When is comes to remarks and prepared statements about the Orlando attack by Omar Mateen, aka Omar Mir Seddique Mateen; most of the statements by most Democrats and some of the statements by some Republicans are completely inadequate.

IN THE WAKE OF ORLANDO --- HILLARY STILL DOESN'T GET IT
Hillary Clinton's words about "radical Islamists" is just one small step in the right direction --- a very small step.....
Her remarks about our enforcement abilities to go after all the "lone wolves" and stop THEM --- is just completely wrong, and ridiculously so.....
HRC's pivot to yet another argument in the "gun control debate" was a pure recitation of Democrat Party talking points --- it demonstrated her complete lack of leadership skills and a lack of a real feel about what asymmetric terrorist warfare is all about.
DONALD TRUMP DOES GET IT
On the other hand, even when it comes to something as simple and simplistic as a bumper-sticker like slogan done in the wake of the terrorist's attack on the gay night club in Orlando, Donald Trump shows that he does get it.
His new slogan:
"MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN"
is also an example of a good statement in response to the pro-Islamic State terrorism against all of us in Orlando, Florida.

[Hillary] Clinton started off her remarks in Cleveland by noting that it was not a day for politics -- the day after the massacre in Orlando that left 49 people dead -- and she never mentioned the presumptive Republican nominee by name.... But her entire address couldn't have been more different than most of those delivered by her GOP rival...." Later on in Dan Merica's report was this: ".... 'Today,' Clinton said early in her remarks, 'is not a day for politics.'... Well, maybe just a little bit.... While Clinton did not mention Trump, she did clearly rebuke some of his plans and policies, albeit briefly.... 'Inflammatory anti-Muslim rhetoric and threatening to ban the families and friends of Muslims Americans as well as millions of Muslim business people and tourists from entering our country hurts the vast majority of Muslims who love freedom and hate terror,' Clinton said, a not-so-subtle reference to Trump's proposed ban on Muslims immigrating to the United States...."
And then Merica noted that HRC said this: ".... Echoing President Barack Obama, who pushed for gun control measures earlier Monday, Clinton also proposed tightening regulations on assault weapons.... 'I believe weapons of war have no place on our streets,' Clinton said. 'We may have our disagreements about gun safety regulations but we should all be able to agree on essential things: If the FBI is watching you for a suspected terrorist links, you shouldn't be able to just go buy a gun.'..."
In other words, on one issue, it looks like Hillary Clinton is more interested in defending Muslims than defending Americans from radical Muslim violence; or on another issue, HRC would rather ban law-abiding Americans from having certain guns than properly keeping up surveillance on dangerous potential terrorists who might try to go out and get some of those guns.

In the wake of Sunday’s terrorist massacre at a homosexual nightclub in Orlando, Florida, a prominent conservative blogger, Jim Hoft, announced to the world that he is “gay.” Hoft runs a conservative GOP website called "The Gateway Pundit." Then Hoft added this: “In the past few years I’ve built one of the most prominent conservative websites in America. I created the Gateway Pundit because I wanted to speak the truth. I wanted to expose the wickedness of the left. I was raised to love my country. Today I serve my country by defending her from the socialist onslaught. But last night at least 49 gays were slaughtered at an Orlando club....”
HOFT THEN DID A STRONG & SUBSTANTIVE CRITIQUE ABOUT THE RESPONSES OF BOTH PRESIDENT OBAMA & THE "PRESUMPTIVE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE HILLARY CLINTON
He scorched both President Obama and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton for their seeming “denial” of Islamic connections to terror in America.
“Despite this obvious Islamic attack, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are still in denial.... I can no longer remain silent as my gay brothers and sisters are being slaughtered at dance clubs....” Hoft said.
Hoft focused much of his criticism against the President, Barack Obama, going so far as to claim that the president is psychotic. “After the deadliest Islamist attack on American soil since 9-11 Barack Obama blamed hatred and guns. His inability to call the attack what it is – Islamic jihad – has progressed from denial to psychosis. It’s never been more apparent than Sunday, when Barack was comparing the Pulse Club attack to a movie theater shooting by a schizophrenic, that our poor president has lost his own grasp of reality.”
JIM HOFT FULLY SUPPORTS TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT
In the upcoming presidential election, Hoft is throwing his full support behind the presumptive GOP nominee, Donald Trump. “There is only one man who can lead this nation and protect all gays and all Americans.... His name is Donald Trump.... In 2015 a conservative Supreme Court granted gays the right to marry.... In 2016 only one candidate will protect gays from another Islamist attack...."
Hoft closed with these strong words: ".... I pray that gays will come back home to the Republican Party – no more death.... Dear God, please no more death.”

BROOKLYN'S ARAB-AMERICAN ASSOCIATION MUST REMOVE SARSOUR AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR LOSE TAXPAYER FUNDING, CAPANO SAYS
BROOKLYN’S AAA HAS RECEIVED OVER $164,000 IN TAXPAYER MONEY
Bob Capano, the prospective Republican City Council candidate for Brooklyn's 43rd City Council District, called on the Arab-American Association of New York, which is based in the Bay Ridge portion of the 43rd Council District, to remove Linda Sarsour as its Executive Director or face losing taxpayer funding.
Capano noted that since 2012, the A-A Association has received over $164,000 in taxpayer funds from the City Council. In addition to that funding, this past March, the Arab-American Association received a $500,000 grant from the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City, which is chaired by NYC First Lady Chirlane McCray.
CAPANO’S CALL TO DEFUND AAA NOT WITHOUT PRECEDENT
Capano explained that his call is not without precedent.
Last year, the City Council and Mayor announced that they were reviewing Donald Trump's concession contracts with the city at a public golf course in the Bronx and The Lasker and Wollman Rink, as well as the carousel in Central Park because they disagreed with some of his public comments. "If the City Council deems it appropriate to review terminating city contracts with Donald Trump because of his comments that they disagree with, they should also look at ending taxpayer funding to an organization whose Executive Director has a long record of extreme rhetoric", Capano said.
SARSOUR’S COMMENTS AREN’T ISOLATED
Bob Capano specifically states that he wouldn’t be making this call if this were an isolated incident involving Ms. Sarsour.
Capano argues that this is just one more example of Sarsour’s extreme actions. He pointed to her participation at an anti-police protest outside of Gracie Mansion on December 3, 2015 where she was arrested. Video from the protest shows one of the participants yelling in the face of a police officer "Nobody looks at you like a hero, just a racist". It also shows Sarsour and others chanting about "the violence of racist police". In addition, last October Sarsour posted on her twitter account a photo of a Palestinian boy preparing to throw a rock at Israeli soldiers and called it “The definition of courage".
When Democratic Queens Councilman Rory Lancman condemned Sarsour’s comments that same day by stating, “Attacking Jews at their homes, schools, supermarkets, cafes, buses, roads, synagogues and Seder tables is barbarous, and enlisting children to commit those acts is even more so,” Sarsour responded by stating, “The Zionist trolls are out to play. You will never silence me." Sarsour also authored an op-ed piece entitled “New Progressive Era Still Politics As Usual Regarding Israel”, where she criticized New York City Democrats for standing “with a handful of political elites to show unwavering support for Israel” against terrorist attacks from Hamas.
Bob Capano specifically has not commented on any of Linda Sarsour's observations or activities on behalf of Bernie Sanders or he recent remarks about the terrorist attack on the Pulse Club in Orlando.
