If there might have been any doubt, Trump erased that on Friday evening at his "Save America" rally in Prescott Valley, Arizona, when he said this:
".... If I announced that I was not going to run any longer for political office the persecution of Donald Trump would immediately stop.... But that is not what I do --- I can’t do that --- I can’t do that --- [I] can’t do that. Because I love this country and I love you....”
Many have suggested that President Trump will again run for re-election. He strongly hinted that he would during the Friday night rally in Prescott Valley, Arizona, where he also proclaimed the following: “I ran twice and I won twice; and I did much better the second time than the first, getting millions more votes in 2020 than in 2016... the best by any sitting president in American history.... And now, we may have to do it again.”

Kassar is the 'protege' of Mike Long, not the other way round; and Kassar's not 89 yoa, he's much closer to being 69 or 70.
No matter how old Kassar is or how long he lives, he will always be someone else's "protege" never smart enough to make it on his own
You don't know Kassar's real history. He has never been popular, but has very often been successful politically.

Former President Donald Trump returns to Washington today for the first time since leaving office following the American People's brief takeover of Capitol Hill and parts of the Capitol building to deliver remarks to ultra-conservative allies at the America First Agenda Summit, a two-day conference hosted by the America First Policy Institute. The First Policy Institute is a MAGA-aligned group formed when Trump first took office, and Trump's appearance before it comes as he seems to be teasing everybody about a possible 2024 presidential re-election run.
In his remarks, former VP Pence praised the Trump-Pence Administration --- and said that he still strongly supports the Trump MAGA agenda; and Pence even minimized the separation between himself and the former President.
