The Biden White House and the DOJ might have a very serious problem with respect to President Trump's assertion of "Executive Privilege" and several of the Mar-a-Lago documents taken

According to a very recent "timeline" published by the Washington Post:

On April 29, 2022, Trump's lawyer Evan Corcoran emailed the National Archives asking for additional time to review material in the returned boxes “in order to ascertain whether any specific document is subject to privilege,” and then to consult with President Trump “so that he may personally make any decision to assert a claim of constitutionally based privilege.”  In this email, President Trump's lawyer Corcoran said that if more time were not to be provided, the letter should be considered “a protective assertion of executive privilege made by counsel for the former President.”

On May 10, 2022, the Acting archivist Debra Steidel Wall informed Trump's lawyer Corcoran that the Biden White House deferred the privilege question to her; and she added that she had consulted with National Archives' lawyers and the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel, and she had found Trump’s privilege claims unconvincing. The FBI review, which she said had been delayed at the request of Trump’s legal team, would soon proceed.

On May 25, 2022, Trumps' lawyer Corcoran sent a letter to Jay Bratt, the chief of the Justice Department’s Counterintelligence and Export Control Section, saying that Trump had returned the boxes to the archives in January as part of “a voluntary and open process.” Corcoran asserted that statutes governing the handling of classified material do not apply to President Trump, who Corcoran said had the right to declassify any such material. Furthermore, in that letter Trumps' attorney Corcoran said, “Any attempt to impose criminal liability on a President or former President that involves his actions with respect to documents marked classified would implicate grave constitutional separation-of powers issues.”

These particular communications are very problematic wrt the legal rights of the Biden White House, the DOJ and the National Archives' attempts to seize any or all of the documents in question, or to obtain a warrant on August 5, 2022, and for the FBI to enter the Trump household at Mar-a-Lago to sieze such documents on August 8, 2022.

Today, Joe Biden said he supported John ( I want to let 'em all out of prison) Fetterman, then Joe Biden said that he supported all the police everywhere that they might be and he would be sending them lots of money --- including some money to rehabilitate anybody that the police everywhere might arrest

---  However, John Fetterman wasn't there to hear any of what Biden said, because John Fetterman didn't want to be there with Joe Biden, to look like he supported the part where Biden talked about supporting the police everywhere that they might be with as much money as possible

Everything else that anybody says about what Biden said in Wilkes Barre, Pa. today is just chattering about meaningless details, and engaging in centrifugal partisan spin.....  You'd be better off consuming the sushi that you put in your fridge a few days ago in its original aluminum take-away tray (or last week, if it was put in one of your mom's old Tupperware containers, and you properly "burped" it).

Brian Fox must have pulled a "Joe Biden" --- and run off to his beach house in Delaware --- to recover from COVID-19 or a rare summer skiing accident

The Fox campaign Facebook page has been frozen for almost a week  ---  Now, it resembles his campaign as a whole

FAST  ---  Somebody needs to go to Brian Fox's apartment  --- and check to see if he might be in need of some emergency intervention  ---  some malefactor posing as a benefactor might have spiked his "Breakfast of Champions" with Fentanyl

FBI admits that it tried to influence Facebook about the Hunter Biden laptop --- and pretty much admits that it lied to help get Biden elected in 2020

 

Instead of continuing its few days of silence, the FBI admitted it "routinely notifies" private companies, including social media platforms, of potential threats

The FBI's most recent comment came after Meta-Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said Facebook "decreased" the distribution of the Hunter Biden laptop story right before the 2020 election because of a warning from the FBI

Zuckerberg made his most recent disclosure during a Thursday appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast. Host Joe Rogan had asked Zuckerberg how Facebook handled the Biden laptop story after it had been broken by The New York Post.  That story had involved the very problematic contents on a laptop of 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden's son, Hunter

Given what is now known about the Hunter Biden laptop, and the FBI's 2020 response to diclosures about it  ---  the FBI's recent admission, is tantamount to saying that they  lied about the Hunter Biden laptop during 2020 in order to elect Joe Biden in 2020

During his conversation with Joe Rogan,  Mark Zucherberg said that the FBI told his company to "be on high alert" and that an information dump similar to the Russian propaganda seen during the 2016 election would happen soon.  

