OOPS ! THERE IT IS — Michael Savage says, “America Needs New 'Nationalist Party’.”

While the local, state and national organizations of the GOP continue to look for culprits to blame for 2012, and some Republicans are calling on their Republican friends to form circular firing squads; it was inevitable that somebody would step out from the partisan pack and call for a new party   —   in this instance it turned out to be Michael Savage.

There is nothing that is more anti-partisan than the call for the formation of another party.

During an interview on another conservative talk show this past Sunday, Michael Savage, himself a radio commentator of some note, said that at this time the United States needs a third party, that is national in scope and "nationalist" in its ideals --- and what better name could it have than "Nationalist".

According to a report in Newsmax
(see  http://www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/michael-savage-nationalist-third/2013/01/07/  ), Savage said, “There is no Republican Party.... [i]t’s an appendage of the Democrat machine, as we’ve all just seen [from the fiscal cliff fix].” Savage criticized the current leaders of both the Republican and Democratic parties, refering to  Speaker John Boehner as “drunk” and to President Obama as a “quasi-pseudo-crypto Marxist.”

Savage called upon a charismatic leader to step up, step out and lead the new party, which could probably be built on the foundations of the Tea Party across America. Although Michael Savage specifically pointed out that he was in no position to lead the new party, he would accept a role as an educator through his show, teaching listeners what nationalism is really about.

In that regard he pointed out that, as it would be used in a new Nationalist Party,  “Nationalism is the only thing that can save America” as long as the new Nationalist Party “...has a very strict firewall that does not permit [within it a] radical fringe of racism.” He continued,  “Borders, language, culture – it defines every nation on the planet, the flag, the language, the borders. And what is it the internationalists do? They want to dissolve the borders, they want to introduce multiculturalism, they want to introduce a Tower of Babel of languages.”

Because of it’s Elections Laws and its unique place as an all-media ( news and a variety of communications technologies ) hub and financial center, even though a liberal/progressive stronghold, New York City and State would be a natural place to start a new third party like a “Nationalist Party”. In a place like Brooklyn, with party leaders like Craig Eaton and Gerard Kassar, the Republican and Conservative Parties could certainly use the competition.
