Harris is being held accountable for her misdeeds. Mark Treyger seems to have gotten off.

Giving money was not the crime. Its what Harris did with the money that was the crime.

Pam will be pleading guilty shortly. Treyger will go on to become the comptroller.
All of these convictions get reversed on appeal. Silver has many friends in the courts.