The FBI's recent partial lay-out tried to make what it did about the Hunter Biden laptop during the 2020 campaign seem routine, however that version of the events is absolutely a lie.  That's because the FBI had the lap-top in its possession at the time  ---  and subsequent dislosures have proven that the NY Post lap-top disclosures were legitimate  ---  and recent FBI whistle-blowers have revealed that high FBI officials had dead-ended any proper investigation of the Hunter Biden laptop during the 2020 campaign  ---  with little indication that they have done very much with it since.

Why isn't this being more widely reported ?????

For some reason, the mainstream media isn't very enthused about this news:

U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon indicated yesterday (Saturday, August 27, 2022) that she was most likely going to grant former President Donald Trump's request for the appointment of a "special master" to oversee the FBI's review of documents seized at his Mar-a-Lago home on August 8th.

Earlier this month, President Trump's legal team had argued in court that it was "unreasonable to allow the prosecutorial team to review [the seized documents] without meaningful safeguards....  Short of returning the seized items to the movant, only a neutral review by a special master can protect the 'great public interest' in preserving 'the confidentiality of conversations that take place in the president's performance of his official duties...'." 

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon issued a two-page notice on Saturday indicating that it was her "... preliminary intent to appoint a special master in this case...." And she set a hearing to finalize her decision for September 1st, which is Thursday this coming week. 

In her notice, Judge Cannon also directed the DOJ to provide a fuller description of what FBI agents seized when they raided Mar-a-Lago on August 8th.

A "special master" can be appointed by a federal judge to carry out various actions on its behalf.  Sometimes, that might be to ensure that certain proceedings are conducted so as to observe all privileges and constitutional safeguards, which might be called for by all sides in a particular dispute  ---  under all the unique or unusual, and/or conflicted or otherwise problematic circumstances that might be present.

The time has come to call it what it is --- "The Joe Biden Mar-a-Lago Raid Scandal"

According to reports in the NY Post over the last few days, the Biden White House pushed everything about the so-called "classifeid documents" probe since early 2022 at the latest

Internal memos show close coordination between the White House, the DOJ, and the acting head of the U.S. Archives to obtain and analyze all the presidential records that President Trump had brought to Mar-a-Lago in January 2021

Well, maybe this has something to do with it  >>>  several days ago, Brian Fox said this in a video that he posted on Facebook  ---   "... we are running on a level of synergy that in my opinion I haven't seen within the Republican Party for at least twenty or thirty years..."  and a little later he said this "... I am all about my community..." and  "... it's not about me...  I am just a vessel..." 

---  And it really does look like that's the way some guy calling himself "Brian Fox" likes it  >>> NOT ANYTHING ABOUT HIMSELF  ---  except a name on a ballot

Here's what we know about some guy calling himself "Brian Fox":

He has been active in Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights Republican politics for almost two years now  ---  and most Republicans, especially the ones who are really from Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights, don't actually know who this guy Brian Fox really is  ---  or where he came from  ---  or the real reason that he might have popped-up in Bay Ridge in the first place..... 

He says that he is from Long Island, but then tells everybody that he went to a high school located in the middle of New Jersey....  [[[ But what he didn't tell everybody about the middle of New Jersey, is that he also had  a record there of rather un-civil and possibly criminal activities that led to multiple arrests, property seizures, and multiple court appearances in a couple of communities in the middle of New Jersey ]]]  And he also seems to have had multiple connections to one other state  ---  Florida  ---  but he left no footprints in the snow there that anybody has found, so far..... 

For almost two years now, Brian Fox has strenuously refused to provide anybody with even the slimmest resume containing his personal and business history before 2020.  

He said that he went to college at Rutgers, but that is very doubtful  [[[ it just doesn't fit the sparse timeline that he has provided ]]].....

As a young adult, Brian Fox's business dealings were very murky, indeed.  While he was in the "finance" business, he worked for several very shady companies, and had several convicted criminals as his business associates and/or bosses  ---  and while he was in these basically "boiler room" operations  ---  several were subject to federal agency investigations that resulted in de-listing, loss of regulatory licenses, and  >>>  criminal convictions for some of Fox's bosses and business associates

And then there is the issue of "Brian Fox and identity politics"  [[[ You know, that "half-Greek-half Italian" thing ]]]  ---  That raises these questions:

Is this guy "Brian Fox" really who he tells us he is ?  ---  Who are Fox's real parents ???  ---  Is he really the "son" of the people that he showed us, and who he calls "parents"  ?????  ---  And is "Brian Fox"  a name that he was born with, or something of convenience made up along the way just for him ????????

