It now seems likely that there will be several objections raised by several members of the newly sworn House of Representatives and at least one U.S. Senator  

Watch for  the House and Senate to adjourn from their Constitutionally mandated joint session to certify the vote of the Presidential Electors  >>> and instead, for some time, to caucus in their separate chambers to debate the objections to the selection of certain electors and/or the conduct of the 2020 election for President in several states.....

Watch it get even more interesting on the streets outside in Washington D.C.   >>>  as near to the Capitol as the demonstrators can get  ---  and wouldn't it be great if President Trump made a personal appearance.....

Well, I suppose, Christmastime is a time for fun and games, and high frivolity.....  In England, Christmas dinner includes wearing funny hats and crowns, and everybody getting party poppers or a ratchet- rattle

And "Once upon a time, a very long time ago,"  I would have laughed at the insiders' joke, if there was any talk about "Brooklyn GOP outreach" to the minority community  ---  but that joke played out a long, long time ago  >>>  and just like Scotland and bagpipes most of the folks never got the joke, and they still don't.....

But once in a dogs age, somebody talks about GOP outreach to the minority community like it were a real thing.  >>>  It is not. <<<   And it hasn't been since the days when Edmund Seergy was GOP Chairman, and a young Frank Voyticky joined in with people like Arthur Bramwell and his brother the judge to be the semblance of an active Republican Party in their community in parts of North, Central and Eastern Brooklyn 

In 1993 and 1994 when my political plays included real outreach into a handful of communities in North, Central and Eastern Brooklyn, I met with a group from around Ridgewood and Cypress Hills.  They were old line Vito Battista conservative Republicans, and I think they met under a tree pretty far out on Atlantic Avenue, by City Line  >>>  they had one strategy "Hold Out" until some kind of help arrived  ---  "Outreach" was not a part of their plan at all; and they thought that was just fine   ---  "...but that was once upon a time, and now the tree is gone".....

For the most part, the KCP article by Ariama C. Long is kind of benign and inoffensive, except where it seems to suggest that the Republican Party and the Conservative Party are pretty much the same thing. In fact, it called a man named Constantin Jean-Pierre "... a staunch member of the Republican and Conservative Party...";  that pretty much convinced me that she is a relative of former Conservative Party Chairman Mike Long, because even though he said that wasn't so, for the longest time he pretty much acted like he ran both the Republican and Conservative Parties, in Brooklyn, and with a few exceptions, around most of the rest of the state.

More evidence of election fraud in 2020 Presidential Election in Michigan

The State of Michigan's top election official, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, says she cannot "in good conscience" appear before the Michigan State House Oversight Committee, which has been probing multiple well-documented irregularities, including fraud claims and Michigan voting law violations, involving the Nov. 3 presidential election in Michigan

It has been widely reported that Secretary Benson is a Democrat and the top statewide official in charge of the elections in Michigan;  and that she is refusing to testify about the overall process and procedures, and her own conduct in the recent election on November 3 and the count that followed in Detroit and elsewhere. 

In response to the Michigan State House Oversight Committee's request that she come in and testify, she wrote a letter to the Michigan House Oversight Chairman Matt Hall, a Republican. In it she said that she was concerned the GOP-controlled panel was "amplifying already debunked conspiracy theories";  and she added that the committee "has a responsibility to state unequivocally and publicly that the results of this election are an accurate reflection of the will of Michigan's voters." 

She has also criticized the same committee for its handling of a Dec. 2 hearing where President Donald Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City  had spread "false and baseless accusations against Michigan public servants...." 

For the uninformed on such matters,  when a person acts suspiciously and appears to be concealing something,  it is sufficient evidence of probable cause to proceed further and make additional inquiries  ---  in this instance, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is both refusing to answer and mischaracterizing the nature of the inquiry.

The Michigan House and Senate oversight committees have been holding hearings on the integrity of the election since early November.  Thus far, they've taken testimony from Giuliani, former Michigan elections director Chris Thomas, and several poll challengers and workers who were at TCF Center, where the absentee ballots from Detroit were counted.  Also earlier this week,  Michigan's  Senate Oversight Committee took three hours of testimony from Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos  ---  Dominion's technology is used to tabulate votes in 63 of Michigan's 83 counties.

Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock --- in a slight change of metaphors --- that's the sound of time running out on a lot of the GOP in Brooklyn and Staten Island if they don't try to change things very fast

 

Without Trump, with continued  mail-in voting and with redistricting,  old style politics just won't cut it in 2022 and going forward  (forget the City-wide elections in 2021  --  holding the little we have would be a major victory, if it were to happen  ---  and Max Rose has a better shot at being NYC mayor than any Republican that has been mentioned)

At the moment, the Brooklyn GOP has two elected office holders  ---  both of those are in mostly Staten Island Districts  ---  and by the 2022 elections, both might have Manhattan parts of their districts instead of the Brooklyn parts

Trump's future plans in and for the Republican Party should play an overwhelming part in any plans that anybody has in the GOP locally, citywide and statewide ---  and does anybody really think that a Greek cabal headed by a grocer with a speech impediment, his style-challenged daughter and a newly minted congressperson from Staten Island and other places will really be anywhere but at the kiddies' table for any of  that ???  Nonetheless, anything with Trump as a big part of the answer will remain problematic  ---  as in  "questionable" and unknown every step of the way. 

Will the GOP come up with any answer to the "mail-in vote"  ---  any time soon, or ever ?????

As for redistricting  ---  well, we already have one party rule;  does anybody expect that to change  ???  Maybe we can rely on the DOJ Voting Rights subdivision, or the courts  ---  yeah, that sure looks like it will make redistricting turn out just fine for those of us in the GOP, in Brooklyn, Staten Island or any place else.....

SO, DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW TO CHANGE THINGS FAST ?????

Breitbart News is reporting that:

Shortly before midnight on Monday evening, attorneys for the State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court  challenging the election procedures employed in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin during the 2020 Presidential Election on the grounds that those procedures violate the procedures spelled out in United States Constitution.....

 

Texas' argument is that Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the "Electors Clause" of the U.S. Constitution, because those states made changes to the voting rules  and procedures in their respective states through the orders of their  state  courts, or by  state executive actions, but not through their respective state legislatures as called for under the provisions of the "Electors Clause".....

Additionally, Texas argues that there also were differences in voting rules and procedures, as applied,  among different counties within those states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause;  and lastly, that there were  significant “voting irregularities” in each of the named states as a result of the improperly adopted changes in the voting rules and procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin..... 

The remedy demanded by Texas is that the SCOTUS order that no electors be selected by the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin pursuant to any certification of any popular vote in any of those states, but instead that the electors from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin be directly appointed by the state legislators in those states pursuant to the constitution's "Electors Clause".....

Details of the Trump Election Challenge in the Wisconsin Court

 

The AP article by reporter Scott Bauer says that  >>>  "President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Wisconsin seeking to disqualify more than 221,000 ballots in the state’s two most Democratic counties, a longshot attempt to overturn Joe Biden’s win in the battleground state he lost by nearly 20,700 votes....  Trump filed the [lawsuit on the] day after Democratic Gov. Tony Evers and the chairwoman of the Wisconsin Elections Commission certified Biden as the winner of the state’s 10 Electoral College votes. Trump asked the Wisconsin Supreme Court to take the case directly, rather than have it start in a lower court, and order Evers to withdraw the certification...."

Here are the details of the Trump complaint as outlined by Scott Bauer in his AP report:

"....   Trump’s Wisconsin lawsuit seeks to discard 170,140 absentee ballots where there was not a written application on file and all absentee ballots cast in person during the two weeks before Election Day....   

Trump wants to toss 5,517 ballots where election clerks filled in missing address information on the certification envelope where the ballot is inserted. The state elections commission told clerks before the election that they could fill in missing information on the absentee ballot envelopes, a practice that has been in place for at least the past 11 elections....

Trump also challenges 28,395 absentee ballots where a voter declared themselves to be “indefinitely confined” under the law....  

Trump also alleges that Madison opened illegal voting sites when the city held events at parks where election workers accepted 17,271 completed absentee ballots from voters looking to avoid crowds and mail delays. City officials said the poll workers at the 220 parks served the same purpose as ballot drop boxes around the state...."

