Here is what the U.S. Constitution actually does say about it:
".... ARTICLE I... Section 4: Elections... The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators.... The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day...."
AND THAT'S ALL THAT IS SAYS ON THAT SUBJECT
We here on this independent GOP blog for Brooklyn and Staten Island do believe that there might very well be some problems with the actual counting of votes in various jurisdictions in connection with the voting in the 2022 elections. However, Brian Fox, Franc M. Pohole and their 54 other friends don't do anybody any favors when they circulate patently false information about what constitutes legal and prohibeted voting in our elections. In fact, it is rank social irresponsibility >>> akin to shouting "FIRE !" in a crowded theater.

Nobody, in whatever Brannan's prospective district might be, would be likely to try to test him in a Democrat Primary.
An important factor would be whether the new voters in that district will be more Latino, Asian, Islamic, Orthodox/ Hasisic Jewish or a little of each ??? Our guess would be >>> a little less Asian and a little more Latino. --- Maybe shave off Bath Beach and a sliver of Dyker Heights; and add in a north pointing panhandle west of Fourth Avenue down to about 50th Street, or west of Third Avenue down to 39th Street, with a hook between Green-Wood Cemetary and the edge of Sunset Park, up to the 9th Avenue subway stop or New Utrecht Avenue.....

PA will ride off into the sunset with north of 2 million dollars in various PAC and campaign accounts. He's not running again and certainly wouldn't dare try to challenge Boss Brannan. He already lost that showdown in 2017