Even though Brian Fox says that he's running against a guy named "Andy" for the state senate in 2022   >>>  nothing has really changed with Brian Fox since he first popped up in  2021 to run against a guy named "Justin" for the NYC Council  ---  just like "Froggy" the mischievous toad in the '50s TV show "Andy's Gang" used to do.....

Some have suggested that, even in the summer, "Brian Fox" likes to walk in the snow  ---  a lot  ---  and that's why he wears his fleece vest all the time.  Well, what we here on this independent GOP blog for Brooklyn and Staten Island know to a degree of metaphysical certainty  >>>  is that Brian Fox tries never to leave any footprints  ---  but, unfortunately for somebody who calls himself "Brian Fox"  ---  he has left quite a few, and some fingerprints too.....

RESULTS ON NY STATE'S PRIMARY NIGHT SUGGEST THAT GOP'S 2022 RED WAVE MIGHT ONLY BE A BUMP --- AND POSSIBLY --- A DEMOCRAT BUMP AT THAT

But the pictures that Fox posted told a very differnet story  ---  

"...  AHHH !  Look at all the lonely people  ---  Where do they all come from ?????"

The Mar-a-Lago FBI "SMASH and GRAB" is a much bigger scandal than the Watergate "SECOND RATE BURGLERY" ever was

The only question is whether it takes down our one and only, once and future legitimate President, Donald Trump  ---  or that senile cipher, and Democrat sock puppet usurper, the current so-called President, Joe Biden 

Right now, a very high percentage of  >>>  likely voters  <<<  believe Biden is using the FBI as his "personal Gestapo"   ---  this number has increased in the wake of the FBI's raid on President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate 

And quite apart from Biden's recent politicizing the DOJ & FBI, a majority of Americans don't seem to particularly respect the FBI in the way that they used to, or like the way the FBI has been doing its business  ---  even before Biden became POTUS 

Also, many in the FBI most likely would have urged caution at raiding a President's home  >>>  for fear of the operation going  "tits up"

Nonetheless, President Trump turned up the heat on the Bureau by clearly implying that the FBI's Mar-a-Lago raiders were not just attacking him, but all Americans, and that they were "... destroying our country".....

According to the most recent survey done by Gallup on the FBI, public trust in the Bureau has fallen in recent years. In 2019, 57 percent of the adults surveyed said that the FBI was doing either an “excellent” or a “good” job; by 2021 this statistic fell to 44 percent. That change mostly came from a drop in trust among self-identified Republicans, who showed their numbers to have fallen from 46 percent to 26 percent of general approval of the FBI over those two years. On the other hand, now, only about one-third of Democrats either, disrespect, distrust or disbelieve in what the FBI does and/or says.

Another recent report on a Rasmussen survey said that 53% of likely voters agreed that  >>>  "...  there is a group of politicized thugs at the top of the FBI that are using the FBI as Joe Biden’s personal Gestapo..." 

That recent very low esteem for the FBI, especially among Republisans is because  >>>  the fingerprints of a "Deep State" operation at the DOJ and FBI are all over the August 8th raid at Mar-a-Lago.  One key indicator of that is >>>  the same FBI phalanx that conducted the bogus Russia collusion probe while Trump was President is still at work, even though Trump has vacated the White House.....   And guess what !!! This time that nefarious FBI cadre is at the center of the investigation of President Trump's handling of classified material at his Mar-a-Lago estate; and now it seems they might be possibly looking at other locations, as well.....

At Thursday’s proceedings in a federal court in Florida, which didn't directly involve Trump and/or his legal team in any way, the Justice Department’s top counterintelligence official, Jay Bratt, repeatedly emphasized that the investigation into the former president’s handling of classified White House records  >>> “... is in its early stages.” <<<   Bratt also warned that revealing new details about the investigation could heighten the threats against those involved in the search. In his comments to the court, Bratt noted that two FBI agents who were identified in right-wing media outlets for signing property receipts connected to the search had subsequently faced threats. The DOJ also argued that the warrant needed to remain sealed “...  because the integrity of the ongoing investigation might be compromised, and evidence might be destroyed...” [However, one does have to wonder, what additional evidence related to the possible crimes mentioned in the August 5th search warrant remains at large after the FBI conducted its raid on Mar-a-Lago on August 8th.]

