Too many weak-minded and weak-spined American political leaders have taken a knee to the mob in the streets --- even the mayor of DC has put down the disgustingly racist trope of "BLM" in a DC street --- and it's altogether too close to the residence of the President of the United States.....
As Benjamin Franklin almost certainly said emerging from a session of the Constitutional Convention in 1787 --- " [You've been given] a republic, as long as you can keep it...." --- sadly, it appears that too many people are ready to piss it away --- because they have been "Mau-Mau-ed" by the mob
Trump is obviously not strong enough to handle the job --- perhaps a "Directorate" led by the likes of Barr, Pompeo and Flynn would be a good near term solution..... First, a Lafayette --- then a Napoleon.....

Everybody agrees the war on drugs failed. So why all the cops?
The USA has long had its addictions problems --- in the twentieth century, most attempts at eradicating the use of drugs and other addictive substances focused on supply.
Very little has been done vis a vis use and users.
I know a Senate candidate who sold ammunition during the war.
Must have been a bad batch. I hear a lot of people eventually died from using it.
One of the BIG LIES is that there are a class of stuff called "controlled substances"; they are controlled only when it comes to nice people, who have very little to do with them, except possibly to collect dividends from a few of the "legitimate" manufacturers of certain drugs.
I admire Max Rose for having the guts to come out for slashing the NYPD.
Actually, he did no such thing.
But Congressman Max Rose did stand up to one of the NYPD police union thugs, SBA President Ed Mullins. Any reform of the NYPD will require breaking all the NYPD police unions starting with the PBA.
Meanwhile Nicole Malliotakis is very much on the wrong side of this. Her recent comments actually make her seem to condone MURDER as long as it's done by police officers against black people --- at very least, Nicole seems to oppose anybody speaking out against the use of extreme police force, which too often results in death to black men.
Nicole has a bright rising star campaign manager and team who she won’t listen to because she’s overruled by the Conservative Party honchos and their high priced consultants. It’s not fair to Nicole’s team to look bad when they not really running the campaign.
How far Nicole has fallen. If Trump asked her to change her name to Janelle, she'd do it in a heartbeat.