What is being said and done by Dominion Voting Systems and the Georgia Elections officials in connection with the Sidney Powell lawsuit about the alleged massive vote shift in Georgia is almost incredible by itself

 
After a federal judge ordered Dominion Voting Systems to impound and leave untouched its voting machines in Georgia to allow for a complete forensic investigation of the machines by computer experts, the elections systems company claimed that it was not in possession of any machines in Georgia, and that they were in the possession of state election officials  ---  the judge then vacated the order and allowed attorney Sidney Powell to amend her complaint to name the Georgia Election Officials as well  ---  after that was done, the Georgia Election officials told the federal court that most of the machines already had been wiped and reset to conduct the recount asked for by Trump

Meanwhile, during the most recent recount ongoing in Georgia, the Dominion Voting System crashed;  and technicians for Dominion Voting Systems were brought in by Georgia Election officials to work on the machines and fix the problem, so as to allow the recount to continue today

Also, last night on CBS' "Sixty Minutes," Chris Krebs, formerly head of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, repeated that the election systems used on election day across the USA were completely secure and that any vote shifting, addition or elimination would have been impossible  ---  then he cited the existence of "paper ballots" to confirm the results ---  however, critics have asserted that the interview was a PR stunt and the most important technical questions were not asked, especially wrt Georgia and the Dominion Voting Systems machines used there

So now riddle me this Batman,  how confident are you that honest,  open and fair elections can be conducted in these United States ???

Nobody with a brain can possibly believe that the 2020 presidential election was a  "one off".....

Jordan Sekulow working with his father Jay Sekulow is ready to begin a new lawsuit alleging "shocking" voter fraud in Georgia

Several conservative and GOP-oriented news organs have reported on an announcement by an attorney associated with the Trump election litigation team named Jordan Sekulow.

According to  one of President Donald Trump's lawyers,  Jordan Sekulow, an election challenge lawsuit is in the works to be filed in federal court in Georgia early this coming week  >>>  And it is completely new and will be "shocking".....

"We have got lawsuits likely to be filed in Georgia on either Monday or Tuesday; I can't get into the details," said Jordan Sekulow, the son of  one 0f Trump's personal attorney's, Jay Sekulow.  

"I can't tell you right now, but what's coming in Georgia will be shocking, when we file this in federal court Monday or Tuesday....  It's nothing that we have talked [about] before. It's not what you heard in the press conference [Thursday] either....  This is something completely separate."  

The fact that Jordan Sekulow specifically mentioned federal court, indicated that it is likely a "constitutional" legal challenge; and he did also mention that some of the challenges related to the constitutional issue of "equal protection under the law."...   

The younger Sekulow added, to those saying "put up or shut up, it's coming this week."...  

And to those saying, "They've got to be outcome determinative... I will tell you, the Lt. Gov. [Geoff Duncan] in Georgia [and] the Secretary of State in Georgia [Brad Raffensperger]...  they're in for quite a shock on Monday and Tuesday about how poorly they run and they ran – there's going to be a proof – of how poorly run [or] they ran the elections in one of their major counties...."  

Attorney Jordan Sekulow also noted that several other pro-Trump election litigations were pending and/or would soon to be filed in Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania,  Wisconsin and Arizona.

Affidavits by the Republican canvassers say that they did not sign the certification of the vote coming out of Wayne County, Michigan pursuant to a contingent agreement to do so only if the vote were to be audited, which agreement was immediately violated by the Michigan Secretary of State, who indicated that there would be no such audit.

This was reported in a newsbreak near the end of the Shannon Bream program on Fox News  ---  thus far nothing on the internet.

