THIS IS VERY STRANGE, BECAUSE SLIWA IS THE ONLY CANDIDATE THAT SIMULTANEOUSLY SAYS THAT HE WANTS TO "REFUND" THE POLICE, WHILE HAVING ADVANCED PROPOSALS THAT WOULD "DEFUND" THE POLICE

As one example, look at the picture of Third Avenue and 68th Street above in the main article, and think about real "infrastructure" improvements supported by Brannan.... Now, compare that to Brian Fox' not even mentioning "infrastructure" improvements, and Fox' thinking that dealing with groups like the Third Avenue Merchants is a substantial way to help small businesses in the area.
