“… [T]hese clowns crossed the line and annihilation was the only option…”

In a fit of bragging to the New York Post,  Dennis Quirk’s lawyer spills the beans on the conspiracy to annihilate Richard Luthmann and his client Michael Pulizotto

Quirk’s lawyer,  Bruce Baron,  calls the attorneys on the other side  >>> CLOWNS <<<

Is Curtis LeMay representing Dennis Quirk ???  No,  it’s some “clown” named Bruce Baron.

Baron’s law firm,  Baron Associates,  of Avenue U in Brooklyn,  is a collection of smug characters that seems to tout as part of its “Our Team”  ---  none other than the NYS Court Officers Association,  and low-and-behold,  an array of photos of the almost ubiquitous president of that union, Dennis Quirk.  There’s also a guest shot in the “Our Team” photo display of our very own illustrious State Senator Marty Golden; and in addition,  there are many more shots of various people on the Baron "...Team" obviously taken at events held at the Golden family business, the Bay Ridge Manor.  ("The question begs," [sic]  is it all just a coincidence ???)

THE NY POST REPORTED THE  “…  ANNIHILATION WAS THE ONLY OPTION…” LINE BY QUIRK’S LAWYER

According to the report in the New York Post  ---  “A self-styled courthouse whistleblower whose lawyer got locked up in a violent fraud scheme dropped his $25 million slander suit against the longtime head of the state Court Officers Association on Wednesday….   Michael Pulizotto, former chief clerk of Staten Island Supreme Court, withdrew his allegations against Dennis Quirk and agreed not to bring them again, according to papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court….   Pulizotto had accused Quirk of calling him a 's–thead' and a 'rat' on Sept. 5 — two days before Quirk allegedly arranged for the display of a giant inflatable rat bearing Pulizotto’s name and that of another worker outside the courthouse….   Pulizotto filed the suit with the help of controversial lawyer Richard Luthmann, who’s been held without bail since getting busted by the feds in December on charges including kidnapping and extortion….”  ( See  “Whistleblower drops $25M slander suit against union chief” by  Bruce Golding, 1/24/18,  NY Post/ Metro  [https://nypost.com/2018/01/24/whistleblower-drops-25m-slander-suit-against-union-chief/]).

However,  as far as I’m concerned,  the real  PAY-DIRT  was in what came next  ---  Post reporter Bruce Golding goes on to quote Dennis Quirk’s lawyer running his big mouth.   Here’s the real scoop of the story:   “….  Quirk’s lawyer, Bruce Baron, called Pulizotto’s abandoned suit ‘as bogus as it gets….   While Dennis has always believed in the system, it was appalling how far these clowns crossed the line and annihilation was the only option,’ Barron said.”

Oh,  so it’s Pulizotto and Luthmann who are the  >>> “CLOWNS” <<<  !!!!!   Well, not so fast,  Mr.  Baron  (and Quirk too)…..   Maybe,  it’s you two that're wearing the floppy over-sized shoes, and all the grease paint with the big red noses this time around.

“…Annihilation was the only option…”  who did Quirk and his loose-lipped legal gunzel think they were,  Bomber Harris and Curtis LeMay  ?????  (BTW, does anybody out there remember the big Wallace-LeMay rally at Madison Square Garden in 1968 ?)

And just who was it that was ANNIHILATED  ?????

Certainly, it’s none other than,  Richard Luthmann,  who is enjoying his current three squares and a roof over his head at Federal expense.

It would not appear to be Michael Pulizotto,  whose title and salary in the NYS OCA remain unchanged;  and whose lawsuit(s) against Mike and Judy McMahon, Dennis Quirk's union and the NYS OCA still are going forward,  according to Pulizotto's new attorney,  Alan Serrins,  a specialist in employment discrimination and other workplace torts.

Now, the the big question that needs answering is this:  What did Quirk (and arguably Mr. Baron) have to do with that Federal case going forward against Richard Luthmann ?????

Recently, I heard somewhere that there has even been some bragging by Mr. Quirk that his influence is spreading to the Federal judiciary.   WELL !   WELL  !!   WELL   !!!

Now, how’s them apple’s,  BOZO  and  CLARABELL   ?????

BACKFILL: THE "ADVANCE" EDITION

STATEN ISLAND PAPER TELLS A VERY SIMILAR STORY TO THE ONE I RECOUNTED FROM THE NEW YORK POST

Frank Donnelly basically did a similar, but more detailed report about Michael Pulizotto's dropping his slander suit against Dennis Quirk (See "Court whistleblower drops $25 million slander suit against union chief" by Frank Donnelly, 1/24/18, SI Advance/ silive.com [http://www.silive.com/news/2018/01/court_whistleblower_drops_25_m.html]).

One of the comments following the article in the Advance said this:
"[From] SanitationEnthusiast 13 hours ago [at 8:00 AM EST]
Tried going after Dennis Quirk, must be out of his mind. Easily the most powerful non-government official in the whole state...."

Quirk did get Luthmann locked up and Pulizotto transferred to Siberia.

