However, Fox didn't even bother to get the story straight --- he didn't even properly identify the real victim of this crime, because it suited the purpose of Fox's campaign of mistatements and misrepresentations not to do so
Meanwhile, a guy that Fox is glad to campaign with all over the 43rd Council District, Mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa, had his own "Defund the Police" proposal early in 2021 that would have greatly diminished the NYPD presence on the subways --- now, how does Brian Fox explain that away ???

Fox's latest diclosures show that there must be lots of skimming, fraud and defalcation of matching funds by so many people around the Fox campaign associated with Liam McCabe who are described as consultants in the disclosures, but might better be desribed as Liam, and Liam's family and friends?

John Pierce is a lawyer representing 17 defendants charged in Jan 6th case.
NBC reports Pierce is on a ventilator hospitalized with COVID. A lawyer named Ryan Marshall replaced him but it turns out Marshall is not an attorney. Marshall does know his way around the courts as he has various warrants out for his arrest.
Let's not say that John Pierce has vanished, but he sure ain't been where he's supposed to have been.

A comment was tendered by somebody talking about the FBI's arrest of somebody here in Brooklyn for participating in the events of January 6th, and they tied it to the GOP Candidate for City Council in the 43rd DIstrict, Brian Fox. We doubt that any such link to Mr. Fox exists, but if it can be shown that a link does exist, well, that would be something worth looking into.
I really don't think Brian Fox is interested enough in politics to have been a part of January 6th. He doesn't even vote.
Anyone who got near DC on Jan 6th should be locked up. Ask questions later. Much later.

Even if elected, Brian Fox would be unable to do anything real with respect to any "defund the police movement," because Brian Fox doesn't even know what the "defund the police movement" is really all about, nor who supports it, or how it can help improve the existing criminal injustice system in America.
Brian Fox can only repeat meaningless slogans and phrases; he has no knowledge and he has no program to combat crime, other than getting support from the police unions.

Where John Pierce is may sound like a simple question. Its not. And Pierce has taken on another capitol protester now totaling 18 clients.
According to his "associate", Ryan Joseph Marshall, Pierce was in a car accident. Then this associate told another Judge Pierce was in a hospital with COVID. I suppose both could be true. But this associate seems to be not licensed to practice law. Or maybe Marshall is something like a lawyer. Marshall is a court clerk for a Judge in Pennsylvania. Marshall is under indictment on 2 cases involving missing funds from the county court. Marshall says the district attorney Rich Bower and Sheriff Custer who were both democrats are the real culprits.
A look at DA Bower & Sheriff Custer shows they were both Democrats but recently switched to Republicans after Trump announced the conversion at a rally in moon township PA.
Sheriff Custer has been spending time with Trump.
