A friend recently asked me, "So what, if it will be bankruptcy, are they going to take the churches, the schools and the hospitals ?" --- Well, actually, no ! --- People like DiMarzio will sell those things off, and give a chunk of the proceeds to settle the lawsuits of only some of three whole generations of priestly pedophile victims --- of course there will be lots of loot and boot left over; and a lot of it it will miraculously disappear --- unless, possibly, there is a strong court-appointed special master, administrator, receiver (not the 9/11 guy, Kenneth Feinberg, he's already too tainted by this crop of bishops)
Bishop Edward Scharfenberger, formerly consiglieri to the Godfather Bishop Nicky Mars in Brooklyn, now Bishop of Albany and Vatican appointed overseer of the Diocese of Buffalo, recently said that all of Catholic Charities' assets were safe because they were separately held by separately incorporated entities. There is a far better chance that the whole corrupt Catholic Church floating crap game gets the full R.I.C.O. treatment than the corporate veils between the various failing Roman Catholic dioceses and their right arm Catholic Charities cons remain un-pierced. Because of all the government funding, there should be lots more government oversight as well.

If the Trump campaign wants to get serious about winning the state of New York they’ll find a way to get Jerry hired as the state director for whichever Democratic presidential candidate wins the nomination. If you want to make sure you pull off a shocking upset or hugely surpass expectations make sure Jerry is leading the other side.
Here's why Liam missed the Malliotakis event.
He was in the middle of a 12-step meeting in Kelly's Tavern, which is right nearby where Nicole's event was going on. Liam kept going to the door of Kelly's and not seeing Nicole or any crowd forming, so he kept going back in for more er...er... oh yes, coffee. After a long while, and after Nicole's event had broken up, Nicole and Jerry found Liam drinking er...er... oh yes, more coffee. It seems that Liam kept going to Kelly's 5th Avenue door, when he should have gone to the 4th Avenue door, from which he would surely have seen Nicole and Bob Capano and several others demonstrating with the police unions against the recent Bail Reform Law.
That's why Nicole's picture with Liam was taken more to the north on 5th Avenue much closer to Kelly's, and not by the podium near the subway entrances where Nicole's event had been focused. Interestingly, Nicole didn't include her photo-op moment with Liam among her Facebook photos.

And if the cameraman, and Nicole and Liam reversed positions, Kelly's Tavern with the two doors would have been visible. Move to the right and you get to see the 5th Avenue door, to the left and it's the 4th Avenue entrance to Kelly's and their coffee, which is as well known as the Dunkin's a few doors away.
Recently, somebody told me that Liam really was in the Harbor Fitness Gym trying to sweat out toxins and not in Kelly's; but I'd believe he was across the street in the library before I'd believe that.

There have been two significant articles in the last week concerning the Vos Estis investigation of the charges of pedophile sexual abuse brought against Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio. Once again, any fair reading of these two articles would clearly uncover a manifest personal bias by Cardinal Dolan to the favor of his colleague in the neighboring Diocese, Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio.
As for Louis Freeh, I am going to do some additional research, which I do believe will indicate that he might not be as unbiased in these matters as one would hope --- but let's wait on that a bit.
