so what happened to the $500,000 that was offered?
1102, O'Hara thinks that NYS and NYC need to pony up and that means Brad Lander and Tom DiNapoli need to face the harsh realities of this case; and that it might reset the bar for false arrest and malicious prosecution awards in New York City and State, and maybe the entire country. Stuff is happening today, let's see who's who and what's what and where things are headed.
Right now, the DA's Office says it's all about Brennan and Carroll giving them bad information back in the 1990s, but why did the DA's Office give this case so much special treatment throughout DA Hynes' tenure, from the first day to the last, and why did Hynes care so much about O'Hara that he even E-mailed other NYS and NYC actors about this case after he had died in 2019?
As for the $500,000, it shows that Jack Carroll is the smartest person in the room so far, at least among the defendants in court today on the O'Hara case.
Why is Fox-Kagan asking this question in the form of a statement with multiple question marks: "So Eaton is against Kagan and with Brannan????"
We knew that Fox-Kagan was a two-headed beast with fart-breath. However, do(es) Fox-Kagan two-headed brain(s) think that the world is a big "Un-Jeopardy" game without any syntax or factually based questions and/or answers?
A more proper. factually based, and relevant question would be something like this: "So is it Eaton, who is again openly and actively against Kagan, and now behind the write-in campaign for Katherine Khatari, a longtime Republican activist in Brooklyn and a very strong Trump supporter?"
Chris Christie said on Fox news that Trump is afraid to get on the stage with him. Maybe trump is afraid the stage would collapse.
