The despicable law breaker and scofflaw, Brian Fox, tries to flog the corpse of a cop for fun, profit, and/or political advantage

There is nothing good that can be said about this recent posting by the Brian Fox campaign for State Senate:

"Brian Fox for NYS Senate...   Saturday October 1, 2022 at 9:34 AM...  The Fox Campaign remembers Sgt. Stephen P. Scalza, 42, of OCID, who passed away from 9/11 related ailments on 10/1/2014. We owe him a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid...."  >>> Along with this swag image of this badge

This is the rank exploitation of the anniversary of an untimely death of one of NYC's "Finest," named Stephen P. Scalza (NYPD title: SERGEANT DETECTIVE SQUAD, ORGANIZED CRIME BUREAU), somebody that Brian Fox probably never knew or even heard about until his campaign made its cynical political posting.....

Highlighting the extreme cynicism of Brian Fox's political advertisement on social media is this  >>> during the whole the time of Det. Sgt. Scalza's failing health, Brian Fox was consorting with, enabling and facilitating, and employed by criminals engaged in criminal enterprises <<<

In fact, this is the image that Brian Fox chose to represent himself in those days:

To be perfectly clear, here's exactly what we mean about Brian Fox's "...consorting with, enabling and facilitating, and employed by criminals engaged in a criminal enterprise" at the time of  the passing of Stephen P. Scala.   According to Brian Fox himself,  at the time of Sgt, Scalza's illness and death  >>>  Fox said that he was successively employed by these very questionable financial investment companies:  “J.P. Turner…”;  “Legend Securities…”; and “SAC Capital Advisors…”  ---  all three had serious regulatory problems, paid big fines and large damage awards for a variety of mis-feasance, malfeasance  and unlawful activities  >>>  and some of it was even found to have been criminal in federal court.

It was just about a year ago that we reported the following:
"....  Brian Fox says that he worked as an “Equity Trader” at SAC Capital Advisors in Stamford, Connecticut for over two and a half years from February 2008 until August 2010....  It is very well documented that during the entire time that Brian Fox worked there, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York were investigating SAC Capital Advisors and related operations, putting together a comprehensive case against the complex hedge fund management enterprise for a variety of illegal activities going back many years and continuing through 2013, when a federal indictment against SAC Capital Advisors was finally obtained....  In November 2013, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York announced a “Guilty Plea Agreement” with the SAC Capital Management Companies, in which the SAC Management Companies agreed to plead guilty to  >>> all Counts <<< in the criminal indictment, pay $1.8 Billion in fines and restitution, and to terminate SAC Capital’s 'Investment Advisory Business'...."
It should be noted that:  neither Brian Fox personally, nor his campaign, ever rebutted or attempted to correct any of that reporting in the year since we published it.

  1. I think the current record breaking homicide rate under police defunder Brannen is the issue.

  2. Fox is trying to curry favor with the DEA so Brooklyn South Narcotics won't raid his apartment and find the ski slopes

  3. I think that Brian Fox's record breaking ability to pack on carbs at an alarming rate, while bashing Brannan with Fox's fake news and phony police-funding accusations, all while remaining under the impeccable cover as the eponymous "anonymous man in the fleece vest official pizza-tester and taster of Third Avenue" is the issue.

  11. RESPONSE: THE"WORTHLESS SLUG WITH NO VALUES" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 3:07 PM"

THE BROOKLYN GOP DID NOT ENDORSE BRIAN FOX BECAUSE HE STANDS FOR REPUBLICAN VALUES, BECAUSE HE DOES NOT --- AS A MATTER OF FACT, WE HERE ON THIS INDEPENDENT REPUBLICAN BLOG FOR BROOKLTN AND STATEN ISLAND CAN'T THINK OF A SINGLE REPUBLICAN VALUE THAT BRIAN FOX REPRESENTS, PRACTICES, OR ARTICULATES IN ANY DISCERNIBLE WAY

THE ONLY WAY THAT BRIAN FOX COULD STAND-FOR OR REPRESENT REPUBLICAN VALUES WOULD BE >>> IF ABSOLUTE MENDACITY IN ALL THINGS, AND HABITUAL AND REPEATED RULE BREAKING WERE REPUBLICAN VALUES <<<

IT WOULD BE THE HEIGHT OF SOCIAL IRRESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE A LIFETIME HABITUAL RULE BREAKER LIKE BRIAN FOX --- AND MAKE HIM INTO ANY KIND OF RULE MAKER

There is one area where Brian Fox is especially phony and mendacious as a false prophet teaching, preaching and reaching-out to Republicans >>> his exploitation of law & order issues in local Brooklyn politics..... When it comes to any detailed discussion of any matter related to the law & order concerns of Republican and other voters in several Brooklyn neighborhoods, Brian Fox recites platitudes or fabricated crime stats and facts fed to him by his handlers. Fox is no better than a leech, who can't teach, preach or reach-out based on any values or ideas from within himself, or reliable facts or learned knowlege from responsible mentors and advisors outside of himself.