The judge presiding at the hearing did not seem to be moved. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who signed the search warrant on Aug. 5th, which authorized the Mar-a-Lago raid on August 8th, ordered prosecutors to propose redactions to the affidavit supporting the warrant by next week, indicating that he was skeptical of the Justice Department’s arguments to keep those supporting documents under seal. “As I ruled from the bench at the conclusion of the hearing, I find that on the present record the government has not met its burden of showing that the entire affidavit should remain sealed,” Reinhart wrote in a brief order, which was posted on Thursday, August 18th. He set a deadline of the following Thursday for prosecutors to prepare and propose their redactions to the affidavit in support of the search warrant. 

The full roster of FBI agents that intruded into Trump's home and unlawfully took President Trump's property needs to be diclosed to the American people

Despite the DOJ's repeated claims about a surge in violent threats against FBI agents and DOJ officials from Americans outraged about the raid on Trump's house, sometime after the hearing on Thursday in front of Magistrate Judge Reinhart, one of the lawyers on the team representing President Trump in these matters pushed back very hard. What the Trump lawyer said was that ---  in the wake of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, CCTV of the search should be released. and the identities of the FBI agents shown in it to have carried out the raid should be identified for everybody to know who they are. 

OTHER DEEP STATE FBI ACTORS STILL INVOLVED IN KEY POLITICAL CASES BEING "INVESTIGATED" BY THE FBI

FBI Director Christopher Wray confirmed in congressional testimony earlier this month that "... a number of..." the former "Crossfire Hurricane" team members are still employed at the bureau pending their disciplinary reviews.  

According to FBI whistleblowers, one key member of the "Russia Hoax" - "Crossfire Hurricane" team, Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten, is still doing his dirty work at the Bureau.  He's quite involved in the probe of the abandoned laptop of President Biden's son Hunter Biden. The FBI whistleblowers have alleged that  >>>  Auten helped quash the Hunter Biden laptop probe by labeling derogatory information as "Russian disinformation."  In 2019, Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz referred Auten for a disciplinary review for his cutting corners in the vetting of the very controversial and dubious "Steele Dossier, since revealed to have been commissioned by Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign.  That bogus dossier was used to obtain warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and various individuals. Avvording to some reporters, Auten allegedly allowed information he knew to be false to slip into warrant affidavits, and that mislead the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court to issue multiple warrants in cases involving the "Russia Hoax"..... 

Many Trump supporters in the FBI and intelligence community worry that Auten, who is regarded as a top FBI expert on Russia and nuclear warfare, will be part of any team analysing the boxes of documents that agents seized from Trump's home on August 8th. That team's task wll be to help determine if any of the alleged classified material might have been compromised, posing a national security risk.

Also many in the FBI community are certain that more than either the U.S. Attorney General, other high DOJ appointees, or those in the White House conducting the day-to-day liaison with the FBI & DOJ  ---  it would have been agents at the FBI that tried to hold the line against any raid of the Trump residence at Mar-a-Lago, because it would be the FBI in the crosshairs if the operation were to go "tits up".....

Trump issues a stern rebuke of the FBI itself as "...destroy[ers of] our country in connection with its part in the raid on Mar-a-Lago and other activities  ---  “Never in our Country’s history has there been a time where law enforcement has been so viciously and violently involved in the life and times of politics in our Nation” 

President Trump criticized the FBI for being “viciously and violently involved in the life and times of politics in our Nation” in posts that he made on his TRUTH Social platform on Friday, August 19th. President Trump's post continued with this  ---  “Even in light of the fact that they violated the Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, the Mueller Witch Hunt, lied many times before Congress, and on many occasions put out fraudulent information before the FISA Court, they continue. They have no shame.... They are destroying our Country!”

