An epi-phenomenon of Republican dissatisfaction with Nicole Malliotakis

A man in the street-type, Republican on Staten Island, with a city job and a wife and a house and kids, thinks that Nicole Malliotakis is not a fit GOP candidate for congress  ---  so much so, that he wants to run against her in a GOP primary ASAP

He has no real money yet, but he already has an election lawyer and will be talking to a consultant team later today  ---   and very astutely, he has reached out to me and my blog.....

From little acorns might oaks grow; so, who knows !!!.

YOUR SUCCINCT COMMENT, "SOUNDS LIKE A CROCK OF CRAP" HAS A LOT TO COMMEND IT --- I LIKE ITS BREVITY AND ITS DOWN TO EARTH SIMPLICITY --- IT PROBABLY REFLECTS THE THOUGHTS OF MANY THAT MIGHT SEE MY MAIN POST ABOVE

    Keep up the good work.....

  3. Nicole Malliotakis is a trash candidate for any office, including the Assembly seat she held without any meaningful impact for almost a decade.

Her recent press releases only highlight how ineffective she is. Nothing that she proposes ever sees the light of day, and it all winds up in the Assembly dead letter file.

If the new Republican candidates across the USA aren't any better than Nicole Malliotakis, the Democratic Party will hold onto their majority in the House.

  4. he has no real money yet?

Is this mystery candidate waiting till after the election?

  5. This sounds like the biggest thing since Joey Salads.

  6. This sounds like its bigger than Jonathan Judge.

  7. Does this person have a name or does the plan for victory begin with lawyering up?

  8. Planting eggcorns won't beat Nicole. She is wonderwoman.

  9. Low turnout in today NH dem primary but 10,000 people attended a Trump rally last night.

  12. RESPONSE: THE "SO MANY COMMENTS, SO LITTLE TIME" EDITION

    TO THE RELEVANT COMMENT-MAKERS ABOVE

SEE, THIS IS HOW THIS BLOG IS SUPPOSED TO WORK.....
PROVOCATIVE MAIN POSTS AND RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE COMMENTARY FROM THE PEANUT GALLERY

AND A >>> LITTLE BIT <<< OF FEISTY RIPOSTE

Yes, it seems that my unnamed possible candidate has started out by "lawyering up" [note: he isn't unnamed to me].

NO, NO, NO !!! He doesn't sound like Jonathan Judge at all (yet)..... Besides, NOTHING can be bigger than Jonathan Judge --- not even Orson from Orc.

As for the zero $$$$$$ and no organization >>> yet <<< --- well, those items are likely to remain like the "Riddle of the Sphinx"..... It can be nothing posing as something; or contrariwise, maybe, it's something posing as nothing; and my impression is that he is as clueless as a "Valley Girl" ingenue.

btw, I like little girls with pigtails (and yes, if it comes to a trial that can be introduced against me as an admission against interest).

  13. 1235, let's get real.

Nicole needs a 'Cherry Pop' moment much more than a 'Corn Pop' moment.

Even if it means Nicole has to shout out the name, 'Esther!' while it's happening.

  14. "epi-phenomenon" this is not.

Sounds more like an election lawyers quest for an epi-fee !!!

    ReplyDelete
  15. 335, you are exhibiting an odd knee-jerk reaction.

Quick, give me an epi-pen before 335 passes out and swallows his tongue.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Nicole runs after little girl with pigtails and that is why she is not qualified

    ReplyDelete
  17. Biden should have just hired an election lawyer and refuse to tell anyone his name.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Nicole has restored express bus service, rebuilt after hurricane Sandy, cut taxes. The list goes on.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Wow, Nicole did all that?
Hmmmm, how did she do all that?
Hmmmm, when did she do all that?
Hmmmm, are you sure she did any of that?
You know, I don't think that she did.

  20. Jerry Falwell says Malliotakis's lifestyle causes hurricanes, I believe him

  21. When you say a "man in the street type" is this person also homeless? Or just nameless?

    ReplyDelete
  22. All sounds like an interesting tale.

  23. RESPONSE: THE "MY SOURCES CLOSE TO THE CAMPAIGN" EDITION

    TO ALL THE NAYSAYERS ABOVE

THE NAMELESS >>> MAN <<< REMAINS INTERESTED IN RUNNING EVEN THOUGH AT LEAST TWO CONSULTANTS HAVE REFUSED TO SIGN ON FOR THE JOB OF "RUNNING THE CAMPAIGN" --- NOTE: HE IS NOT HOMELESS, AS MY MAIN POST ABOVE CLEARLY STATED AT THE GET-GO

The man is learning fast, but he has so far to go, and so little time to get there.

