While we have been focused on things like who thinks Capano and Eaton are good, bad or indifferent, or whether the Luthmann rap is a miscarriage of justice, the real world keeps turning and real important things are happening --- like having our local 46th A.D. representative in the NYS Legislature getting swept up by a Federal Prosecutor

to a report in the Daily News --- "Brooklyn Assemblywoman Pamela Harris has been
indicted on charges of fraud and obstructing justice.... Brooklyn
federal prosecutors unsealed the charges Tuesday against the pol....
Harris was arrested this morning and will be arraigned later today in
Brooklyn federal court.... She was elected in November 2015 and her
district includes Coney Island, Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights...."