The NY Daily News compares a good political investigation & prosecution with a bad one --- revisits Brooklyn DA Hynes' wrongful prosecution of John Kennedy O'Hara and distinguishes it from what Albany DA Soares is likely to do to the top Republicans in New York State

The NY Daily News editorial board succinctly laid it out as follows:   

"Albany District Attorney David Soares says his office is conducting a “preliminary review” of a five-page letter from state Senate Elections Committee Chairman Zellnor Myrie claiming the campaign of GOP gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin committed fraud related to petitions filed to run (unsuccessfully) on a third-party line. The campaign of Gov. Hochul, a Democrat like Myrie, has happily reminded the public about this.... [In this instance] an inquiry can’t hurt.... The criminalization of election disputes is a dangerous game, subject to partisan games while potentially putting people’s liberty at risk. The saga of gadfly John Kennedy O’Hara, prosecuted three times by defeated, disgraced and now dead Brooklyn DA Joe Hynes, is exactly how to not pursue such election matters. O’Hara has since been fully exonerated and is now suing the state and city for millions...."

However, that doesn't tell the story of the wrongful investigations and prosecutions of John Kennedy O'Hara nearly as well as Mr. O'Hara's own complaint in federal court for wrongful prosecution, and a variety of civil rights violations in connection with repeated election cases and prosecutions connected to his political activities and voting patterns in the 1990s

O'Hara's civil case is not about what went on in the court room(s) during his three criminal trials (the first time ever in New York --- three trials on the same criminal charges)  ---  it is all about what went on in the corridors behind the court room(s)  ---  and on the phone lines between judges and political operators all over the state (especially between folks solely located in Brooklyn, and between folks located solely in Albany, and between some folks in Albany and others in Brooklyn).

Sixteen (16) paragraphs in the O'Hara complaint show that former Assemblymember James Brennan the main party in interest in most of the O'Hara election cases functioned as a "secret investigator" for Brooklyn DA Hynes in the O'Hara criminal case(s); and Brennan also allegedly unlawfully obtained several years of O'Hara's tax returns. In addition, O'Hara intends to prove that Assemblymember Brennan communicated with several of the Judges involved in the O'Hara criminal trials and appeals. One paragraph of the O'Hara complaint (para. # 44) even reiterates Brennan's own sworn testimony admitting Brennan's trying to directly contact Justice Irving Aronin in a 1994 election case then before Justice Aronin and against O'Hara.

After the second mistrial in the criminal case against O'Hara (the first due to an appellate reversal and order of a new trial, and the second as a result of a hung jury)  ---  something bizarre occurred.  ---  O'Hara was not permitted to have an adjournment in order to obtain a new trial counsel from the newly appointed "trial judge," Supreme Court Justice Abraham Gerges.  According to the NY Times report on that aspect of the case, a spokesman for the office of Brooklyn DA Hynes indicated the refusal to grant the adjournment was not from the DA's side in the case; but instead, Justice Gerges' refusal to grant the adjournment only had to do with trial judge Gerges' personal schedule. Not mentioned as the key factor in the trial judge's schedule was his son-in-law Donald Kurtz's pending candidacy to be a Civil Court Judge from Brooklyn. At the time Justice Gerges was put on the third O'Hara trial, Donald Kurtz was endorsed by the Democrat Kings County Organization; however, "reform" clubs like Assmblyman Brennan's CBID had been opposed to Kurtz, and CBID was clearly likely to continue in that opposition and support a "reform" candidate for Civil Court Judge. But once the O'Hara case was assigned to Justice Gerges, the "reform" opposition to Donald Kurtz swiched to tepid support, and Kurtz was unopposed for the Civil Court slot in the Democrat primary.  

For years after the last of the O'Hara trials, whenever O'Hara was brought up to Justice Gerges  ---  he would shake his head and in a somber tone say, "As an attorney, that young man should have taken the deal; I tried to explain, but he just wouldn't listen."  Gerges meant it. It looks like he took the deal to handle the O'Hara case in a special way, and it worked out very well for Gerges and his family.

Instrumental in all of the negotiating for the non-opposition to the candidacy of Donald Kurtz for Civil Court by Brennan and the "reformers" was Jeffrey Feldman, a key behind the scenes operator in the Brooklyn courts for many purposes  ---  both before and after he arranged the "election" of Brooklyn judges.