He appears to be solidly in the realm of middle ground Republicans on Staten Island and in Southwest Brooklyn, somewhere between being a Trump loyalist and a never-Trump Republican --- you know, somewhere between what flip-flopper Nicole was before, and what she is now.....

  24. ONE MORE THING: THE " 'THEY' ALREADY KNOW ABOUT HIM" EDITION

MY NAMELESS MAN SPOKE TO THE STATEN ISLAND GOP LEADERSHIP ABOUT THIS A WHILE AGO --- SO, NONE OF THIS IS A SECRET

In other words, stop pretending he doesn't exist.....

    ReplyDelete
  25. Two consultants refused to sign on. Well what could that be about? No name, no money, no consultants, no brain.

    Hey its Ray Denaro !!!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Polls show Nicole beating Rose by 12%.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Sounds like Salads spooked gale.

    ReplyDelete
  28. 152 is peddling fake news.

Unless somebody can name the pollster and give the date(s) when the poll was taken, they really aren't saying anything that means anything.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Another success for the upper east side couple.... POTUS just endorsed Nicole

    ReplyDelete
  30. If candidates refuse to give names why should pollsters

    ReplyDelete
  31. Obvious 1:52 is fake news. Based on Nicole’s own comments at an event in Manhattan last week. Max is ahead in the polls but it is winnable and he has a 20% negative perception in the district. She claims this is very high for an incumbent, don’t know about that but the annoying people she had going around begging people for checks on the spot was unseemly and looked desperate.

  32. Denaro for Congress

Who said you need a GED

  33. RESPONSE & A NON-ENDORSEMENT: THE "SO, TRUMP TWEETED SOMETHING ABOUT SOMEBODY" EDITION

FIRST, TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 5:09 PM"

WHAT UPPER EAST SIDE COUPLE ???
BIGGER NEWS TODAY WAS THAT A RED-BERETED CURTIS SLIWA AND SEVERAL OF HIS PARTY'S EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE RE-REGISTERED AS ENROLLED REPUBLICANS --- STANDING NEXT TO SLIWA AT THE TIME OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT WAS THE LOVELY ANDREA CATSIMATIDIS IN A BEAUTIFUL RED DRESS

Because the South Staten Island vote is so important in any GOP primary, as Loretta Castorini said to Ronny Cammareri while giving him two good hard slaps: "SNAP OUT OF IT"..... As far as I'm concerned, Nicole has a few people lined up behind her candidacy, but she has far from earned my vote, my support or my formal endorsement.

So, as Al Jolson said a few times --- "You ain't seen nothin' yet." Thus, the Trump Tweet and the doings or non-doings of any " upper east side couple" don't mean a thing cause they ain't got my swing.

NEXT, TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 6:45 PM"

THE "CANDIDATE" IN QUESTION DID GIVE ME HIS NAME --- I CHOSE NOT TO REVEAL IT HERE ON MY BLOG. BESIDES, HIS IDENTITY IS KNOWN BY SEVERAL KEY REPUBLICANS AS WELL AS SOMEBODY ON NICOLE'S TEAM --- THE PROOF OF THAT CAME FROM "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 12:33 PM" WHEN HE/SHE MENTIONED THAT THE "UNNAMED CANDIDATE" WAS A SCHOOL TEACHER >>> WHICH HE IS <<<
I'VE DOUBLE CHECKED AND NEITHER I NOR ANYBODY I KNOW EVER MENTIONED THAT.....

    ReplyDelete
  34. Gail, I think that's called a 'GOTCHA!'

    Way to go!

    ReplyDelete
  35. The comments after the Staten Island Advance story about the Trump endorsement of Nicole Malliotakis say it all. There is lots of hostility there about her flipping and flopping about her past support for the President, and then rolling over for Trump to run for Congress against Max.

Joey Salads should have drank a tall glass of his own piss, put on his big boy pants and kept running against Nicole in the primary.

I hope that the other Joey, Joe Caldarera, has enough in him to piss all over Nicole, and before primary day answers everybody's big question about Nicole, 'Who is Esther?'

    ReplyDelete
  36. GM 1128 is correct. I see the Manhattan GOP announcement about Curtis Sliwa all over social media. I also see a diverse group in a photo with Catsimatidis and NYS GOP Chair Nick Langworthy, including Brooklyn's Bob Capano.

    ReplyDelete
  37. The hell with the naysayers salads. Defy everyone and get that GED.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Nicole's problem is she'll say anything if she thinks it will help her raise money. She is having a hard time raising money and is thus all over the place. Like how she supported two way tolling and now opposes it.

    ReplyDelete
  39. 7:16 it actually happened, she said that this is high negative for an incumbent as her staffers pestered the audience for donations.
