Several conservative and GOP-oriented news organs have reported on an announcement by an attorney associated with the Trump election litigation team named Jordan Sekulow.
According to one of President Donald Trump's lawyers, Jordan Sekulow, an election challenge lawsuit is in the works to be filed in federal court in Georgia early this coming week >>> And it is completely new and will be "shocking".....
"We have got lawsuits likely to be filed in Georgia on either Monday or Tuesday; I can't get into the details," said Jordan Sekulow, the son of one 0f Trump's personal attorney's, Jay Sekulow.
"I can't tell you right now, but what's coming in Georgia will be shocking, when we file this in federal court Monday or Tuesday.... It's nothing that we have talked [about] before. It's not what you heard in the press conference [Thursday] either.... This is something completely separate."
The fact that Jordan Sekulow specifically mentioned federal court, indicated that it is likely a "constitutional" legal challenge; and he did also mention that some of the challenges related to the constitutional issue of "equal protection under the law."...
The younger Sekulow added, to those saying "put up or shut up, it's coming this week."...
And to those saying, "They've got to be outcome determinative... I will tell you, the Lt. Gov. [Geoff Duncan] in Georgia [and] the Secretary of State in Georgia [Brad Raffensperger]... they're in for quite a shock on Monday and Tuesday about how poorly they run and they ran – there's going to be a proof – of how poorly run [or] they ran the elections in one of their major counties...."
Attorney Jordan Sekulow also noted that several other pro-Trump election litigations were pending and/or would soon to be filed in Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Arizona.

Decision just came out in PA from Fed Judge Brann (Obama appointee) that Trumps case is dismissed as speculative allegations. But I listened to the argument on C-SPAN and the case was never about fraud. It was only about equal protection.
Jay Sekulow and his son are very good.
This reminds me of the lindberg kidnapping.
The reports I've seen make no mention of the Sekulows in connection with the matter dismissed by Judge Brann in the federal court in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
This Pennsylvania case was a wheel-spinning waste of time and resources, and more important credibility.

As often commented upon --- by various commenters on this blog --- and as handled and dealt with by the operators and moderators of this blog, the only "Brannan" that has been mentioned on the blog has been NY City Councilman Justin Brannan >>> he is not now, and not ever been a "judge" --- he has never run for judge --- he has never expressed any interest in becoming a judge.....

Not all different treatment of voters within a state in a given election rises to a constitutional "equal protection" argument. The aggrieved voter or other party with standing must show that a recognized substantial right has been interfered with by the alleged different treatment.
Judge Brann found that nobody with legal standing to sue asserted any violation of any substantial right by some counties' in Pennsylvania having provided a method to cure voter defects on their ballots, whereas other counties did not. Judge Brann ruled that the ability to cure defects on a voter's ballot is neither prohibited by Pennsylvania Election Law, nor is it mandated as right conveyed to an individual voter. Ultimately, Judge Brann also concluded that since no party in the litigation before him presented any issue for which the court could provide any meaningful relief, no party established their right to bring the action overall.
All the rest of what Judge Brann had to say about the merits of the case and stuff like "disenfranchising" seven million Pennsylvania voters was nothing more than nonbinding "dicta" --- sounding ominous, but legally almost meaningless.
Vito Bruno's loss is New Yorks loss. A race was stolen and the integrity of our standards and practices failed.

Spokesperson Michael Steel pretty much said that it's simply not possible for the company's machines to shift any votes from one candidate to another. He also indicated that it was a farfetched conspiracy theory that Georgia's Republican Governor Brian Kemp would have accepted 3.5 million dollars from Dominion to throw the 2020 election from Donald Trump to Joe Biden; saying, "What would be his reason to do that ?"
Trump had an opportunity to put Dominion on trial but he didn't. Instead Trumps lawyers withdrew the fraud claims.
