Latest articles about Lester Chang's Brooklyn residency problems show nothing new to prove that he lived in Brooklyn for a year prior to the 2022 election

Latest claims by Lester Chang's lawyer John Ciampoli strongly imply that  ---  1) Chang and his representatives  still have not presented any evidence to the committee investigating the issue of Chang's Brooklyn residency, because "... they are going through documents to prove their case before presenting them during a hearing set for Dec. 19 in Albany....";  2) Chang is suddenly now claiming that "...  he previously shared a Manhattan apartment with his wife — but [also that he has been] a lifelong Brooklyn resident who kept a dual residence at his childhood home in Midwood...."; and  3) apparently upon advice of legal counsel,  Lester Chang is willing to admit under oath that he voted in Manhattan in 2021, only because he was there on "official business" connected to his U.S. Navy service.....

Then there is this rather whimsical piece of what the NY Post calls "reporting" on the matter  >>>  "....  Sources familiar with the case...   showed The Post some of Chang’s financial records that appear to confirm he met the requirement of living in Brooklyn 12 months before Election Day of this year...."   [[[There can be little doubt that these are anything but what Mr. Ciampoli called the "...  documents to prove their case...".]]]

If this is the best that the Brooklyn GOP and the rest of the Chang team can come up with at this late date  ---  more than five months after Lester Chang was "substituted" as the 2022 GOP-Conservative candidate in the 49th AD in Brooklyn  ---  then there should be very little confidence that he will ever be seated as the Assemlyman of the 49th AD

We have been assured that there is a whole raft of evidentiary quality documentaru evidence that showed Lester Chang's principal and permanent address for election and othe professional matters was in Manhattan prior to any attempt to "set up" a fesidence in Brooklyn.

We have also been informed that some members of the Brooklyn GOP Executive Committee warned Ghorra and others that Lester Chang was not an eligible candidate prior to their substituting Chang as the Brooklyn GOP candidate for the Assembly in the 49th AD.

Every 100 years this happens.

I give the Republicans credit for blaming this on the Democrats and doing the "stop the steal" thing but the fault here lies with Ted Gorra, Rey and whoever else they have vetting candidates at the Board of Elections.

Abbates legislative Director for 18 years gets arrested 2 years ago for raping teenage girl, murder, and heads a motorcycle Meth gang. Those charges are quietly going away. But the issue is whether Lester spent enough time at his moms house. Makes sense.

RESPONSE: THE "THIS ALL WAS NO ACCIDENT OR NEGLIGENCE --- IT WAS INTENTIONAL --- AND IT WAS PART OF A PATTERN IN 2022" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 9:49 AM" & "... AT 11:07 AM"

THAT'S WHY >>> IF THE HEARING AGAINST CHANG AND THE SUBSEQUENT VOTE OF THE WHOLE NYS ASSEMBLY BOTH GO AGAINST CHANG --- ALL OF THIS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR A PATTERN OF CORRUPT PRACTICES AND CRIMES RELATED TO A PATTERN OF GOP AND CONSERVATIVE PARTY ELECTION FRAUD(S) DURING THE 2022 ELECTIONS ALL AROUND NEW YORK STATE

Ted Ghorra and others were told exactly what the problem was concerning Lester Chang's residency, and somebody "said" that Chang didn't need to show that he lived in Brooklyn for more than a year. So now, it's up to Chang and Ciampoli to "prove" that he did live in Brooklyn and establish residency for the year between the 2021 and 2022 elections to the NYS Assembly Judiciary Committee.

That's why >>> if the "... documents to prove their case [that Chang and Ciampoli will be] presenting... during [the] hearing set for Dec. 19 in Albany..." and other evidence don't pan out in favor of Lester Chang in the NYS Assembly proceedings, the matter needs to be referred to the Albany and/or Kings County DA's offices for criminal investigation. [[[Remember, this all took place at the exact same time that the NYS GOP and the Lee Zeldin campaign for NYS governor were fraudulently attempting to get on an extra third party "Independence" line --- which, if successful, could have won the 2022 general election for Zeldin.....]]]

1107, "Riddle me this, Batman!" Why didn't either the Vito La Bella Campaign against Iwen Chu, Abbate's Chief of Staff, or Lester Chang's campaign against Abbate himself ever raise the issue of the prosecution of Abbate's Legislative Director Joseph Brady during their campaigns?

Lots of people are afraid of what Brady knows and might use for a deal with prosecutors.

Brady was facing 40 years and yes the Feds got him. Which means Abbate is co-operating with the Feds. Notice how Abbate began grooming Chu after Brady arrest.

11:58 needs to understand how things work. "lots of people" are not worried about Brady. Abbate was worried. Now Abbate is spreading the green around Albany to deliver others.

1221, lots of other people need to be worried about Joseph Brady as much or MORE than Peter Abbate does.

Brady is really rough, and really tough and really loyal; more important, he even has an enemies list, and a not so friendly list.

He has lots to deal, but he'll make it complicated.

Why wasn't Nicole at the Lester rally yesterday?

Anonymous said...

She's trying to keep the terrible stink of the Brooklyn GOP off of her.

Lester Chang spoke at the rally. He talked about the house in Brooklyn where he now lives, and that his parents owned it for fifty years blah, blah, blah! What Lester Chang didn't say was that he lived in that house for the one year before the 2022 election for Assembly in the Brooklyn 49th Assembly District.

Why is this so difficult? If Lester actually lives in Brooklyn, he should prove it. The only reason they're all carrying on like this is because he CAN'T

As our teachers said when we BS'd, "Answer the question."

Chang is noways eligible.
His veteran status, his caretake-needful mom, his parents' house + *current* house ... irrelevant.
If those were relevant most folks in nyc could run for office in any borough/district anyplace.
