The latest stunt is having the candidate himself, State Senator Martin J. Golden, put his signature on a full campaign mailing full of lies --- and mail them out as "Thank You" post cards to countless people around his district
It all seemed nice enough, a post card from "Friends of Marty Golden" and it says this: "Thank you for joining thousands of our neighbors in signing the nominating petitions for my State Senate race. It is greatly appreciated." --- Then it's signed, "Warmly, ... Marty"
BUT HERE'S THE RUB --- THE POST CARDS ARE GOING TO MANY PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T SIGN ANY OF MARTY GOLDEN'S PETITIONS --- Oopsy-Daisy !!!
A very good friend of mine got one of these cards in the mail --- and btw, there isn't a chance in the world that he signed a Marty Golden petition.
This suggests several nefarious possibilities --- I'm sure that you can figure out what some of them might be.
The full scope of this stunt, dirty trick, possible evidence of large scale election fraud, and obviuosly, MAIL FRAUD, needs to be looked into by somebody with the a real interest and the resources to do so.....

Here is the material that I quoted in my main post above: " 'Thank you for joining thousands of our neighbors in signing the nominating petitions for my State Senate race. It is greatly appreciated.' --- Then it's signed, 'Warmly, ... Marty' "....
What follows that initial quoted "Thank you" material, but before his signature, are a series of paragraphs driving home the concept of being actively on Marty Golden's team. All of those paragraphs are above Marty's so sincere signature.
However, this particular paragraph stands out for its specificity: "You are an important part of my team. Thank you for your signature on my petitions. Because of your support, and that of our neighbors, I am the nominee of the Republican, Conservative, and Independence parties...." Golden is clearly referring to signatures gathered for him on three different party petitions. And as I stated before, it is all above "Warmly" and his signature.
The nature of the postcard is unambiguous and clearcut. The obvious open questions are as follows:
1) What was the actual total number of non-signers who got post cards mailed to them by the Golden campaign;
2) Were the non-signer's names ones that mysteriously appeared on Marty Golden's petitions;
3) Was/were the list(s) used for the "Marty Golden Thank you postcard" mailing accidentally faulty for some reason (don't be surprised if this excuse gets tried pretty quickly);
4) Was there actual intent to pull a stunt, do a dirty trick, and/or commit a crime; and
5) What did Marty Golden know about any of this, and when did he know it (or to put it in a more gossipy, newsy way, "How deep is State Senator Martin J. Golden into this new mess") ?????
I guess it means if the voters choose Golden as they always have maybe he can be charged with some technicality? Sounds like Goldens victory is not in question.

The Sunday, August 26th, edition of the New York Post devoted almost three whole pages to the Roman Catholic Church's huge emergent pedophile priest and almost universal hierarchy cover-up scandal [two (2) pages of news and one (1) page of commentary]. The biggest single news item focused on Marty Golden's home Diocese of Brooklyn.
I am researching material that already seems to suggest that Marty Golden's opposition to "THE CHILD VICTIMS ACT" might be more personally based than Golden's apparent institutional protection of the Roman Catholic Church generally; and my initial take on it is that Mr. Golden might more closely identify with the accused Catholic pedophile priests, than with their Catholic victims.
I hope to have a piece about that completed in about a month.