According to the Brooklyn Paper  >>>  "....  [Andrew]  Gounardes has pulled ahead of Bruno by 2,500 votes and with 1,800 absentee ballots remaining as of 5 pm on Nov. 18, according to Gounardes’ spokesperson, Sarah Anders....   The announcement comes as the Board of Elections wraps up its third day of counting ballots in 22nd state Senate district, which encompasses Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Bensonhurst, Gravesend, Marine Park, and Gerritsen Beach....   Republican insurgent Vito Bruno, a businessman and former nightclub owner, won 51.4 percent of the in-person vote on election night with about 6,000 more votes than Gounardes. Yesterday's experience in Michigan's Wayne County "process" of "certifying" the vote from Wayne County Michigan demonstrated the complete corruption of the 2020 election in the whole of the USA

 

Yesterday, there was complete chaos  >>> in Wayne County, the whole of Michigan and across the U.S. <<<  while the Wayne County Election Canvassers were deadlocked over whether to Certify the 2020 Election Results due to discrepancies in over 70% of districts in the county 

Then with the live Zoom Stream interrupted for technical reasons, the Wayne County Election Canvassers re-considered the matter, re-voted  >>> and certified the vote count out of Wayne County <<<

After the fact, there were several reports of threats (including threats of violence), promises and other outside influences upon the reluctant Wayne County Election Canvassers in the aftermath of their initial "NO" votes, which deadlocked the Wayne County Board of Election Canvassers and apparently prevented the certification of the vote in Wayne County, Michigan

There was a momentary tsunami that hit the 2020 post-election processes across the United States, when it appeared that the apparent selection of Joe Biden by Michigan voters would not be immediately "certified" by election officials in Michigan.

Then, after the deadlocked vote by the Wayne County Board of Canvassers had been reported, there was widespread protest, including by the governor of Michigan, that the Wayne County Board of Canvassers had acted improperly.   Whereupon there was a complete clamp-down on the Wayne County Election Canvassers and their processes, and after significant outside input and influences of all kinds, the Wayne County election canvassers reconsidered their earlier vote, and re-voted on the issue of certification of the Wayne County vote. Top lawyer for Trump Campaign promises enough proof of fraud to overturn current vote counts favoring Biden and re-stablish Trump as the winner that he clearly was when the true vote count was "stopped" on election night

On Maria Bartiromo's Sunday morning program on Fox News,  Sidney Powell said this: “There has been a massive and coordinated effort to steal this election from we the people of the United States of America, to delegitimize and destroy votes for Donald Trump, to manufacture votes for Joe Biden....”

Lin Wood, a Georgia lawyer, said this about the purported vote coming out Georgia in the original count and in the so-called hand recount "audit":  "“I have seen overwhelming evidence that massive fraud was in the computer voting system in addition to mail ballots...." and  "They will not get away with it.... Do not trust media. Media lies. Patience.... Every lie will be revealed.”

Here are some of the specifics alleged by Sidney Powell,  one of the top litigators on the Trump legal team: “They have done it in every way imaginable, from having dead people vote in massive numbers to absolutely, fraudulently, creating ballots that exist only voting for Biden.... They also used an algorithm to calculate the votes they would need to flip, and they used computers to flip those votes from…Trump to Biden....  We’ve identified at least 450,000 ballots in the key states that miraculously only have a mark for Joe Biden on them and no other candidate....  They had this all planned.... They had the algorithms. They had the paper ballots waiting to be inserted if and when needed. And notably, President Trump’s vote in the blue states went up enormously. That’s when they had to stop the vote count. They had to go in and replace votes for Biden and take away Trump votes.....  I tell ya, if there’s anything about election night that troubles me above all, it was the pausing of the vote counting in Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Atlanta....  I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. Never even heard of such a thing.”

The truth about Ted Ghorra's FOUR wins in the 2020 election cycle.....

 

.....  Let's start with the FACT that two of those wins  ---  Nicole Malliotakis & Michael Tannousis  ---  were due 90% to the work done by the Staten Island GOP operation and campaigning on Staten Island by the candidates and their campaigns

Any positive impact upon the vote for Malliotakis & Tannousis in Brooklyn were overwhelmingly due to to the campaigns of those candidates, and very little to do with anything done by the Brooklyn GOP  >>>  and especially anything done by Ted Ghorra

As for the "WINS" by Vito Bruno for the NYS Senate and Mark Szuszkiewicz for the NYS Assembly  ---  they are anything but a done deal;  in fact, there are legitimate reasons to believe that those results are now somewhat in doubt.....


In any case, to the extent that either of those Brooklyn GOP candidates might hold on to what originally were called as "wins"  ---  again those "wins," or either one of them, were/was very little to do with anything done by the Brooklyn GOP and/or Ted Ghorra

When all the votes are counted and finally certified, there will be plenty of time to do deep dives into who won what, and where and how those elected officeholders' "wins" were accomplished. 

