The "Late Night Host" crowd doesn't know what is and isn't constitutionally protected free speech --- or what is or isn't an infringement of constitutionally protected free speech
The lies that Jimmy Kimmel spewed out like rancid sconner about Charlie Kirk's shooter had no protection whatsoever --- it was a slander on MAGA, Republicans, and of the greater unincorporated mass of everyday Americans that the new Comintern Democrats collectively call "The Right" in America generally --- and still refer to as "Fascists" and "Nazis" even after the Kirk assassination.....
The collective national outrage >>> and the very effective individual dagger-strikes by several layers of corporate executives aimed at Kimmel were constitutionally protected acts by a vast army of private indidviduals --- some as private citizens, and others as corporate actors --- the former, being a vast majority of outraged Americans collectively speaking on behalf-of and as the the democratic representation of the American public as a whole; and the latter, as various individual corporate executives acting in the interest(s) of their respective company(ies) and those company's(ies') business interests

The banshees' wails of the late-nite crowd of leftist apparatchiks over the fate of one of their leading-lights, Jimmy Kimmel, should be music to our ears, because it means that we are winning the war to save America from those very left apparatchik influencers --- operating under cover as entertainers, so-called comedians and self-proclaimed mass media stars.
