Hillary has a big pebble in her shoe and it’s called E-mails --- But, whenever she tries to get rid of the pebble, she finds a new knot in her shoelace
Former Secretary of State and her top State Department aides signed security Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
HRC’s personal NDA contained specific warnings against ‘negligent handling’ of sensitive classified information — her NDA also made it Hillary Clinton’s personal responsibility to determine whether information was sensitive or “classified”
At long last, an important missing link in the Hillary Clinton E-mail saga has suddenly turned up. Security experts have long opined that Clinton signed such some kind of non-disclosure security agreement upon assuming her duties as Secretary of State. However, a copy of her specific agreement, wasn’t available until it had been obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an FOIA request. The agreement that was obtained was shared with the Washington Free Beacon; and it reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA signed by former Secretary Hillary Clinton (See “Clinton Signed NDA Laying Out
Criminal Penalties for Mishandling of Classified Info” by Lachlan Markay, 11/6/15, Washington Free Beacon [http://freebeacon.com/politics/clinton-signed-nda-laying-out-criminal-penalties-for-mishandling-of-classified-info/])..
HILLARY CLINTON’S NDA
According to a report in the “Washington Free Beacon” — “As the nation’s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that “negligent handling” of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.... A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information....”According to the clear import of the language of the non-disclosure agreement, it was Clinton’s responsibility to ascertain whether INFORMATION shared through her private email server was “classified.” The agreement specifically states the following: “.... I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with appropriate management authorities in the Department.... in order to ensure that I know whether information or material within my knowledge or control that I have reason to believe might be SCI....”
ALSO — CHERYL MILLS AND HUMA ABEDIN SIGNED THEIR OWN NDAs
Also according to Lachlan Markay’s report in the “... Free Beacon” — “.... Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, Clinton’s two top aides, also signed copies of the classified information NDA....Mills sent classified information to officials at the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation in 2012, an email released by the State Department in September shows....”
Why are episodes of The Good Wife always ahead of the Clinton scandals?
ReplyDeleteThis will be the first open convention since delegates were elected. And its open season after that first ballot.
ReplyDeleteThe rules fight in 1976 between Reagan and Ford was not an open convention.
Makes me want to go to Cleveland next summer.
On second thought I'll watch it on TV
UPDATE: THE “NY POST ON THE CASE” EDITION
ReplyDeleteMURDOCH’S NYC DAILY OUTLET DID A SUNDAY EDITORIAL HAMMERING THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION FOR ITS “WHITEWASH” OF HILLARY CLINTON’S E-MAILS SCANDAL
TIES FRIDAY LEAK TO POLITICO ABOUT A SUPPOSED “NO SECRETS” FINDING BY DNI DIRECTOR JAMES CLAPPER TO NEWS OF HRC’S SIGNED NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT ABOUT GOVERNMENT SECRETS
REST OF MAIN STREAM MEDIA IS AVOIDING BOTH ASPECTS OF CONTROVERSY EMERGING IN HILLARY’S E-MAILS SCANDAL
According to the NY Post Editorial Board — “.... Clapper answers to the president — who issued clear marching orders months ago, announcing that Clinton’s server scam was ‘not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.’... Oddly, news of Clapper’s finding got leaked to Politico soon after the Washington Free Beacon reported Clinton did indeed, right after taking over at State, acknowledge her responsibility to properly guard classified info — and that ‘negligent handling’ of it could bring criminal penalties.... Until the Beacon broke that news, even the State Department was unclear on whether Clinton ever signed the Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement. By so doing, she promised not to put classified info at risk — by, say, storing it on a home-brewed email server....” ( See “Whitewashing Hillary — step one in shutting down the FBI’s probe” by Post Editorial Board 11/8/15, NY Post/ Editorial [http://nypost.com/2015/11/08/whitewashing-hillary-step-one-in-shutting-down-the-fbis-probe/]).
What wasn’t mentioned in the Post editorial, was that the Politico article was almost immediately “Modified” to include a statement by DNI Clapper’s spokesperson denying that any finding had been made by ODNI in its review of certain Clinton E-mails.
At this stage of things, the rest of the establishment media appears to be steering clear of both the alleged whitewash by Clapper & Co. at the ODNI and the news about the discovery of Hillary’s signed security non-disclosure agreement.

