In the same-old, same-old Brooklyn GOP "Brave New World" of Dikran "Lurch" Barsamian >>> it's really becoming clear that the Brooklyn Republican Party is now mostly a racketeer influenced corrupt practices operation with good old Liam McCabe** as a "Capo" or higher. perhaps even "Consiglieri" --- and also very likely, it's chief contractor

The grift involving, and the shakedowns of, and on-behalf-of, third-rate local GOP candidates now looks like the reason why Dikran "Lurch" Barsamian was installed by fellow former NYPD officer, fellow retiree, former Brooklyn GOP elected official & the Brooklyn GOP's top grifter, and now badly-broken-shoe Marty Golden

What had just been a little street buzz is now a matter of public record  ---   well-established GOP-Conservative Party grifter and professional conman Liam McCabe has resurfaced and is up to his old tricks  >>>  and as what one very high-up local observer and power broker recently uttered about it to us on this blog:

"... WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG ???"

If you want the latest documentary proof, let's start with this  ---  just look at these recent BOE filings:

image.png

The campaigns of two guys named, Steven Chan and Lester Chang, are registered out-of Liam McCabe's mother-in-law's address  ---  the first is a real low wattage Asian bulb, and the second is at best a burnt-out Christmas tree light

What's next ???     -----     Well, stay tuned.....

_______________

**  Meanwhile, need we remind everybody that Liam McCabe's long-overdue explanations about his real involvement in Brian  Fox's last days and hours, in-and-around Election Day 2023 have yet to see the light of day ??? !!! ???

For those that might have forgotten, Brian Fox was the former Brooklyn GOP candidate for NY City Council against Justin Brannan in 2021, and State Senate against Steve Gounardes in 2022; and most recently, ran GOP-Conservative Candidate Ari Kagan's campaign against Brannan in 2023  ---  he was mysteriously found dead in his apartment right after election day 2023, following what Liam McCabe described as a very serious conversation with Fox about his future.....

What have the police and the ME's Office found in their investigations of Fox's mysterious death  ---  that Liam was chattering about for a day or three  ---  but then clammed-up after his timelines didn't really add up the way that they should if Liam was not involved-in and/or knew about a lot more than he was sayin'.....

  1. ANNOUNCEMENT: THE "CONGRESSWOMAN NICOLE MALLIOTAKIS NEEDS TO BE AFRAID --- VERY AFRAID !!!" EDITION

AS WE ALL BUT PREDICTED ON FEBRUARY 17, 2024 AT 4:47 AM IN OUR OWN COMMENT ON AN EARLIER THREAD IN THIS INDEPENDENT GOP BLOG FOR BROOKLYN AND STATEN ISLAND >>> THAT SINCE CARL HEASTIE'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE NYS INDEPENDENT REDISTRICTING COMMISSION VOTED AGAINST THE CONGRESSIONAL LINES PROPOSED BY THE OTHER NINE MEMBERS OF THAT COMMISSION --- WE DOUBTED THAT THE NYS LEGISLATURE WOULD APPROVE THOSE LINES ------ WELL, JUST A LITTLE WHILE AGO, THE DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED NYS ASSEMBLY HAS VOTED DOWN THOSE LINES

THERE WILL BE SEVERAL ARTICLES BETWEEN NOW AND TOMMORROW THAT WILL SAY THAT THE DEMOCRATS WANT TO TARGET ONE OR TWO SUBURBAN SEATS..... WELL --- NOT SO FAST --- ONE OF THOSE TARGETED SEATS IS MORE LIKELY TO BE THE STATEN ISLAND-BROOKLYN SEAT NOW HELD BY REPUBLICAN-CONSERVATIVE NICOLE MALLIOTAKIS

We here at this independent Republican blog for Brooklyn and Staten Island believe that was a big part of the conversation between Justin Brannan and Andrew Cuomo at Gargiulo's the other night.

Let us connect the dots for those among you that are about as sharp as "Lurch" Barsamian. It goes like this: Brannan-Cuomo, and Cuomo-Heastie, and an upcoming alliance for Cuomo with Brannan and his allies on the NYC Council, getting together with Heastie and the most loyal members of his caucus in the Assembly backing Cuomo for his own future plans.

Sure, it's got lots of moving parts, but let's see if it happens just that way..... Justin is sharp; and he does have his eye on Nicole's seat ( Note: her "seat" --- not her prominent, but pendulous "ass".....)

  2. Nicoles new district will include all of Sunset Park and Park Slope. I hear trump is popular around the Slope.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Congresswoman-for-life Malliotakis might very well have a shorter political life expectancy than she and her supporters might have thought before yesterday. Besides, Staten Island will be better off represented by two Democrat Congressmen than one Republican Congresswoman.