Routine and pro forma "thank you" rituals are not indicative of any real gratitude- and affection-to, and influence by the Brooklyn GOP as led by Ted Ghorra.   

Is there anybody on Trump's legal team that knows the nuts and bolts of election law in any of the states where the challenges need to be made ???

Is there any lawyer with sufficient heft to manage the several large litigations that need to be brought in several state and federal courts, with an eye toward getting viable appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court from enough states to make a difference ?????

So far, the Trump team seems to be full of people who would rather argue in parking lots or on the court house steps, and on Hannity  >>> rather than inside any courtroom

To describe the post-election legal work for President Trump thus far as "hit and miss" would be inaccurate, because it is so much closer to "hit and miss and miss and miss and miss and miss..."

The biggest failure so far is the complete absence of any marshalling of evidence of either actual fraud or a pattern of demonstrable irregularities on any scale sufficient to trigger any intervention by the courts or anybody else.  ---  And as for any constitutional arguments related to the equal protection of voters within a state, has anybody seen anything more than a few anecdotal descriptions that would prove disparate treatment of classes of voters in any state.

Can the election of Joe Biden be blocked by one very important legal principal --- the spoliation of evidence --- by election officials in several key states ?????

On those cases brought in federal court, even when spoliation is  >>> accidental <<<  courts have broad remedial powers to “order measures no greater than necessary to cure the prejudice” when such spoliation has prejudiced the other party. And when spoliation is done with intent to deprive the other party of use of the  >>> data <<<  such spoliation can cost you the case under the sanctions available under Federal Rule 37(e)(2).

This is particularly relevant in the State of Georgia, where a hand count of votes has recently been ordered by the Georgia Secretary of State, which has been called the equivalent of an "audit" of those votes  >>>  because even up to the most recent election cycles prior to 2020, state election officials in Georgia and/or their agents and contractors have had a history of destroying evidence related to Georgia's elections with lawsuits pending

On July 3rd, 2017 the Coalition for Good Governance, joined by a handful of Georgia voters, sued Georgia’s State Election Board and Secretary of State Brian Kemp (now Governor), for failing to secure the integrity of the election system.  The suit sought a writ of mandamus forcing Kemp to “fulfill his public duty to reexamine this system and its fundamental irregularities”.

Just a few days after the suit was filed, employees for the Center for Elections Systems wiped the server at issue, according to the Associated Press.  The server’s data was destroyed on July 7, 2017 by technicians at the Center for Election Systems at Kennesaw State University, which runs the state’s election system. The data wipe was revealed in an email — sent last week from an assistant state attorney general to plaintiffs in the case — that was obtained by the AP. More emails obtained in a public records request confirmed the wipe.  Not only was the server erased, but two backups were “degaussed three times,” according to emails by a Center for Elections Systems information security staffer.
That data, the AP explains, “could have revealed whether Georgia’s most recent elections were compromised by malicious hackers.” 

Plaintiffs had planned to conduct an independent review of the server which, they believed, would show the election systems vulnerabilities—and put the results of Georgia's recent elections into question. 

Legal professionals know that the obligation to preserve evidence arises once litigation is reasonably anticipated, which can be long before a suit is filed. Wiping a server whose data is at the heart of a newly filed suit would be a fairly flagrant abdication of that responsibility.

Obviously issues of spoliation wrt certain evidence in cases like those being brought concerning the 2020 presidential elections  >>> such as those ongoing in several of the key battleground states <<<  one might reasonably expect the consequences of any spoliation to reach far beyond those lawsuits to the 2020 election as a whole.

Trump closing the gap on Joe Biden in Arizona

The former vice president Biden's lead in Arizona has dropped to 12,813 after Maricopa County’s latest report on the count..... 

Statewide in Arizona,  about 46,700 ballots are still outstanding;  about 22,400 are yet to be counted from Maricopa County

According to one report in the Arizona Republic, the President needs to take about 64% of the remaining votes in order to take Biden’s lead and the state’s 11 electoral votes. So far, Trump has fallen just short of that high percentage in the latest vote counts, but President Trump has reduced the former vice president’s lead by over 4,100 votes in the last three days alone. 