ReplyDeleteANOTHER HILLARY CLINTON CLAIM ABOUT HER E-MAILS IS DEBUNKED BY FACT CHECKERS AT THE WASHINGTON POST --- IT APPEARED TO CONFIRM THAT TREY GOWDY CAUGHT HILLARY CLINTON ANSWERING ONE OF HIS QUESTIONS WITH HER OFT-REPEATED LIE THAT NINETY TO NINETY-FIVE PERCENT (90-95 %) OF HER E-MAILS HAD BEEN PRESERVED ON STATE DEPARTMENT SYSTEMS AND SERVERS
STATE DEPARTMENT NEVER DETERMINED NOR DID IT EVER STATE THAT NINETY TO NINETY-FIVE PERCENT (90-95 %) OF HRC’S E-MAILS WERE PRESERVED ON ITS SYSTEMS
WA-PO GIVES HILLARY THREE PINOCCHIOS FOR HER REPEATED CLAIMS THAT NINETY TO NINETY-FIVE PERCENT (90-95 %) OF HER E-MAILS WERE PRESERVED BY SYSTEMS IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT — WA-PO NOTES THAT THE “NINETY TO NINETY-FIVE PERCENT (90-95 %)” ESTIMATE OF HILLARY CLINTON E-MAILS CAPTURED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT CAME FROM THE HILLARY CLINTON CAMPAIGN AND NOT THE STATE DEPARTMENT
According to a fact-check report in the Washington Post — “A number of readers have asked questions about Clinton’s assertion that 90 to 95 percent of the e-mails were in the State Department system. On several occasions, especially in the evening session of the 11-hour hearing, Clinton suggested this figure came from the State Department. (For instance: “The State Department was beginning to turn over to this committee my e-mails because they had between 90 and 95 percent of all my work-related e-mails in the State Department system.”).... But the next day, a State Department spokesman said that the number did not come from any State Department analysis but was a calculation made by the Clinton campaign.... Moreover, as part of the exchange with Clinton, Gowdy referenced an inspector general’s report that ‘less than one percent of State Department emails’ were captured....” ( See “Hillary Clinton’s claim that 90 percent of her emails were ‘in the system’” by Glenn Kessler, 11/9/15, The Washington Post/ Fact Checker [https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2015/11/09/hillary-clintons-claim-that-90-percent-of-her-emails-were-in-the-system/]).
The Kessler-WaPo article went on to say that, “.... The ‘90 to 95 percent’ figure comes from the Clinton campaign. There has never been a calculation made by the State Department of the 55,000 pages of the e-mails provided by Clinton from her private e-mail account. So Clinton got that wrong.... In the interest of precision, Clinton would do better to say that ‘my staff has calculated that 90 percent were sent to or from a state.gov e-mail address’ rather than ‘90 percent were already in the system.’...”

ReplyDeletePOLITICO REPORTS THAT THE FBI IS >>> EXPANDING <<< ITS INVESTIGATION INTO THE HILLARY CLINTON AND HER STAFF'S E-MAILS
FBI QUESTIONS FOCUS ON WHETHER STATE DEPARTMENT OFFICIALS IMPROPERLY SENT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL
THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA HAS LARGELY IGNORED THIS NEWS BREAK BY POLITICO — BUT RIGHT-WING AND CONSERVATIVE OUTLETS ALL OVER THE STORY
According to a recent report in the on-line political magazine, “Politico” — “Even as Hillary Clinton tries to put questions about her private email server behind her, the FBI has stepped up inquiries into the security of the former secretary of state's home-made email system and how aides communicated over email, POLITICO has learned.... The FBI’s recent moves suggest that its inquiry could have evolved from the preliminary fact-finding stage that the agency launches when it receives a credible referral, according to former FBI and Justice Department officials interviewed by POLITICO.... ‘This sounds to me like it’s more than a preliminary inquiry; it sounds like a full-blown investigation,’ said Tom Fuentes, former assistant director of the FBI. ‘When you have this amount of resources going into it …. I think it’s at the investigative level.’...” (See “FBI steps up interviews in Clinton email probe” by Rachael Bade, 11/10/15, Politico/ Hillary Clinton Emails [http://www.politico.com/story/2015/11/hillary-clinton-email-fbi-probe-215630]).
Just like Politico’s earlier coverage of a leak from the ODNI that was largely exculpatory of former Secretary Clinton vis a vis the “TOP SECRET” classification of two E-mails, the MSM has not gone with the Politico “scoop.” Nonetheless, that gap was more than covered by the right-leaning and other conservative outlets
THE BIGGER PICTURE FROM “THE WASHINGTON FREE BEACON”
The best of those came from Fox News and the Washington Free Beacon that had this take on the Politico release and other recent matters related to HRC’s E-mails scandal: “Fox News correspondent Ed Henry said Tuesday that the FBI’s expanded probe into Hillary Clinton’s private email server contradicted the Clinton campaign’s claim that its candidate was not the target of that probe.... ‘This report suggests it’s going beyond the security of the server and looking at whether or not people knew there was classified information,’ Henry said.... The Clinton campaign had been reassuring fundraisers that the FBI investigation was just looking into the security of the server, not into those who used or operated the server.... Tuesday’s report by Politico about the expanded FBI probe is the latest bad news for Clinton from her sprawling email scandal.... The Washington Free Beacon reported Friday that Clinton signed a form acknowledging that she was personally responsible for guarding classified information, and might face criminal penalties if she mishandled such information. Between 600 and 700 emails on Clinton’s vulnerable server are now considered classified by the State Department.... Then a spokesperson for Director of National Intelligence James Clapper threw cold water on an anonymously-sourced story that Clinton’s email did not, in fact, contain top-secret information.... ‘[The Office of the Director of National Intelligence] has made no such determination and the review is ongoing,’ Clapper spokesman Brian Hale told Politico....” (See “Ed Henry: Expanded FBI Investigation into Emails is Bad News for Hillary Clinton” by Blake Seitz, 11/10/15, The Washington Free Beacon [http://freebeacon.com/politics/ed-henry-expanded-fbi-investigation-into-emails-is-bad-news-for-hillary-clinton/]).