    ReplyDelete
  4. If the dems change a district by more than 2% than it goes to court. Congresswoman Malliotakis received 62% and Rose got 38%.

Nicole may not be a congresswoman for life but she will be in congress till 2032.

  5. Eltingvile, Annadale, Huegenot, Prince's Bay, Pleasant Plains, and Tottenville would seem to make a very natural "NY Gateway District" with Seagate, Sea Beach, Breezy Point, Belle Harbor, Neponsit, the Rockaways, and Laurelton, Rochedale, Sprinfield Gardens and South Ozone Park; and the northen neighborhoods of Staten Island would be more uplifted as part of the trendy city scene, if they were with Bay Ridge, Sunset Park, the West Slope, Gowanas, Red Hook, and Carroll Gardens.

And that would make two great NYC Democrat congressional districts, which would hold up in court, to boot.

  6. max got 38% justin gets 39%

  7. Brannen is gloating about this. So funny that he thinks he can defeat Nicole when nobody has.

    ReplyDelete
  8. The new lines are out. Nicole has not been touched. Not exactly news about Nicole.

Marc Molinaro & Mike Lawler have more Democrats to face in November.

    ReplyDelete
  9. As of now Nicole is unopposed by any Democrat.

    ReplyDelete
  10. As of now Justin is filing for unemployment come Jan 2026

    ReplyDelete
  11. 1200, don't be silly, the congressman for the Brooklyn Staten Island district can't collect unemployment.

    ReplyDelete
  12. As of now Krasny has a primary…. Ouch nothing seems to be going right for the great county of kings.

    ReplyDelete
  13. I doubt Justin gets 38%

    ReplyDelete
  14. 213, if you're for Nicole, then you must have many doubts.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I believe Justin will get 39%

    ReplyDelete
  16. 245, real and true belief is so rare these days.

  19. Albany draws new lines that kill 3 seats for the GOP and the GOP announces no lawsuit will be filed. A deal was made to save Nicole at the expense of 3 congressional seats.

    Great work chair Kassar.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Wait! WAIT!

What's up with somebody named "Sam" Picardi trying to primary Alec Brook-Krasny.

Do Kassar and Dikran care about that?

    ReplyDelete
  21. 313
If your right all hail Kassar

Eaton wishes he had 10 percent of the influence and juice Kassar has !!

    ReplyDelete
  22. 512, Isn't that spelled "KAISER"? And wasn't he, Wilhelm II, Emperor of Germany, deposed after WW I?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Poll out today says 28% of blacks are voting for Trump.

Translated that means 38% of blacks are voting for Trump.

    ReplyDelete
  24. If in November there is a loss of GOP seats in NY, then the natioanl GOP will lose the House of Representatives. That's so Kassar's wife can get her paycheck from Nicole. Its called the Long tradition, and it's a long tradition in the Conservative Party.

    ReplyDelete
  25. And Eaton gets nothing

    ReplyDelete
  26. Kassar is all about the buck
    I am shocked !!
    Shocked !!

    ReplyDelete
  27. All hail Kassar who can dictate congressional districts as the commenter above admitted. Eaton wishes he could dictate who the dog catcher is

    ReplyDelete
  28. OBSERVATION: THE "... 'CAPTAIN OBVIOUS AWARD' GOES TO THAT NOBEL LAUREATE WHO HAS THOUGHTFULLY SWITCHED COMPARING CRAIG EATON TO KAISER KASSAR FROM THAT POS WASTE-OF-SPACE-AND-ALL-PHYSICAL MATTER-AND-ENERGY DIKRAN "LURCH" BARSAMIAN" EDITION

KASSAR'S THREE-FOR-ONE DEAL TO TRY TO SAVE NICOLE MALLIOTAKIS' FRUITLESS AGING ASS MIGHT SEEM LIKE A "WIN" BY SOME LOCAL GOP AND/OR CONSERVATIVE PARTY CORRUPTOES --- BUT CAN SHE REALLY BEAT ANY AND ALL OPPONENTS IN 2024 WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF HER NEW DISTRICT THAT IS SO MUCH LIKE HER OLD ONE ???

WE'LL GET TO SEE SOON ENOUGH

With it being extremely obvious that polarizing Donald Trump will be leading the GOP ticket in 2024, his fortunes in the Malliotakis bailiwicks will be the largest single influencer in any congressional race there.