At this rate, the final count won't be completed until this weekend or next week.....

In any case, look at how close this margin will be going into a likely statewide recount.....

For the most part, one week after the election, Joe Biden's unofficial leads in key battleground states seemed to shrink slightly with slightly more scrutiny

 

With votes still trickling in from here and there in each state,  here are the latest Biden leads in several key states:

Pennsylvania  ---  less than 46,000

Wisconsin ---  about 20,500 

Nevada --- about 36,000

Georgia --- less than 12,000

Arizona --- less than 15,000

There is some other interesting information floating around about the "Dominion Software Glitches" story  ---  it seems that there are a couple of "Deep State" packages called “Project Hammer” and “Operation Scorecard” that can employ off-site software and mega-hardware to tilt something like Dominion Software results when targeted..... 

["Operation Scorecard" is software that can be used by the CIA and/or Shadow Govt Military Contractors to manipulate elections (in any country). "Project Hammer" is a supercomputer that has been used by U.S. security services to spy on Americans in the past] 

The MSM's false narrative is that "frauds" need to demonstrated and proved in Pennsylvania and four or five other states in order to change the outcome of this presidential election

Doubtless, there are millions of defective and erroneously counted ballots that can be uncovered by aggressive partisan observers once they have access to the ballots for review and recompilation  ---  in Pennsylvania there were approximately 2.5 million "mail-in" ballots  ---  recent experience indicates that between 20% and 33% of "mail-in" ballots are defective and invalid  ---  in Pennsylvania the Democrat "mail-in" vote was approximately 1.6 million  >>>  you do the math.....  Hint:  losing 20% of the Democrat vote would mean a minus of about 320,000 Biden votes in Pennsylvania;  right now, Biden is ahead of Trump in Pennsylvania by fewer than 70,000 votes

None of that requires any showing of fraud.....

Let's just stay calm and carry on.....   You don't even need to worry about the Luftwaffe dropping bombs on you while you sleep almost every night for months and months.  The people who were bombed like that were able to stay calm and carry on eighty years ago; so, you can too now.....

No Republican-Conservative Candidate running only in Brooklyn has won anything yet --- BUT --- things are looking good for them

Nicole Malliotakis running for the U.S. Congress in Staten Island & Brooklyn has the best chance.....  [Earlier today, NRCC Chairman, Rep. Tom Emmer from Minnesota,  didn't count Nicole's race as a win;  but he did say that he hoped and expected that she would prevail in another takeaway from a Democrat incumbent, which he also noted was in New York City]   

The same can probably be said about Michael Tannousis,  who is running to hold the Staten Island-Brooklyn Assembly seat formerly held by Nicole Malliotakis

The Democrat Leaders in Brooklyn have said that they believed that Democrat incumbents Andrew Gounardes and Mathylde Frontus are both likely to be winners in their races after all of the votes are counted

Nonetheless, late on Sunday, November 8, 2020,  Vito Bruno is still listed as having more than a 6,100 vote lead.....   And at the same time,  Mathylde Frontus us still trailing Mark Szuszkiewicz by about 2800 votes.....

Biden's national vote totals include millions of defective and unlawfully counted and/or "cured" mail-in or absentee ballots --- across the country the ratio of rejected ballots in the general election is far below the almost 550,000 rejected mail-in and absentee ballots during the 2020 primaries and other 2020 elections

Trump is being deprived of a  >>> LANDSLIDE <<<  re-election as the 45th POTUS by an unlawful count across the USA  ---  and especially in several key battleground states  >>>  THAT UNLAWFUL COUNT INCLUDES MILLIONS OF IMPROPER DEFECTIVE MAIL-IN OR ABSENTEE BALLOTS

In the battle ground states that are apparently narrowly being "won" by Biden there are several hundreds of thousands, possibly well over a million,  of such "improper" and "unlawful" votes in Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Arizona and Minnesota

A proper hand-count recanvas and/or audit of the totals and the votes themselves  ---  along with a proper invalidation of all the defective and improper mail-in or absentee ballots  ---  that have been unlawfully included in Joe Biden's totals across those states  >>> would result in Donald Trump's winning some or all of those states on a scale like Florida where many thousands of such votes were properly invalidated

