitiative to partially privatize municipal retirees’ healthcare to save billions of NYC taxpayer dollars

The "bi-partisan" bill  ---  called the “Right to Medicare Act”  ---  would prevent both public and private sector employers from encouraging certain seniors to switch from traditional governmental Medicare coverage to more privatized "Medicare Advantage" type plans  >>>  as a necessary cost control measure