Some of these matters have been confirmed by a Brooklyn DA's report [ Memorandum of Acting District Attorney Eric Gonzalez  ---  From: Conviction Review Unit by ADA Mark Hale  ---  Re:  People v. John K. O'Hara, Indictment Number13525/1996  ---  (undated); pages KCDA001162  through KCDA 001189]  that mentioned O'Hara's criminal prosecutions began with three (3) separate and unsuccessful civil election cases brought against against O'Hara by Assemblymember Brennan and another named defendant. According to the DA's report, "....  Although such requests to investigate are not necessarily public matters, this formal request by an Assemblyman on his official government stationery to the Board [of Elections] about a political opponent appears unusual. Moreover, not only did Brennan use his official stationery to seek an investigation, but he also signalled the Board of the political nature of his request: in his letter, he "cc'd" Jeff Feldman, who was then (and still is), the Executive Director of the Democratic Party County Committee, and undoubtedly well-known to the Board. On July 11, 1994, the Board's Enforcement Counsel wrote back to Brennan, addressed to his legislative office in Albany, acknowledging the complaint against O'Hara....  [[[ There is a lengthy discussion of the Board of Elections' faulty investigation of the Brennan investigation request; and a description of the apparent collusion by two of the defendants, who are named in the O'Hara suit for dmages, prior to the Board's referral of the O'Hara case to the Brooklyn DA's Office for criminal prosecution ]]]  .... [A]fterward, presumably at the urging of Brennan, Board Counsel Wait called the [Brooklyn] District Attorney's office and had "several discussions" with the KCDA about his investigation. Wait also sent his file on O'Hara to the KCDA....  Wait's Confidential Memorandum and a Board investigator's interview notes, which... contained an incomplete or incorrect interpretation of evidence...."

Over the years, there were several meetings and telephone conversations in which the named defendants discussed the evidence that they had against O'Hara, and the evidence that they still needed to make out a case against him. Several of those meetings took place in an office and residence on Twenty-fifth Street just outside the main gate to Green-Wood Cemetery in South Brooklyn. In attendance at those meetings were at least two or three of the named defendants, an assemblymember, and a New York State Senator, a Democrat District leader, and several attorneys. Their conversations always included discussions of O'Hara and how his activities were a major interference to many of their joint and/or several plans and ambitions. 

Jeffrey Feldman was at the very same 25th Street premises many times, often in the company of several judges then sitting in the various courts in Brooklyn. Almost everyone of them, including Feldman, would talk about O'Hara, and/or the O'Hara case(s) specifically, with the Democrat district leader and Democrat County vice-chairperson who had offices and her residence at 25th Street. That Democrat District Leader and County Vice-chairperson also had other direct communications with Assemblyman Brennan, various ADAs in the Brooklyn DA's Office, and another named defendant in the O'Hara lawsuit  ---  much of those other communications were about O'Hara, and/or the case(s) against O'Hara, including during the O'Hara criminal trials.

The dominoes are starting to fall in President Trump's favor

After the mainstream media said President Donald Trump had lied about his passports being taken from Mar-a-Lago  ---  the FBI fessed up  ---  and said that President Trump's passports had been taken from Mar-a-Lago  and were being returned to him

There is nothing in the so-called lawful search warrant that would have authorized a seizure of President Trump's personal documents like his passport  

Early today the FBI blinked. The FBI  issued a rare statement defending its seizure procedures after former President Donald Trump said on Monday the agency “stole” his “passports” during the raid on his Mar-a-Lago private residence. In its formal statement, the FBI announced that ---  “In executing search warrants, the FBI follows search and seizure procedures ordered by courts, then returns items that do not need to be retained for law enforcement purposes,”  

The FBI’s statement appears quite unusual because the Bureau almost never comments on pending matters.  Some are conjecturing that the FBI statement might have been issued to blunt Trump’s ability to control of the narrative about the inappropriateness of the raid that took place on August 8.

Nonetheless, President Trump’s team, which is doing PR combat with the combined Biden DOJ-FBI Team behind the Mar-a-Lago raid, released an email from the top counterintelligence official in the Justice Department’s national security division, Jay Bratt, that confirmed Trump’s passports had been seized in the raid of Mar-a-Lago a week ago. That E-mail also indicated that the passports would be returned to the President Trump at 2 PM today.