That's great if you want to be a tough guy in Staten Island but hows it going to play when his daughter tries to become a Federal Judge?

Anonymous said...

When Quirk tells his neighbor Bob to endorse Golden we will see who the tough guy is.

Are capano and quirk on the same street?

I just read Q's remarks in Daily News about Marty on addiction. Q says Marty has known people with addiction and "hes delivered to them". What exactly is Marty delivering to these junkies?

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 3:50 PM"

I SAW "SEND IN THE CLOWNS" PERFORMED BY ITS ORIGINAL BROADWAY CAST MEMBER (ACTUALLY I THINK THE SHOW WAS ON 45TH STREET). IT WAS SUNG BY AN OLDER GLYNIS JOHNS.

The song was not originally part of the show, "A Little Night Music"; however, Stephen Sondheim thought he needed to beef up his score so he wrote a romantic, nostalgic song specifically for Ms. Johns to sing in the second act. Eventually, the song became one of Sondheim's most popular hits, if not THE MOST POPULAR.

Gale,
Please let us know when you will be reporting on Davos.

Hope Hicks

A law firm issues a statement bragging about getting Luthmann locked up by Feds because they didn't like lawsuit.

Looks like Quirk isnt going to pay much for his daughters judgeship.

RESPONSE: THE "I'LL REPORT ON IT WHEN...." EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 8:22 AM"

HOW CAN YOU BE BOTH "ANONYMOUS" AND "HOPE HICKS" ?????

To your point, I'll report on Davos if I get word that any Brooklyn Republican is there, or if Jerry Kassar or MIke Long is there, or if Gerry O'Brien is there or if Chairman Bob Capano is there (btw, did he actually change his enrollment --- I don't know !!!) or even some local Democrats are there (btw, does Janet Yellen still count as a Bay Ridge local ???). Other than something like that, please don't expect my dateline to be Davos, Swisherland anytime soon.

Chairman Capano is the creator of Davos however he seldom gets his recognition.

Anonymous said...

I knew that. You say it like I didn't know that!

Why, everybody knows that.

It's a privilege to breath the same air as Chairman Capano.

HE WILL NOT ONLY LEAD US TO VICTORY, HE WILL BRING US TRUE HAPPINESS.

Was Janet Yellin the Fort Hamilton HS valedictorian in 1963?

Davros, not Davos, was the leader of the Daleks, and archenemey of Dr. Who.

SOMETIMES THINGS NEED TO BE PUT IN A PROPER CONTEXT --- YOU'VE DONE SO, QUITE SUCCINCTLY

I knew something was missing from all this "Davos" chatter. Now, I see that something else might be going on, thanks to your insight.

Glad to clear thing up, Jim.

EXTERMINATE!

RESPONSE: THE "PROBLEM WITH VAGUENESS" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 10:22 AM"

FIRST OFF, MY NAME AIN'T "JIM" OR "BUSTER" OR "KEITH" OR "GORDON" OR "ELLIOT" OR "DORSEY"..... IT'S "DORTHY" (PHONETIC), D-O-R-O-T-H-Y.....

Now, that the "Doctor" is a woman, maybe the fight against the Daleks can be more than a game of "Ring around a rosey" across time and space.

Now, for your use of "EXTERMINATE" --- some things are very unclear, like: WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN and TO WHAT END ?????

Anonymous said...

Gail, apropos of these last few "Daleks" comments, and as you like to say sometimes, a birdie told me that a group of insurgents met in Dyker Heights and re-formed the Reform Party yesterday.

At the meeting, Bob Capano was "elected" to be that party's chairman in Brooklyn.

RESPONSE: THE "STEPHEN SONDHEIM --- YOU'RE NOT" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 10:10 PM"

EVEN THOUGH HE BECAME A WORDS AND MUSIC MAN LIKE COLE PORTER AND IRVING BERLIN, STEPHEN SONDHEIM GOT HIS START AS A LYRICIST

Before he became fully established as a creator of both the music and lyrics of showtunes, Stephen Sondheim made his bones as a lyricist. Learning his trade from Oscar Hammerstein III, Sondheim broke into the big time as lyricist to Leonard Bernstein's music for "West Side Story" and to Julie Styne for "Gypsy."

10:10, you ain't no showtune lyricist; and you sure ain't no Stephen Sondheim.

Besides, Kassar all by himself is lucky if he can get himself arrested. Saying that Kassar alone got somebody like Luthmann arrested by the Feds is far-fetched, to say the least.

But don't get me wrong, Kassar as part of a cabal against Luthmann --- that's not far-fetched at all.

cable news has a story about McCabe resignation

Anonymous said...

The McCabe resignation is national news and Gale refuses to report on his "ruggedly handsome" protege.

Anonymous said...

McCabes text messages are in the FBI's crosshairs and we are supposed to believe Gale is not involved?

Anonymous said...

WSJ says mccabe is taking terminal leave. That sounds like a serious health issue.

Gales non stop chirping about McCabe was ok when it was convenient. Now McCabe is resigning in disgrace and I hear crickets

Tell you a lot about people.