THIS IS A MAJOR PATHWAY TO DONALD TRUMP'S RE-ELECTION IN A NATIONAL LANDSLIDE OF THE PROPERLY CAST AND LAWFULLY COUNTED VOTES IN THE 2020 ELECTION FOR PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

Don't forget that during the primaries and other special elections in  2020,  over 550, 000 improperly completed and otherwise defective mail-in and absentee ballots were eliminated in those earlier counts.  There is no way that Joe Biden would have a proper national vote total well over 70 million votes  >>> if the same ratio of improperly included mail-in or absentee ballots were culled out at the same ratio as the earlier in 2020 primaries and special elections or even during the 2020 general election in states like Florida.....

Any call of the 2020 election resulting in Joe Biden being called the "President Elect" --- is a planned part of the ongoing theft of the 2020 election by the Democrats and the mainstream media

Pennsylvania's vote count is obviously a fraudulent exercise of old-style Philadelphia urban Democrat machine politics mixed with technical flimflam

The Georgia count is much the same, mostly involving votes from Atlanta and surrounding counties

The Nevada count is much the same being done in a uniquely Nevada way, mostly involving Las Vegas and its surrounding communities

Four, five or six states will certainly be within "recount" margins  ---  Those recounts by themselves are unlikely to change any result in any significant way  >>>  however, the recounts will be a massive and detailed audit of the votes in those states.  It will establish the actual baseline for specific challenges based on improper and/or unlawful, and possibly fraudulent votes, as well as other demonstrable anomalies

Such demonstrable anomalies will become more apparent with computer analysis of the timing and sources of the votes in each state  >>>  and such anomalies together with the hard evidence of the impropriety of thousands and possibly hundreds of thousand votes will show that any apparent Joe Biden victory is based on hundreds of thousands of improperly counted votes in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and other states barely attributed to Biden

Even suggesting any more detail about any of this at this time would be both jejune and feckless.....

For about three months Andy Gounardes and his well-financed campaign have been pounding Vito Bruno and his personal history of managing, promoting and owning a string of after-hours and night clubs that made money for Vito and even less savory people for decades by creating and facilitating an environment of wild and unprotected sex, drugs and drug-related violence at those after-hours and night clubs  ---  and that pounding was well-researched and well-produced high-end material.....

Remember that in 1983, Vito Bruno admitted to his part in a pattern of police corruption involving several Manhattan night clubs  ---  it was during a NY Times interview in which Bruno bragged about how generous he was in his payoffs to the cops

Since then, in March 2020,  Vito Bruno was interviewed by the "Brooklyn Paper" and tacitly admitted to almost all of the serious charges put to him by that paper at that time

In addition, late in July of 2020, there was a very hard-hitting expose in the Daily News  ---  telling everybody what a bad person Vito Bruno had admitted to being in the past, and why that made it difficult for him to come across as a law & order GOP State Senate candidate now

Vito Bruno has never come close to publicly repenting about anything that he WAS or DONE or SAID in the past   ---  nothing close to a "Come to Jesus" moment for Vito  ---  quite the opposite,  Vito still fondly remembers his days and nights and after-hours escapades in his club phase and "Outlaw" phase; and he brags about all of it still

In the meantime  >>>  we here at "The Brooklyn and Staten Island Independent GOP Fountainhead" have been doing our own   >>> intense fact-based personal pounding of Vito Bruno <<<  but for a much longer period of ten or eleven months now.  ---  It was done on the cheap and was not high-end well-produced material  >>>  but that is and was  no less well-researched, and no less accurate and authoritative.....

It's been many, many months   ---   even before Vito Bruno had been selected as the Brooklyn GOP  and Conservative Party Candidate for the New York State Senate for the 22nd SD  ---  since I warned the Brooklyn GOP and Conservative Party that Vito Bruno would be a terrible candidate for the state senate because of his very shady past and very shady business associations.....  Sadly, too many of my friends and former political allies in both the Brooklyn GOP and the Conservative Party did not listen.....