In advance of the 2022 general election,  the Albany County DA is conducting a criminal investigation of the Zeldin Campaign's submission of over 10,000 fraudulent signatures in an alleged Republican-engineered attempt to secure another ballot line for Lee Zeldin and other GOP candidates in the November election for Governor of the State of New York and other statewide races 

It is being alleged that  >>>  Republican Party headquarters in Albany was used as the factory of a fraudulent GOP petitioning scheme to secure the virtually defunct "Independence Party" line   ---  that has since sparked a major controversy  ---  and more important  >>> a Democrat-led set of criminal investigations

According to a report in today's AlbanyTimes-Union  ---  "State Republican Party headquarters in Albany served as a final hub of a dubious petitioning effort that's since sparked controversy and a Democrat-led call for a criminal investigation....  The petitioning centered on statewide Republican candidates seeking to run on an additional, key ballot line in the November election by reviving the moribund state Independence Party. This spring, the GOP attempted a massive petitioning effort, spearheaded in part by the Republican gubernatorial campaign of U.S. Rep. Lee Zeldin of Long Island....  [Of 52,000 signatures] submitted, more than 11,000 were determined by the Board of Elections to be xeroxed copies of other, original signatures within those same records. The copied pages were interspersed in a manner leading some election experts to conclude their inclusion may have been intentional, possibly to inflate the number of signatures to surpass the daunting new threshold of 45,000 valid signatures for upstart state parties to gain ballot access...."  ( See "

HOCHUL'S CAMPAIGN TIES THIS ALLEGATION OF ELECTION FRAUD DIRECTLY TO HER OPPOSING GOP CANDIDATE FOR GOVERNOR  ---  LEE ZELDIN

The Chris Bragg article also specifically noted the following:  ".... The incident has also fueled political fallout, with Gov. Kathy Hochul's campaign issuing a statement last week claiming, "Lee Zeldin is now implicated in an actual case of alleged election fraud, and this time it's real. New Yorkers deserve to know how more than 11,000 photocopied petition signatures were submitted on behalf of Zeldin’s campaign and who oversaw the process."

Look for some very high Democrat "Deep Staters" & "Washington Swamp Creatures" to be pulling the FBI & DOJ's strings on the anti-Trump stuff like the Mar-a-Lago raid

According to an Upstate New York GOP congressional candidate, Carl Paladino  ---  too many RINOs do not want change in Washington, DC, any more than the Democrats do  ---  and he called a majority of the current crop of Republicans in the U.S. Congress a “disaster”   ---   instead he points to the Trump team as the best choice to get things done

Paladino says that most people admire Donald Trump for his  "tenacity” in going after the system every day  ---  and in particular, Trump's ongoing fight against  "...  the Washington Swamp...”  ---  Needless to say, the Washington Swamp can't be expected to stand for that without trying to get rid of Trump, once and for all                               

According to Paladino, it was one of the Washington swamp creatures, Susan Rice, that gave the real go ahead to the classified documents hoax  ---  and she probably did her dirty work through Deputy AG Lisa Monaco

In a recent interview with Breitbart News, Carl Paladino said, that leadership is nowhere to be found intoday's GOP in Washington  ---  “We got all these headaches. We got Mar-a-Lago. We got all these distractions, which are just planted there. It seems like it’s all been pre-planned in some respect....”  What is more, Paladino says that certain individuals like Susan Rice, director of the United States Domestic Policy Council, are the ones actually pulling the strings behind the scenes    >>>   Saying that a “couple of unelected people [ ] are running government...."  Paladino even went so far as to point to former President Barack Obama, who is “... still very active in our, in our government.... [and] works through people like [Ron] Klain and Susan Rice, all of whom come from the [George] Soros world.” 

According to Carl Paladino, they’re really out there really running an illegitimate government, because President Biden is just not engaged or around in any meaningful way  ---   not only physically, but even moreso, mentally. 

It also came out during that interview with Carl Paladino that  ---  Susan Rice happens to be close to someone high in the DOJ  ---  Lisa Monaco  ---  who is the deputy attorney general.  Paladino asserted that the American people have suspicions of her potential involvement in the unprecedented Mar-a-Lago raid.  "The American people don’t have one doubt about that....  [T]here’s no question that [Attorney General Merrick] Garland is not capable. They got him there as a front...." he said, expressing confidence that Rice was controlling it all to some degree, through Deputy AG Lisa Monaco.

