According to Fox News report from an AP feed  ---  “Former Secretary Hillary Clinton failed to turn over a copy of a key message involving problems caused by her use of a private homebrew email server, the State Department confirmed Thursday. The disclosure makes it unclear what other work-related emails may have been deleted by the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee….  The email was included within messages exchanged Nov. 13, 2010, between Clinton and one of her closest aides, Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin. At the time, emails sent from Clinton's BlackBerry device and routed through her private clintonemail.com server in the basement of her New York home were being blocked by the State Department's spam filter. That copy of the email was publicly cited last month in a blistering audit by the State Department's inspector general that concluded Clinton and her team ignored clear internal guidance that her email setup violated federal standards and could have left sensitive material vulnerable to hackers….    ‘While this exchange was not part of the approximately 55,000 pages provided to the State Department by former Secretary Clinton, the exchange was included within the set of documents Ms. Abedin provided the department in response to our March 2015 request,’ State Department spokesman John Kirby told The Associated Press on Thursday….”

WEAK RESPONSE FROM CLINTON CAMPAIGN AND LEGAL TEAM

“….  Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said she provided ‘all potentially work-related emails’ that were still in her possession when she received the 2014 request from the State Department….  ‘Secretary Clinton had some emails with Huma that Huma did not have, and Huma had some emails with Secretary Clinton that Secretary Clinton did not have,’ Fallon said….  Fallon declined to say whether Clinton deleted any work-related emails before they were reviewed by her legal team. Clinton's lead lawyer, David Kendall, did not respond to a request for comment Thursday….”

COMPLICATIONS INVOLVED IN WHAT WAS DELETED BY CLINTON & WHAT WAS TURNED OVER

The Fox News-AP article went on to note that ---  “Before turning over her emails to the department for review and potential public release, Clinton and her lawyers withheld thousands of additional emails she said were clearly personal, such as those involving what she described as ‘planning Chelsea's wedding or my mother's funeral arrangements, condolence notes to friends as well as yoga routines, family vacations.’…   Clinton has never outlined in detail what criteria she and her lawyers used to determine which emails to release and which to delete, but her 2010 email with Abedin appears clearly work-related under the State Department's own criteria for agency records under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act….  Dozens of the emails sent or received by Clinton through her private server were later determined to contain classified material. The FBI has been investigating for months whether Clinton's use of the private email server imperiled government secrets. Agents recently interviewed several of Clinton's top aides, including Abedin….   As part of the probe, Clinton turned over the hard drive from her email server to the FBI. It had been wiped clean, and Clinton has said she did not keep copies of the emails she [chose] to withhold….”

In several interviews yesterday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said on the Sunday news shows that: the FBI would be releasing a "PARTIAL PRINTED TRANSCRIPT" of the conversations between gunman Mateen from within the Pulse nightclub and Orlando police negotiators....

According to Lynch ---    Mateen went on a bloody rampage at the club June 12 Armed with a semi-automatic weapon that had left 49 people dead and 53 others seriously hurt; and Mateen died in a hail of police gunfire after police stormed the venue.

Lynch told ABC's "This Week" that the top goal is to build a complete profile of him to help prevent another massacre like Orlando -- while intensifying pressure on the Islamic State group, also known as ISIL and ISIS — an extremist group that is thought to have inspired Mateen.  "As you can see from this investigation, we are going back and learning everything we can about this killer, about his contacts, people who may have known him or seen him. And we're trying to build that profile so that we can move forward," Lynch said. In that interview, Lynch also indicated that she would be traveling Tuesday to Orlando to meet with investigators.

Speaking to CBS' News "Face The Nation" program, AG Lynch said that a key goal of the investigation was to determine why Mateen targeted the gay community; and that investigators were still interviewing witnesses, and looking to learn more about Mateen and others who knew him well, including members of his mosque.

The FBI says that the Orlando nightclub shooter was not directed by a foreign terror group, but was radicalized domestically....  At [ the Monday morning news conference], Ron Hopper of the FBI also said that in 911 calls, shooter Omar Mateen described his actions to an operator in a “chilling, calm and deliberate manner.”... Hopper says that the investigation is continuing. The AP and others requested the 911 tapes and related data, a common practice after such major events. The recordings could offer insight into how law enforcement responded to the worst shooting in modern U.S. history....  At the news conference, Hopper said officials are "not going to propagate violent rhetoric" by giving full transcripts with no redactions.... "

After a brief back & forth by Capano and Sarsour about Palestinians, Muslim worship and Israel; Julianne Cuba closed the Capano portion of her column with this:  "....  'If she didn’t have a long history of making extreme statements and basically supporting violence against Israel, I wouldn’t have said anything,' [Capano] said....   Sarsour declined to comment and did not respond to inquiries whether she would run....  'I am not interested in Bob Capano getting media hits on my back,' [Sarsour] said.