If Brian Fox were a true follower of real Republican precepts, he wouldn't still be working so hard to conceal his personal history of repeated run-ins with law enforcement and the courts in the State of New Jersey --- or his more recent work history of employment in several fly-by-night financial investment companies, whose principals have been successfully and repeatedly pursued and prosecuted by regulators and federal prosecutors.

Brian Fox's life is not an example of any kind of law abiding citizen of the Republican sort; and Fox demonstrates no law & order sensibility whatsoever, Republican or otherwise. He has been a long-time and repeated rule breaker across the full spectrum human behaviors.

As stated in one of our sub-headlines above, "IT WOULD BE THE HEIGHT OF SOCIAL IRRESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE A LIFETIME HABITUAL RULE BREAKER LIKE BRIAN FOX --- AND MAKE HIM INTO ANY KIND OF RULE MAKER"

  12. Fox is "working so hard to conceal his personal history"?
I'm shocked that he's working hard at anything.

  13. And Michael Ragusa is busy putting up anti Hochul signs on the Belt Parkway. This party is a mess. Where is Eaton when we need him? Only Eaton can restore us to our former glory.

  15. "FOX DOESN'T NEED TO DO ALL THAT MUCH TO CONCEAL ANYTHING, WHEN HIS ENABLERS IN THE BROOKLYN GOP AND CONSERVATIVE PARTY DON'T CARE"

    He's a shady-backgrounded, iffily-employed, politically clueless, recent-local/reg voter-floater out of ... NJ? LI? Whatever?
    Beyond sad.

  17. Ragu makes Chambles seem like a pro.

  18. Ragusa is spending the $100 he's raised to take on Boss Brannan to fund anti-Hochul signs on the Belt Parkway. Another genius!

  19. I see Justin already terrified of an opponent who isn’t Brian Fox. Justin can’t make any more deals with BKGOP the cats out of the bag with what they’ve did last time.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Gail says that the Plan "B" candidate aginst Justin Brannan next year will be Mark with the letter-jambalaya last name. In 2023 this Q-Anon "Take Back America" MAGA J6 cheerleader will be the BMOC for Ghorra's Brooklyn GOP with a bigger pre-wrecked campaign than Brian Fox will be able to mount after his 2022 fiasco..

    ReplyDelete
  21. One thing is certain: no one gets a free ride to loose to Boss Brannan in 2023. It will be a bitter dogfight of a GOP Primary to earn that distinguished honor

    ReplyDelete
  22. Brian Fox is playing checkers. Gounardes plays chess.

    ReplyDelete
  23. If Marty wasn’t bankrolling BKGOP Justin and Andrew would be busy pounding the phones raising money for Cryin Ted. He is the reason Marty lost back then he is the reason we only put up freak shows for candidates a total disaster

    ReplyDelete
  24. 151, I agree that if there is any GOP primary in 2023 it will be bitter, and it will be between some real dogs as candidates.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Ragusa is trying to tear down Fox because he knows Fox stands in his way of taking the crown from Boss Brannan

  26. Dont fool yourselves, Golden and Kassar dont want any Republicans to win anywhere in Brooklyn. That only takes $$ from them.

  27. I feel bad for Eaton trying to remain relevant through a blog..so sad.

  28. Vito is taking twitter by storm !! After 6 months he has 289 followers. By election day hell have almost 299.

  29. Is Vito home from Cape Cod yet? I'm worried he may get eaten by a shark that loves mini bagels

  30. I hear Vito is on his boat making a stop on fire island.

  31. Cryin’ Ted is going to have a press conference to announce that AJ texted him twice last month and that her father John Cats even let him join a conference call with only 100 other people. The big news from Cryin’ Ted’s perspective is that the Zeldin people agreed not to give any more campaign literature to Craig if Ted promises to stop calling them everyday to complain.