If Trump does well, then it's a boat race for Nicole's re-election; if Trump falls, then any Democrat from Staten Islander Sarah Blas to Brooklyn super Councimember Justin Brannan would have better than a puncher's chance against the Nicolina; and Kassar's deal to save her would have been for naught.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Kassar is a sick (fat) old man who now just grabs whatever crumbs he can find - Long was the smartest. He left when he knew the patronage all dried up.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Still talking about Eaton I see.

I am sure he could give two shits about Kassar, who he talks to, what he eats, how much money he makes, etc etc etc.

He appears from his Social Media posts to be too busy living a rich man's life outside of politics.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Kassar is a pig...plain and simple.

He and his party are not Conservatives, they are opportunists who just hold out for the money grab. Some day, maybe the AG, DA or US Atty will catch on and put them all away - like what is happening with Ghorra as we speak. Hey Teddy? How is the Inv going? How is Nancy Marks? Have you spoken to her lately? If so, be careful

    ReplyDelete
  32. 328
Right about one thing Eaton is living a life outside politics because Kassar pushes him out . Everyone knows people and elected have always gone too Kassar not Eaton

    ReplyDelete
  33. 434, yet you keep bringing Eaton up and comparing him to Kassar.

You used to compare Eaton to fellow Republicans Ghorra, and then to Barsamian; but they were such flops, you had to switch to Kassar, a non-Republican that needs his deals with Democrats to keep what little power hr mightexercise..

    ReplyDelete
  34. 4:34 must me Shepashvili or one of the other Brooklyn GOPers who are illiterate. It should have read "gone to Kassar" not "gone too Kassar"

    David, learn the language

    1. David speaks three languages, how many do you speak fluently?

  35. Word is that one of this blog's main contributors, let's call him "Chicken Little," was at Mara Lago last night, but called Gail to whine about Trump's losing to Haley in Vermont.

What a bedwetting Mary !! Trump wins 14 out of 15 states and this candidate for tranny conversion thinks the sky is falling.

On the other hand, 128's comment abuv gets the blatant irony award, but probably they won't see or understand why we wood thing so.

  36. I am not leaving my house until every vote is counted in Vermont. You may think this is all a big joke but some of us want to save our democracy.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Does David count duplicity and double-talk as two of those languages?

Dikran and David what a pair of jokers; and that means the Brooklyn GOP is being run by a pair of "Jokers Wild."

    ReplyDelete
  38. it began with defunding the police and now its national guard troops

  39. None of this Barsamnian stuff adds up. I think about this while I pet horses and shower with my socks on and it hasnt helped. I wake up at night sweating so bad that I need to drink 2 glasses of cold mountain dew and then I cant get back to sleep.

  40. 12:01, "Poll out" is like "it's reported that" and "people are saying."

  43. Does Nicole support the Rep. Lauren Boebert "Build the Wall and Deport Them All Act"?

That's a very important quick, simple and straight-forward question that Malliotakis should be able to answer in a quick, simple and straight-forward way.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Yes Nicole supports a wall and is against crime. Thats why Nicole is and always will be in congress

    ReplyDelete
  48. But, 3:18, that was not the question. My question was very simple and striaghtfoward:
"Does Nicole support the Rep. Lauren Boebert 'Build the Wall and Deport Them All Act'?"

From your bit of dissembling, it seems quite clear that Nicole does not back Rep. Boebert's bill. However, based on your weasel-like comment, Nicole is using folks like you to try to avoid enraging the MAGAs in her district.

  49. Peter Abbate is running for his old Assembly seat against Lester Chang. Look for Kassar slipping another Asian on the con con line.

  50. Abbate needs to pose for more pictures handing out plaques to smiling Chinese people. Then they wont vote for Chang.

  51. FDNY spokesperson Jim Long has advised the fireman who uttered the word Trump to surrender.

Better Red with a buck than dead

    ReplyDelete
  52. I read the article with the quote from young Mr Long stating that the FDNY "Hunt" for the people who uttered the word Trump was "not about politics".

Thats true Mr Long. Its about money that you are earning by selling those so called conservative cred for the dollar above politics.

    ReplyDelete
  53. 231, they didn't jist "utter" the word "Trump."
They brayed and disrespected a church (hey, it wasn't *their* church, so it was garbage, right?) and ceremony and acted like jackasses.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Why do I suspect Abbate is up to something nefarious?

    ReplyDelete
  55. Jim Long! Well, well, well! The man who's lucky to be alive...

Doing the bidding of Tish James and her ilk is not surprising; but his participation in outing and probably disiplining his brother firemen is kinda low; no not "kinda", it's very very low indeed.