Last night, many community leaders and police officers from the 68th Precinct were in attendance for a major Bay Ridge event held at the Bay Ridge Manor. It was a farewell party for the Deputy Inspector of the 68 Precinct, Ray Festino, and 68th Pct. Community Council President Ilene Sacco.

Notably, in attendance were Craig Eaton and Bob Capano, who arrived together and sat together.  More important, at various times during the event, they "worked the room" together. Also according to my source, an old Bay Ridge wag, none of the Golden political crew were anywhere to be found.

During her remarks, Ilene Sacco credited Bob Capano with putting together a team ten years ago, that included her and some others in attendance, to help lead the 68th Pct. Community Council when others, whose interests weren't the purest, wanted to take it over.

Earlier today, the GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump pointed out that the 2012 memo had been sent to Clinton.  Hopefully, that will prompt additional mainstream media coverage of the memo's contents and significance.

Hillary Clinton's words about "radical Islamists" is just one small step in the right direction ---  a very small step.....

Her remarks about our enforcement abilities to go after all  the "lone wolves" and stop THEM  ---  is just completely wrong, and ridiculously so.....

HRC's pivot to yet another argument in the "gun control debate" was a pure recitation of Democrat Party talking points  ---  it demonstrated her complete lack of leadership skills and a lack of a real feel about what asymmetric terrorist warfare is all about.

On the other hand, even when it comes to something as simple and simplistic as a bumper-sticker like slogan done in the wake of the terrorist's attack on the gay night club in Orlando, Donald Trump shows that he does get it.

"Linda Sarsour, executive director of the Arab-American Association of New York, posted on Facebook that she was going to the convention as one of Sanders’ 23 at-large delegates from New York and had to 'decide if I’m going to behave or not.'...  In an interview, Sarsour said she plans to act out if she feels excluded from the process. 'Not behaving is protesting,' she explained of her cryptic post. 'I’m not expecting violence or assaults, but chanting, doing mass walk-outs. It depends on what happens there. What you’re going to watch unfold is democracy. The onus is on the party to make sure our voices are heard.'...  Sarsour said she wants concessions in the party platform on a $15 minimum wage, an acknowledgement of Sanders’ plan for a single-payer health-care system, 'super robust language prioritizing immigration reform,' and a discussion of the Israel-Palestine conflict in which she said America 'has not been an honest broker in the conflict.'...   If she doesn’t feel there was movement on her issues, Sarsour said she will have a hard time encouraging voters to support Clinton. 'You cannot win without the Bernie revolution,' she said. 'I’ve visited 20 cities over the past five months [for Sanders], and the Bernie or Bust movement is real.'...”

The "Golden Faction's" big problem now & in the future  >>>  James McClelland’s "on the record" court testimony indicating that he did a robo-call in advance of the 2015 GOP convention fraudulently stating that Golden & Ghorra’s folks had the “official proxies” ---  AND  ---  then admitting  >>>  there’s no such thing as “official proxies”

Trial briefs are due in just over a week in the Kings County Supreme Court election case presently pending before Hon. Edgar Walker, JSC.  That case essentially pits what the court called “the Golden faction” against the mainstream Brooklyn GOP, which the court called “the Eaton faction.”  It needs to be noted that “the Golden faction” is made up of NYS Senate staffers, Conservative Party activists and other Golden supporters and they are pushing for Ted Ghorra, a lawyer lined-up behind Marty Golden, to be County Chairman instead of the duly elected Chairman Arnaldo Ferraro.

Although those close to the parties still think that the outcome of the trial is quite problematic, due to Judge Walker’s prejudiced view of who should have won at the 2015 Republican organizational convention following the selection of the 2015 GOP County Committee during the 2015 organizational primary. 

One of the key errors that Walker seems to have already made in this case is referring to the Members of the KCRP County Committee as “voters” –  when their actual status is elected & certified party officials, delegates and representatives. 

WHAT HAS GOLDEN & GHORRA WORRIED

Even though the key operators in the Golden faction think that they have a “win” in the case in front of Judge Walker, they are VERY WORRIED about what Marty Golden’s staffer, and Queens County Republican nabob, James McClelland testified to in court during the case.  They know that regardless of what Justice Edgar Walker does with it, the record of that testimony will be put before the Justices of the Appellate Division.

In essence, State Senator Golden’s staffer McClelland testified that he had engaged in a fraudulent scheme to solicit super-ceding proxies to the 2015 convention from Members of the 2015-2016 GOP County Committee by referring to the proxies to be tendered by Marty Golden’s representatives as the “Official Proxies” of the Republican Party. McClelland’s testimony also showed that he did know that there are no such things as “Official Proxy” forms.

That testimony is very far reaching and threatening to Golden and his peeps on several levels of judicial scrutiny, both state and federal.