Then, we here at "The Brooklyn & Staten Island Independent GOP Fountainhead" started trotting out some of the facts about the past of Vito Bruno;  and eventually started calling him "Ratso" for readily apparent reasons.....  (Many, many of Vito Bruno's business associates and direct competitors have gone to jail for everything from murder and other criminal homicides, to tax evasion, to police and public corruption, and on, and on, and on...   but not Vito  --- even when he publicly admitted to his own police corruption, the very same article stated he was not part of the Federal investigation of police corruption that was then still ongoing  ---  Yes sir, "Ratso" sure seems to fit.....)

It didn't take long for the Democrats and the citywide press to jump on the story and pick up OUR drumbeat rhythm  ---  they just plucked the easy low-hanging fruit on the Vito Bruno tree.  And months ago, what did Vito Bruno do in a statement to the Daily News, he admitted almost all of it, with a quibble here and a quibble there.....  And why do people like Ratso Vito Bruno admit things like he did to the Daily News ???  >>>  The folks like Vito are looking to avoid even worse things  <<<

Republicans need to keep being reminded that  Vito Bruno WAS and still IS a guy that owns and is still proud of his background that includes this:

His start in the night clubs business was right here in the neighborhood very close to where he is now running for the NYS State Senate   >>>  that was "2001 Odyssey," six decades back in the 1970s  ---  with a movie that parodied and caricatured Itlos just like Vito and many others from Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights and Bensonhurt [with Vito still making lots money off of it as recently 2017];

Years later, Vito graduated to the big time in Manhattan and he denigrated and decried outer-borough "Guidos with their unbuttoned shirts and gold chains" at his clubs  ---  instead he cultivated an "A-list" clientele, augmented by readily accessible drugs at his clubs  ---  and even when that business practice ended badly for Vito Bruno's  most notable customer, John Belushi  ---  Vito used the event promotionally by putting himself into the middle of it with his interview by Bob Woodward, which was memorialized in Woodward's book about Belushi,  "Wired";

That was only part of the problems at Vito Bruno's after-hours and night clubs in the 1980s. Along with the drugs came the drug-related gun violence, and that gun violence became part and parcel of the Hip-Hop culture and music that Vito featured and promoted at his and other clubs;

When the authorities started making the club business as practiced by Vito Bruno more and more difficult, Vito's business plan shifted away from the static clubs to a model of floating "Outlaw" parties and events that invaded many communities both in Manhattan and in the outer boroughs  ---  they too were hotly pursued by authorities as public nuisances in residential neighborhoods around the New York City;

One of the biggest scandals about Vito Bruno that has been very underreported thus far is his part in the personal descent and destruction of Vito Bruno's intern and protege, and heir and successor in the "Outlaw" parties and events scene,  Michael Alig.  Michael Alig was a nice kid from Chicago, who was a student at Fordham University, before he started doing "Outlaw Parties" with and for Vito Bruno.  Alig was convicted of murder and has spent most of his adult life in prison for his part in the killing of the main and long-time drug dealer at one of the clubs associated with Vito Bruno.  In a documentary about Michael Alig,  much of it done with Alig's cooperation while in prison, Michael Alig tipped his hat to Vito Bruno as the person who broke him into the business;  and 

There are too many other similar anecdotes and details about Vito Bruno to go into specifics at this time.  However, if Vito Bruno remains on the public stage as an active Republican in any capacity, we will continue to bring it all out.....

THE DEMOCRATS KNOW IT  ---  AND THEY TALK ABOUT IT A LOT

Don't think that the Gounardes campaign and the Bay Ridge Dems don't know how to keep beating a drum once they've started  >>>  look at what they did to Marty Golden and his driving in 2018 <<<    And trust me,  they have so much more music to play against sex, drugs and rock'n'roll Ratso Vito Bruno  ---  and it all has a heavy drum beat and even maybe some cowbell on the radio and on TV.....

The recent anti-Vito Bruno mailers, and radio and TV ads from the Gounardes Campaign is just the most recent pieces of a broader Democrat pivot on the “Law and Order” issue.  Candidates like Republican-Conservative Vito Bruno will be used like a pinata to beat with a stick and pour out goodies in the renewed Democrat narrative about the phoniness of GOP pitches on “Law and Order.”