Before our eyes --- this is about to become bigger than Watergate for President Biden --- and like Watergate, the COVERUP is bigger than the botched burglary

 

Like Watergate, the Attorney General of the United States was instrumental in the coverup  ---  AG Merrick Garland's brief presser was the first wave of the Biden Administration's coverup of the FBI's blown "low key" execution of a search warrant [which was much closer to an armed robbery ---  than to a burglary  ---  or even a confiscation of specific items] at Mar-a-Lago early on Monday morning 

If anybody says that nobody at the White House signed off on FBI Director Christopher Wray's raid on the Trump residence at Mar-a-Lago  ---  then they are either ignorant about how the Executive Department works, or they are just plain lying

Today, the Attorney General "Admitted" that “....  I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter,” Garland said in his short statement at the Justice Department in reaction to criticism of Monday’s FBI raid of the former president.  That authorization had to be prior to some time last week  ---  because the warrant was signed by Magistrat Judge Reinhart on Friday, August 5, 2022.

He did not say that HE approved the methods used, the actual conduct, and/or the timing of the search at Mar-a-Lago. He did not say that he had been fully briefed by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney in Florida as to the planning and details of the raid on Mar-a-Lago prior to the raid on Monday morning.

Everything else that Garland said was generalities  ---  except for his implying that "less aggressive" methods of getting whatever the FBI was after were not possible.

It was reported today, that the Whire House had not been infoemed that AG Garland was going to speak this afternoon.....   Now, who believes that for even one second.

Meanwhile, FBI Director Christopher Wray stays mum abouthis part in all of this.

How can President Joe Biden, USAG Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray stay silent about their real participation in the raid on Trump's home in Florida

 

Amid feverish speculation surrounding the FBI's search of Mar-a-Lago, many Republican leaders have called on Biden's Justice Department to release details about the "unprecedented"  ---  as yet unjustified  --- and possibly unconstitutional or otherwise unlawful raid on former President Donald Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago

To date, the Justice Department and FBI are stonewalling the media, governmental critics, and the American people with a now too-familiar refrain in controversial cases  >>>  "NO COMMENT...  ONGOING INVESTIGATION....."  ---  The White House Press Secretary has also chimed in with her version of the same tune on behalf of President Biden

Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray have remained silent, even as some of Trump's critics have demanded some form of justification, explanation or clarification

On the part the Justice Department, this Trump Raid is being portrayed as a jst another matter of longstanding policy and staying true to norms while navigating the currents of a politically sensitive investigation  ---  as if breaching the security and sanctity of the home of a former president were not a violation of longstanding policy, and staying true to bedrock norms of government protocol and even sound constitutional behavior

Thus far, President Trump, and his allies and surrogates have instead seized on the Justice Department's silence  ---  and run with it to their great advantage

According to a piece in the "Insider" on-line:

"....'One of the cardinal rules at the Justice Department is that it does not discuss ongoing investigations, and certainly not with Congress, because criminal investigations should be free from political interference. And that's what Congress is all about,' said Ronald Weich, dean of the University of Baltimore School of Law, who served as the Justice Department's chief liaison to Congress during the Obama administration....  'In high profile matters...  there are sometimes exceptions, and the department will sometimes arrange briefings for members of Congress to explain, in general terms, the nature of an investigation. On the other hand the Insider piece by Mr. Barber noted that: "[In a prepared statement] Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, a Republican critic of Trump, said the 'unprecedented circumstances' of the Mar-a-Lago search 'require unprecedented transparency and accountability from our government institutions....   The American people deserve to know all the facts as soon as possible, and I call on the Biden administration to release — at a minimum — the documents authorizing the FBI search...."

In the past, Attorney General Garland has often stressed in public statements that the Justice Department speaks within the boundaries of court filings. Customarily in a criminal case, a search warrant and inventory of items seized would only become public after the Justice Department files charges in court —  however, that event that may never come to pass with respect to the Trump Raid and the so-called FBI search of Trump's home for who knows what.
