No wonder Brian Fox didn't want us to know that he was from New Jersey.....

Obviously, Brian Fox has been trying to cover up his history of drunk and reckless driving charges in New Jersey, with the whole works of penalties including suspensions of driving privileges and auto registration(s).....

But wait, it gets even worse than that  ---  it also appears that Brian Fox doesn't want anybody to know that he also has a history of restraining orders, contempt of court citations, and arrest warrants for breach of restraining orders  ---  also in the State of New Jersey

So far, Fox's response has been to try to tough it out, and follow his own advice to friends of his from earlier in his life to "keep [his/ their] mouth(s) shut" about any of this  ---   In other words instead of any denial, or explanation, or apology to the voters in the 43rd Council District for his failure to disclose this material, Fox has chosen to say nothing at all about these charges  ---  but instead, he chose to make new lying promises that he would begin to restore police and fire services on the day after the election, if he were the winner for City Council in the 43rd District

From the very beginning of his campaign, this independent Republican blog has been saying that Fox's atttempt to bury his personal history was obviously an attempt to cover up something that was completely disqualifying.  ---  Step by step, item by item, that is proving to be 100% accurate and true

For more than a day now, it's been reported on social media by Radio Free Bay Ridge, and since late yesterday by an anonymous commenter on this blog, that Brian Fox has had a history of criminal charges and court sanctions in the State of New Jersey.....

Our own research found that the drunk and reckless driving charges were just one of several moving violations including speeding, reckless driving and failure to observe traffic signals charged against Brian Fox at various times in and around the jurisdiction of West Windsor, New Jersey during 2009 & 2010, which resulted in a suspension of driving privileges and a revocation of Fox's vehicle registration; also in 2010, Fox was stopped and charged with driving with a suspended license and registration in Princeton, New Jersey.

As to the charges related to contempt for violation of a domestic violence restraining order, those charges came out in court in New Brunswick, New Jersey in May and June of 2011; and it resulted from an offense that occurred in April, 2011.  As part of those proceedings, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Brian Fox in April of 2011.

IT NEEDS TO BE NOTED THAT  ---  the response of Brian Fox, the GOP-Conservative Party candidate for City Council in the 43rd Council District, to the revelation of his criminal history related to these very serious charges has been  >>>  NOTHING !!!!! <<<

Instead, Fox as his most recent public statement after these disclosures chose not to address them at all, but instead he demanded that Councilman Brannan and Mayor de Blasio rescind the vaccine mandates, and open all the closed fire houses; and then in the same statement, Fox made the open and public lie that within a day after he is elected to the NY City Council, firehouses and other first-responder facilities would begin to reopen.....

  1. WAY BACKFILL: THE "LOCAL PRESS IN NEW JERSEY WERE RIGHT THERE WITH THESE DETAILS" EDITION

IN JULY 2010, THE LOCAL "COMMUNITY NEWS" IN NEW JERSEY FOUND THIS ARREST OF BRIAN FOX NEWSWORTHY..... HIS COURT RECORD SHOWS THAT THERE WERE MANY SIMILAR INCIDENTS THAT FOUND THEIR WAY INTO COURT AND ONTO THE COURT'S DOCKET

Here's what they said about Brian Fox, the quality of his driving: ".... DWI Arrests... Brian Z. Fox, 20, of Cartwright Drive in West Windsor, was charged June 27 with driving while intoxicated. Officer Joseph Bolognese said he stopped him on Route 1 North near College Road for driving erratically and failing to maintain a lane and found he was intoxicated. He was also charged with reckless driving, making an unsafe lane change, driving through a safety zone, and failure to maintain a lane...." (See "PLAINSBORO [Community News]" by Community News Staff. 7/10/2010, communitynews.org [Plainsboro] [https://www.communitynews.org/news/plainsboro/article_1131e240-6902-5ac3-a804-7f3db3730687.html]).

Brian Fox had also been cited for reckless driving in West Windsor on 2-16-2009; and he was brought to court on that charge on 3-25-2009.

