Can this really be City Council Candidate Brian Fox ??? A recent comment posted on this blog is just about the stupidest thing I've seen from him (or somebody pretending to be him).....

A little while ago, we let an alleged comment from Brian Fox appear on the immediately prior comments thread on this blog  ---  it clearly shows why Brian Fox is not ready to be a primetime player for public office.  ---  In fact, it clearly demonstrates that he's not even ready to be in a cast of  "not ready for primetime players"  >>>  either on "Saturday Night Live" or in real Brooklyn politics live

Here's the comment (At first, we really thought that this must be a heavy handed political dirty trick  ---  but there is strong evidence that it's real):
"Anonymous said...   I, Brian Fox, have recently voted "NO" regarding the Police Stand Down Act (S.6615/A.7835)....  I call on Justin Brannan to sign it, and oppose this Act which will put our police and community at further risk of violence....   June 9, 2021 at 11:32 AM" (If it is a dirty trick >>> it is brilliant;  if it is a real Tweet from Candidate Brian Fox, it is the stupidest stuff that he has put out to date)

We decided to run this alleged "brilliant" or "stupid"comment, because it tracks very closely to something that >>> DID APPEAR <<< on the Fox Campaign social media:

"Brian Fox for City Council
@BrianFox4NYC  [approx 11:30 AM, 6/9/2021]
I have recently voted "NO" regarding the Police Stand Down Act (S.6615/A.7835) I call on to sign it, and oppose this Act which will put our police and community at further risk of violence." (See https://twitter.com/BrianFox4NYC/status/1402633939731292163).

A quick E-mail exchange with an affected party clearly showed that Brian Fox and his "Confederacy of Dunces" advisors team think that lying needs to be an everyday part of his campaign for City Council..... Here are today's whoppers: 1) a City Council Candidate, like let's say Brian Fox, can't vote on NY State Senate Bills and Bills in the NYS Assembly (and neither can City Councilmen); and 2) City Councilmen don't "Sign" NY State Senate Bills and Bills in the NYS Assembly.....

IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT NEITHER BRIAN FOX NOR HIS BRAIN TRUST HAVE EVEN THE SLIGHTEST GRASP ON THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CITY AND STATE, AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT --- FOX SHOULDN'T BE RUNNING FOR PUBLIC OFFICE, HE SHOULD BE TAKING A BASIC COURSE IN CIVICS >>> JUST SUCH A COURSE IS OFFERED AT THE COLLEGE OF STATEN ISLAND, IT'S CALLED "CORE" --- BRIAN, CALL UP SEE IF YOU CAN REGISTER ASAP

RESPONSE: THE "LET'S NOT TRY TO OUT-DO THE BFC IN STUPIDITY" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 2:06 PM"

THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT ARE "DISQUALIFYING" AS A MATTER OF LAW, LIKE CERTAIN ELECTION MATTERS INVOLVING LACK OF ELIGIBILITY AND/OR PROVABLE CANDIDATE FRAUD IN THE BALLOT ACCESS PROCESS --- THEN THERE ARE THINGS THAT ARE PRACTICALLY DISQUALIFYING --- BELIEVE IT OR NOT, WE AT THIS BLOG DO NOT BELIEVE THAT BRIAN FOX IS GUILTY OF ANY OF THAT KIND OF STUFF.....

However, we do believe that the Brian Fox Campaign [BFC] has been ham-handed in trying to push a series of "Big Lies" without any thought to how the other side can easily whipsaw the issues raised against the Big Liar.

Basically, that is because neither Brian Fox nor anybody associate with his campaign has shown any mastery of the facts underlying so many of their false claims against their opponent.

So when does Gale finally admit his boy Lian is a disaster..he is leading Fox campaign..we all know Mateo will lose bog time to Sliwa, another Liam candidiate

I give Liam credit he just had a baby he needs to get paid from Matteo Curts and Brian Fox to pay the bills nothing wrong is that

Fox statement was aspirational.

RESPONSE: THE "OKAY, 'ASPIRATIONAL BREATH,' TO WHAT WAS BRIAN FOX 'ASPIRING' WHEN HE SAID THAT HE HAD VOTED FOR SOMETHING; AND THEN THAT JUSTIN BRANNAN NEEDED TO SIGN SOMETHING ?????" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 6:38 PM" & "... AT 8:53 PM"

TOO MANY PEOPLE ON THE FOX FOR CITY COUNCIL TEAM THINK THAT THEY CAN SAY ANYTHING WHETHER IT'S TRUE OR NOT, OR EVEN IF IT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL

Brian Fox also perspires too much, and he doesn't aspire at all.

So to that extent, you would have been correct if your comment had been: "Fox statement was perspirational."

To harken back to "Welcome Back Kotter" daze >>> what a pair of "sweat hogs".....

Brian Fox is so dumb he should allow science to do tests on his brain

RESPONSE: THE "WHAT'S THE POINT OF AN AD HOMINEM ATTACK" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 12:44 PM"; "... AT 5:09 PM" & ANYBODY ELSE THAT LIKES THIS SCHOOL YARD "TOUGH GUY" TALK THAT SOME OF US ENJOYED SO MUCH WHEN WE WERE KIDS

IF YOU CAN'T MAKE A PUERILE PERSONAL ATTACK ON SOMEBODY INTO A DELICIOUS BIT OF PAYBACK FOR ALL THE BULLIES THAT HUMILIATED YOU IN THE FOURTH AND/OR FIFTH GRADE, THEN YOU'RE MISSING MOST OF THE JOY OF AN AD HOMINEM ATTACK ON A POLITICAL OPPONENT.....

IN THIS INSTANCE, IT'S MY GUESS THAT YOU ALSO MIGHT HAVE JUSTICE ON YOUR SIDE BY DOING IT TO BRIAN FOX --- HE SURE HAS THE LOOK OF SOMEBODY THAT WAS A BULLY-BOY BACK IN THE FOURTH AND FIFTH GRADE

In any case, if you can't get personal, and down and dirty, in an ad hominem attack, then when can you do it ???

Gail, here's you for that. And I'll add something to you that will never be said to this buffoon Brian, "You are a sly one, Mr. Fox."

How can Justin deny he voted to defund the police by 1 billion dollars?

Anonymous said...

I have no idea what Justin Brannan might say or deny, but facts are facts. Those facts are that Justin voted to FUND the NYPD over TEN BILLION DOLLARS this past year; and any funding that was removed from the NYPD budget was less than half a billion dollars, which was because the cost of non-NYPD school safety officers was transferred to the Bd. of Ed. budget. Overall, any cuts to the NYPD budget were significantly less than almost all other NYC Departements, whose budgets all needed to be cut in the wake of the buudget shortfalls due to tha COVID-19 shutdowns.

Is Brian Fox comfortable posibly running with Curtis Sliwa who doesn't support the NYPD? Even during this 2021 campaign, Sliwa has said that he doesn't want NYC cops patrolling the subways. There's a lot of reasons why the Conservative Party wouldn't support Sliwa for mayor; and wearing a silly red beret is only one of them.

get a load of justins bullshit at 2:33

he was for it before he was against it

I just watched Quaglione and some other moron unloading “Curtis Sliwa for Mayor” signs out a truck.

Brian Fox needs to take a big time out from the campaign and learn about government. Nobody likes Justin or the fact that his toadies are admins on this page but that post about voting as if he or Justin have a vote before the state legislature should scare the shit out of anyone who wants a new councilman, forget about the secret deal Justin supposedly made, maybe this guy is Justin’s cousin or something.

If Brian Fox is a guest on a podcast with 16 viewers, does it make a sound ?
