This post is more about our so-called Brooklyn GOP Chairman "Big DICK"/ "Lurch" Barsamian than Kassar.
If you think that the Brooklyn GOP is doing nothing to prepare for the most important election in our lifetime, then you would be right >>> because that is Barsamian's strategy, tactic and plan for 2024 (a few details below). The result will likely be losses in Brooklyn by all of the Republic incumbents >>> Nicole Malliotakis, Alec Brook-Krasny, Lester Chang and Michael Nobakhov.....
Barsamian is actually putting a wet blanket on fund-raising and campaigning by Republicans in Brooklyn telling everybody that the Trump wave will carry them all along..... Instead, Barsamian thinks that Trump's coattails and clever deals with certain Democrats will save his GOP incumbents. [Yes, the ever-shakier hand of Marty Golden is there behind his latest puppet.....]
Meanwhile, Barsamian is spending more time at Democrat and Conservative events in Brooklyn than Republican ones..... And "Big DICK"/ "Lurch" is gong to more Republican events outside of Brooklyn than inside. The net result is that, as a GOP county leader, Barsamian is already regarded as a big buffoon, and he is a laughing stock among most NYS GOP insiders (NYS Assembly GOP minority leader William Barclay isn't as amused as the others for lots of reasons, but now mostly because the Lester Chang, Michael Nobakhov, William Barclay Chi-Coms junket fiasco has real life consequences, well beyond laughing matters)
It's quickly gotten so bad that >>> even Craig Eaton might be stepping back to a safe distance >>> so as not to be blamed for causing the impending Barsamian train-wreck in 2024 --- and the consequential losses to the Republican incumbents in Brooklyn.

Great job finally getting Gale (511) to finally publicly say what Eaton and Gale are all about in trying to pump up Eaton—
Snip from behind the scenes, give Eaton credit when something happens that Gale likes even though Eaton said nothing publicly but when Eaton loses like he did when Eaton did publicly endorse Avery, or Dmitry for Chair , etc etc just say it is part of some mysterious long term plan but we lean there is no plan just “sniping”

Also, when somebody hits their target(s) from afar, it's usually "GAME SET MATCH.. SEE YA.." -- just like Marty Golden in 2018.
However, calling it "snip[ping] (sic) or [sniping] from behind the scenes" is far too simplistic to be anything more than a whine or grumble. When it comes to the Brooklyn GOP, It would be far more accurate for everybody involved to say that Eaton acts subtly, from a distance, and in many occult ways that have been and will continue to be effective; and that sometimes Galewyn Massey functions as Eaton's poetic observer, or a reporter and recorder of many of Eaton's deeds and/or some of the events efficiently motivated by Eaton.

From our most recent conversations with Mr. Eaton, but without direct attribution to Eaton in any way, we here at this independent GOP blog for Brooklyn and Staten Island conclude that:
1) Eaton is in regular contact and has very good relations with John Catsimatidis;
2) Eaton maintains an ongoing friendly relationship with NYS GOP Chairman Ed Cox, including occasional personal meetings;
3) There are candidates for petitioning for Brooklyn GOP primary spots in 2024 that have consulted with Eaton for his help and support in 2024; and
4) Eaton has the Brooklyn GOP over a barrel with his pending appeal wrt the general conduct of the 2023 GOP organizational proceedings that made Dikran Barsamian the Brooklyn GOP Chairman, including but not limited to: the holding of and conduct of the 2023 GOP Kings County Convention, the timeliness and propriety of the GOP 2023 filings of its organizing documents with the Board of Elections, and ALL of the rulings in the 2023 court proceedings to remedy any and all of the defects in the Brooklyn GOP's handling of its 2023 organizing process, and its selection of Dikran Barsamian as GOP Chairman for 2023-4-5 instead of Dimitri Kugel.
The brain trust at kings county gop decided to create a “nonprofit” called the Brooklyn new wave civic coalition…. But registered it as an ie with the BOE. Unfortunately the morons forgot that there are rules to abide by, like it being unlawful to organize with candidates and collect “fees” from potential “members” that will be “allowed to vote”?!
