It is now clear that leaders in the Democrat Party want to create enough chaos in the upcoming elections across this country that they will be able to tinker behind the scenes during the chaos after election day >>> in order to claim a victory in 2020 even though they didn't win under the normal election processes.

If you bothered to read the actual statement from Congressman Max Rose, you would see clearly that he knows that nowadays homeless veterans DO NOT UTILIZE HOMELESS SHELTERS very much. What Congressman Rose WAS advocating for was a joint federal-city program of rent subsidies for veterans, NOT AS YOU FALSELY SAID >>> "... homeless shelter advocacy."
The bloviating part of my reference to you has to do with your obvious ignorance of the public policy issues relevant to the City's most recent uptrend in violent street crime, especially shootings, and the completely unrelated social policy issues relevant to homeless shelters.....
I know of no study that links those two distinct public policy issues in any way. What is more, I don't believe there is ANY data that might even suggest that there might be any linkage between "shootings" and "homeless shelters" anywhere --- except maybe in your addlepated mind.