  3. And Justin never discovered this scandal? Officer Bologna gave Fox a ticket a decade ago. You make it sound like Fox took money from a sleazy developer to kick old ladies out to the curb.

  4. Cant find one real newspaper that would cover this. There is a chance there could be more than one Brian Fox in the world.

  5. The plainsboro news reported the summons for failing to maintain a lane was issued to Michael J Fox. The summons was dismisssed due to medicol condition.

  7. RESPONSE: THE "GOTCH !!! THANKS FOR THE CONFIRMATION" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 9:11 AM"; ",,, AT 9:40 AM"; "... AT 11:32 AM" & THE OTHERS

FIRST --- STILL NO DENIAL, NO EXPLANATION, NO APOLOGY, AND NO CONTRITION.....

SECOND --- WE AREN'T TALKING ABOUT ALL THE BRIAN FOXES IN THE WORLD, BUT THE ONE BRIAN ZACHARY FOX THAT LIVED IN THE WEST WINDSOR - PLAINSBORO AREA OF NEW JERSEY, WHO WAS ABOUT TWENTY OR TWENTY-ONE YEARS OLD IN 2009, 2010, 2011 (BTW, IT'S ALSO INTERESTING THAT BRIAN FOX HAD AN "UNCLE" NAMED ZACHARY RUNDELL, WHO CHATS ON SOCIAL MEDIA WITH STUART RUNDELL & ELINOR RUNDELL FOX, BRIAN'S SO-CALLED "PARENTS"..... )

THIRD: THIS DISCLOSURE IS NOT AN "ELECTION DAY SMEAR" --- IT'S INTENDED TO BE A POST-2021-ELECTION "STAKE IN THE HEART" FOR BOTH BRIAN FOX AND LIAM MCCABE, WHO OBVIOUSLY WAS A MAJOR PLAYER IN THIS COVER-UP

WE ON THIS INDEPENDENT REPUBLICAN BLOG DIDN'T LOCATE ANY CITATION(S) OR SUMMONS(ES) FOR "...FAILURE TO MAINTAIN [ ] LANE" BUT THE "COMMUNITY NEWS" ARTICLE THAT WE QUOTED DID MENTION IT..... HOWEVER, IN ADDITION, WE DID FIND COURT RECORDS THAT SHOWED AT LEAST NINE (9) OTHER MOVING VIOLATIONS FOR BRIAN Z. FOX --- SOME WITH ARRESTS

Very, very, very interesting is how all the pro-Fox commenters thus far have treated the bit about the violation of the domestic violence restraining order, the contempt of court, and the arrest warrant like it's all highly-refined weapons-grade plutonium.....

Another commenter on another comments thread on this blog described Brian Fox in a much more simple, non-technical, and non-fissile way --- "... Brian Fox is a ... big bag of broken glass...." (although even already broken glass is quite fissile in a simple mechanical and crackling way).

  9. RESPONSE: THE "IF NOTHING ELSE..." EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 3:35 PM"

WE MUST BE MELLOWING OUT NOW THAT THE 2021 CAMPAIGN IS OVER.....

IT MAKES US COMFORTABLE OBSERVING THAT >>> IF NOTHING ELSE, BOB CAPANO HAS A LITTLE SENSE OF HUMOR --- IT GOES ALONG WITH HIS LITTLE HANDS.....

JIC, Good Luck in City Hall..... LOL

  10. It's been more than two days since RFBR posted the bombshell information about Brian Fox's multiple run-ins with the police and the courts, resulting in Brian 's being repeatedly in the dock for adjudication of penalties in several communities in New Jersey.

Neither Brian nor anybody still with him have even attempted to deny or explain away any of newly dislosed material from public court records and contemporary local news reports.

  11. I guess all this "bombshell information" escaped the attention of justin.

  15. Gale, how did you miss that Radio Free Bay Ridge pointed out that Brian Fox, the candidate for NYC Council, and Brian Z. Fox of West Windsor-Plainsboro, NJ seem to share a birthday, 8/3/89, as well as a name?
